The alleged MOU was every bit as good as saying "I met a guy at the local Subway and he told me he might be interested in a bunch of machine".

Spot on. A memorandum of understanding on its face means next to nothing. It is not a legally binding contract nor are any terms of it enforceable.

Now a Mou that fails to even mention the name of the company that they are claiming to do business with? They must really think their shareholders are stupid.

Not surprising that there has not been an 8k filed to supplement the *typo* laced nonsense. Lying to investors is one thing. Lying to the sec is another. I would think filing an 8k concerning a Mou with an unnamed company would be sure to bring even more scrutiny upon this scam and Heddle's dishonesty.

then ....
