The company is ramping up hiring too. Good sign for me to see this type of potential growth. https://church-crawford.com/careers/
84 million float. Once the leases are valued based on 2022 oil and gas prices, this stock will be multiple nickels in my humble opinion.

The company's recent activities contributed to the optimization and improvement of the company's overall value to create further revenue income, in our properties located in Beaver, Canadian, Creek, and Garfield counties in Oklahoma to optimize our existent oil & gas production.
Lastly, our reserve report and pending corporate actions are our priority to complete this Q2-2022. These initiatives, designed to enhance the efficiency of the organizational structure including new ventures and acquisitions, are necessary to improve the Company's production levels, reservoirs, and cost-effectiveness. Additional financing through a debt facility will be announced soon. The Company will use this capital to scale and develop the acreage (activate leases, turn wells on, and drill new wells).

Best time to buy in my opinion. No one is looking. I'm adding shares as I can.
This stock needs to be halted. Pump and dump is blatant. Using thinly veiled phone calls as an excuse to cancel a deal. imho
I sold at the opening bell. Best not to catch a falling knife, until it stops falling no matter the pr. People need to learn what certain mms do. IGEX prs are just fronts for selling stock in my humble opinion. Good for a bounce once the bottom is in. Someone always buys on the way up. FOMO always buy at the top and cry about why the stock fell, when everyone was telling them the stock was headed to the moon.
Imagine loaning 25 thousand dollars and getting back $231,109.00 in return. I could be rich doing that.
On May 12, 2015, the Company issued a convertible promissory Note (the “Note”) in the principal amount of $25,000 to Tarpon Bay Partners, LLC (“Tarpon Bay”), whose principal at the time, is now known as a “Bad Actor” under SEC rules. On or about January 23, 2017, Tarpon Bay elected to convert principal and interest under the Note into shares of the Company’s common stock. On or about June 6, 2017 the Note was assigned to J.P. Carey Enterprises, Inc. (“J.P.”). On or about June 7, 2017, J.P. elected to convert principal and interest under the Note into shares of the Company’s common stock. Joseph Canouse, a principal at J.P. initiated a lawsuit against the Company in Fulton County Court, in Georgia for, amongst other things, breach of contract. A default judgment was entered into against the Company for failure to response to these claims. The court then issued an Order of Judgement against the Company in the amount of $282,500 which was recorded in accounts payable as of December 31, 2017. The Company appealed the Courts’ decision and in November 2018, while the Court of Appeals affirmed liability under the judgment, the Court of Appeals vacated the award of the entire judgment amount and remanded the case back to the trial court with instructions. The case is awaiting a trial date.
On June 23, 2021, the Company entered into settlement agreement of the Joseph Canouse lawsuit for consideration of $300,000 in cash and 1,092,866 shares of common stock in the amount of $213,109. The $513,109 settlement was offset by the $282,500 which was recorded in accounts payable as of December 31, 2017 resulting in expense of $231,109 during the nine months ended September 30, 2021.
My shares were in an IRA.
Peter will sign off on the documents you originally signed and email the final document to you. Once you get this email, around two to three weeks will pass and you should see money in your bank account. Congrats!!!!
FYI: Make sure you have all your documents and brokerage statements (copies too) for tax time. Not sure how this will be taxed. I did a distribution out of my IRA into a retail account. The distribution was for zero dollars. Not how this one will be taxed. I will get with a CPA and get this lined out for installment payments as I do every quarter anyway.
Got our money in three weeks.
Took us three weeks, once we got our completed (Docusign) documents signed by Peter via email.
I know that one by heart, Cherry. Did the same thing (Wife and my IRA) through E*trade. Congrats to you too!
A final shout out to all those that helped make this process easier. Thanks a bunch!
Wife and I got our money today. Got our completed Docusigns, from Peter earlier this month. Three week turn around was fine with us. Going to remodel the bathrooms and kitchen with this money. Flooring will be next. Sorry MSSV, but the house is definitely first on the bucket list, with the LAHO buyout money.
That is an empty form that you previously filled out and mailed to the transfer agent, with the medallion stamp on it. Your documents are completed. You are waiting on payment.
No problem. Glad to help. It is a lengthy process for sure. Need a lot of patience too.
Just got my Docusign finished signature in an email today from Peter. Wife got her signed document earlier this month. I imagine getting paid by the first week of April according to Peter.
That is great news. Happy for ya!
One last thing about DWAC. I got a message, from Joseph Donohue at Vstock Transfer, after they received our medallion stamped documents.
I had to call my broker to complete the DWAC withdrawal. I had to make the withdrawal request.
This email was from Joseph:
Good morning,
The docs provided are in good order all we now need is your broker, to post the withdrawal request so we may match it and pull the shares back. Thank you.
Best Wishes,

That's great. I had to do this to get E*trade to DWAC my shares. I've had my identity stolen. If Vstock can get your shares DWAC, from your broker, that is great.
I've seen this before. MM gonna feast on JPEX. This stock is headed for trips, if court case lingers on for months. I sold my JPEX shares. On to the next profitable trade. OTCBB is full of hope and buckets of BS. Good luck to those that hold.
Got my medallion stamp with PNC. If you have a few thousand dollars coming to you, hell, open up a bank account and get your stamp. Remember to send a copy to your broker, of your medallion document. Don't forget Vstock's control number which is 50236 for your DWAC withdrawal request. Make sure you are talking to a person who can actually set up the DWAC on their end, send your request and get a reference number. That reference number pretty much guarantees you success. I sent in a colorized copy, of my driver's license as well, but that was just my doing and the broker did not like my black and white copy. I got one DWAC done, from an IRA without a distribution form edit. The other one, I had to fill out a distribution form, edit it and open up a retail account as someone had said I might have to do. Transferred the IRA LAHO shares to the retail account and then the DWAC transfer was completed. Finally, Vstock has both account shares now and I have gotten emails from Vstock (Once the shares are back at the transfer agent, they will email you). The transfer agent sends a list to Peter every Monday from what I hear. You should then get a signed Docusign by Peter via email. About a week after this, your money should show up in your account, from what I was told as well. Got to have patience. I know I had to endure this process. The end is near on this LAHO project.
Well, it took forever to get E*trade to DWAC shares. Waiting on the cash now. Better late than never. Vstock confirmed LAHO shares are back at the transfer agent. Imagine being paid by the end of this month.
Waiting On E*trade and then Vstock Transfer. Only a few weeks, until we have pay day. Have not really been expedient with this, since my dad passed away the end of last November. DWAC is finalizing this coming week. Had a lot of things to take care of, since his passing from Alzheimer. Now, we can finally finish this LAHO adventure. Good luck to all. Will update, when we receive our money.
Calling the transfer agent Monday to get the DWAC process rolling. They've had our medallion stamps long enough.
Thanks. Will do. Do you have their phone number handy?
Waiting on the transfer agent to email me for the next step: DWAC!
It's a process that going to make you think. lol Get all your paperwork and bank account numbers filled out. Then follow directions. It's not that hard, with folks here to help you out. They've helped me a bunch too and I appreciate it. Peter emailed me the other day to make sure we were following through with step two Docusign. This email told me Peter is interested in getting everyone paid. So, do your paperwork and have some patience in the process. We are waiting on transfer agent to receive paperwork work as it is doing it's snail mail thing.
Just finished the wife's second document. Mailing her DWAC request Thursday. Then we wait for transfer agent's confirmation to execute DWAC for each of us.
Just finished Docusign 2nd document. Will mail form with Medallion tomorrow. Ready for DWAC in the coming weeks. Then 1000's of dollars will be rolling into our bank account. My average was 0.0019/share back in 2019. If I am taxed on any gain, it will not be much. That's for sure.
Finally got thru to E*trade. Looks like I do not have to open a retail account to move my IRA account LAHO shares back to Vstock after all. That's a relief for sure. Will be finishing up my 2nd docusign paperwork this week and mailing off to Vstock Transfer.
Thanks. That's what I am going to do Monday morning. Done this once, with an E*trade IRA account one month ago. Took 95 minutes to get a live person on the phone.
You got a good phone number to call E*trade? The last time I was on hold for over 90 minutes. Thanks in advance!
Just realized we cannot complete the 2nd docusign step, until we move our IRA LAHO shares into retail accounts as the brokerage account numbers will not be the same. Oh well, at least we have time to get this done. E*trade via the phone is really a pain in the butt. Definitely worth the ten grand though.
Need some help here. If international please complete (type N/A if domestic)
On the Bank country Line what do I put?
Type of currency what do I select? I assume dollar on this choice
What is IBAN? Do I need a number here?
Do I need a swift number?
I live in the USA. Not sure when or where to put N/A
Need some help here on the second docusign document.
Has anyone moved their LAHO shares out of their IRA account with Etrade yet? I assume you have to open a retail account to transfer LAHO shares from your IRA account? Wonder how that process works?
Cannot wait to have funds in hand.
We have our LAHO shares in IRA accounts with ETRADE. Any instructions on the removal, of shares back to the transfer agent?
