Probably the only vending machine in the country to take Bitcoin, locations are coming soon
Email sent from tranzbyte
News News
Tranzbyte Closes Critical Loop in Medical Dispensing, Inks Deal with Cyber Kiosk Solutions, Inc. to Provide Proprietary Age/ID/Fraud Validation for its ZaZZZâ„¢ Machine
Company is not diluting stock, maybe using restricted shares for future acquisitions
I called, dude said that they were building there vending machines
I think it will be the first kiosk/vending machine to accept Bitcoin in the US. Should be a big deal.
They won't say more than what he told me
Just called the vending company and there done with the machine itself just finishing up with the software on it
Holding my 2.2 million shares
Part of an email I got from David a few days ago
At any rate, I think we'll be back on track this coming week and in February in general. Most people know what's true and what's BS when they hear it. I tell the folks at Tranzbyte that the truth is friendly. It's not always good news (like PARC), but it always helps to get us back to where we need to be.
Have a great day!
David
Yes, the machine will accept bitcoin from qualified users, just as our Zazzz Debit Card will accept Bitcoin and dollars for loading.
Picked up another 170k at 0.012
Call by phone, they'll do it for you
I just told him that I was happy with buying at this low level

That's a riot! Better be quick! Original plan was to have the beginning of the news spurt begin already, but counsel did not get back with approvals until it was too late. Everyone's being VERY cautious. Please note I'm not indicating "when."
Onward.

Hi Jerry,
What I'm saying is that I will skip no steps in readying our technology for the market. If I'm not happy, it ain't coming out until I am satisfied it operates exactly as designed. No amount of shareholder pressure will change that. We have one bite at the apple for our debut of Zazzz.
Thanks.
David

Jerry,
I appreciate the offer, but our SEC attorney has strictly forbidden me to post anything on a message board - directly or indirectly. You will NEVER shut those bad boys up. They (the real bad ones) are not there because they're shareholders. They are there to shake the confidence of anyone who IS a shareholder. Some of them are very good at what they do. It's funny in a way. The company has an attorney than tells me I can't respond to that message board BS, and I have a wife that makes me swear I won't read them anymore.

February will be a big month for us longs, hold tight
I'm down, holding my 2 million long
I know what you are talking about and it also bothers me, but I rather have them take there time and get it right then mess the whole thing up. It will accept Bitcoin. Remember PARC said it themselves that the deal broke down, so there must be a machine out there right?????? Scared money don't make money
They will not debut the Zazz untill it's functioning the way they want it to. like David told me, "we have one bite at the apple" long and strong
I honestly and the greatest on the comp, but if you want I can email you the emails I got from David then you can screenshot th and post?? How that sound
Here's another email I got a few hours ago, sorry I don't know how to screenshot plus I'm on my iPhone, I asked if the machine is delayed and here's his answer. Remember I'm long on this stock.

For whoever is asking for screenshots of the email I received, shot me your email and I'll forward the emails. Thanks
I rather have them delay the machine and get it right then hurry it out and it be a disaster, remember folks, maryjane is just beginning, opportunity of a lifetime

Hi Jerry,
This week has been a tremendously busy one for us - finishing touches on our automated dispensary, getting our debit card network adapted for the MMJ business, and that PARC episode (which our legal staff has forbidden me to talk about right now). Despite the fact that we "look" like some other public companies in the MMJ sector, we are not. This fact will be apparent in the next few months. For now, we're taking "baby steps" getting our machine ready. I know that pretty much every ERBB shareholder wants it out TODAY. We only have one debut and it needs to be Right (with a capital "R,") so we're taking each step in the final programming process very carefully.
Yes, the machine will accept bitcoin from qualified users, just as our Zazzz Debit Card will accept Bitcoin and dollars for loading.
No one, more than I, wants our machine out the door. We'll get it done.
Hope this answers as much of your question as I'm permitted to answer.
Best regards,
David

Hi Jerry,
Thanks for writing. We went through the baptism of fire dealing with PARC but it has given us a load of insight in dealing with dispensaries that will be extremely valuable as we sign up future partners. The strength of our automated dispensary is that it can be programed to conform to rules in each individual state, and I believe that will give us a tremendous advantage of our competitors. Our sights are set on Colorado, California, Arizona, and several Eastern states I'm not permitted to discuss at this juncture. However, I'm excited to get tomorrow out of the way and begin ramping up. We have kept the Zazzz Machine under raps for a reason, but I suspect photos will emerge pretty darn soon.
Long, long day. Must rest.
Best regards,
David
