Well, lets see if this opinion
Sorry to inform you all my trading shares were purchased below 2.05 and some at 1.80 today. Again I don't care that YOUR shares may have been valued higher at some specific point in time. At one point your posts carried more value. At one point...
Well what I do know is my trading shares are valued inline with the actual share price. I don't care what you paid for your shares.
Some people are simply beyond help. Maybe everyone can learn that lesson.
I believe I may actually make a nice profit here today. With Fidelity cutting their fees in half, it's even more money in my pocket!
Conspiracy theories at worst, poor opinion at best.
Fom a personal perspective, outside of the sale I made the day after the Uplisting, today is my best day in SUNW. My core position still holds every share I purchased years ago. My trading account has seen my sale of SUNW shares trading in and out of ENPH. I have increased that holding multiple times and lowered that average PPS so low I will be black going forward. I have since done the same with SUNW and SUNWW. Today's lows were expected and while I didn't hit the 1.70's I was able to repurchase all the shares I sold and then some and lowered my PPS significantly in the process. All the talk about where the share price is from where it was is all mute in that account. Meanwhile I increased my warrant position while lowering that PPW by nearly two thirds. I get to sit back and enjoy the fireworks this earnings season. Spring is in the air!
LOL. I can go back and see this same post covering the same points when the stock reached its lows of that cycle. Motivation?
Why? SP? Please look at historical sharp decline prior to any increase into earnings. There is a day or two where you can always buy at bargain prices. NOT unusual.
eerily quiet in here.
From what I had recorded after the last reporting period (4.2%) to now that's nearly a 100% increase in Institutional investment. The correlating decrease in short positions also adds to the Rosey outlook ahead for this investment.

I replied earlier but it didn't post. I'm not retyping all of it on my phone, but the jist is I'm not overly excited. I'll wait and see the details though. I had a small position in EARK when the acquired the IP and company of MGLT. I sold at a high after the acquisition/merger and it has dropped down to around $5 for a while. EARK seems to be a holding company and they don't seem to have enough focus for my liking. I'm not sure what SUNW will be providing them and at this point I'm not putting much into this partnership. Wait and see...
Can only hope the company results match or exceed the charts provided in the projections.
Few things: first, you wouldn't make a placement have the news hit and then accumulate on the open market unless you wanted to pay far more than needed. Second, I'm sure the ENPH corporate structure has a poison pill clause to prevent an aggressive buy which they weren't interested in occurring. Lastly, I don't think Paul Nahi has any interest in selling the core company, its intellectual property or taking a backseat to SEDG. I have confidence in their ability to grow beyond the current fiscal tough times and with the right choices in strategic partners in the smart Grid I believe they can become the 21st centuries GE. High hopes I know, but they have one of the best in-roads to that end. Once people recognize this fact it will be a crazy ride North. Well beyond anything people have experienced these past several days.
Up .25 or down .25? Which way will this stock head going into earnings season?
Would love to see some trades in that price range. Obviously we are seeing some dilutive action over the past quarter plus, but this was perfect for swing trading. I mentioned we should see a 30% swing before EOY results, but didn't expect it this soon and by this action. I expect to have a good opportunity to swing trade this over the next month or two until it settles into a channel and rises into the results.
Either way I am ready to take advantage of the movement.
Not sure which way this will go premarket

Thanks for sharing Bucky. Would like to know how these systems compare to other suppliers i.e. Tesla, Enphase, etc...
I hope you made a decision you were comfortable with and not just reacting to price action. I think anyone who sells out (entirely) is making a mistake unless done for EOY tax loss write-downs. I have tripled my holding and have been averaging down for many months and expect a surge in PPS by at least 35% before Q1-17 numbers are released in May. Outside of that it will be quarter to quarter and their results of the new line and the battery storage uptake throughout '17. Hell hopefully there is a nice surprise in the EOY numbers, but I won't hold my breath for that. I don't think ENPH is going anywhere but up over time. They have cut expenses and inventory and have streamlined the business to where they will be able to grow and monetize their efforts over the past year. Nah I asked for patience and so think they will deliver on their efforts regardless of what the Seeking Alpha naysayers seem to think. I appreciate their efforts because each time they post, I increase my potential profits.
Still here Jimmy. I tend to keep quiet and watch the action. Post when I want or I think it's important. Still plenty to watch. My core position is still strong. Traded most of my secondary holding (you may have purchased it) after some of the recent events. Figured it was going to be a while before I could flip that account and I had another stock I wanted to get into even heavier. Looks like that one will pay off soon and I will move back into SUNW at an even greater share price to trade. Hope all is well, sorry I missed our recent shareholders meeting.
Average write down could be 60% plus average for year, but will many want to sell at the current juncture of the companies financials. Could tank with EOY results/guidance or could jump 20% on even a whiff of positive results. Hope to raise my stake 25% on anything remotely positive.
Will be watching the end of year trades for opportunities

Panasonic 3D cell? ??
Tesla and Panasonic to Collaborate on Photovoltaic Cell and Module Production in Buffalo, New York
The Tesla Team
October 16, 2016
Tesla and Panasonic have entered into a non-binding letter of intent under which they will begin collaborating on the manufacturing and production of photovoltaic (PV) cells and modules in Buffalo, New York. Under this agreement, which is contingent upon shareholders' approval of Tesla’s acquisition of SolarCity, Tesla will use the cells and modules in a solar energy system that will work seamlessly with Powerwall and Powerpack, Tesla’s energy storage products. With the aid of installation, sales and financing capabilities from SolarCity, Tesla will bring an integrated sustainable energy solution to residential, commercial, and grid-scale customers.
The parties intend for Panasonic to begin PV cell and module production at the Buffalo facility in 2017. Tesla intends to provide a long-term purchase commitment for those cells from Panasonic.
The collaboration extends the established relationship between Tesla and Panasonic, which includes the production of electric vehicle and grid storage battery cells at Tesla’s Gigafactory.
JB Straubel, Chief Technical Officer and Co-founder of Tesla, said “We are excited to expand our partnership with Panasonic as we move towards a combined Tesla and SolarCity. By working together on solar, we will be able to accelerate production of high-efficiency, extremely reliable solar cells and modules at the best cost.”
Shuuji Okayama, Vice-president, Eco Solutions Company of Panasonic, added, “Panasonic PV cells and modules boast industry-leading power generation performance, and achieve high quality and reliability. We expect that the collaboration talks will lead to growth of the Tesla and Panasonic relationship.”
The continued partnership between Tesla and Panasonic is an important step in creating fully-integrated energy products for businesses, home owners and utilities, and furthers Tesla’s mission toward a sustainable energy future.

Regarding the storage PR, Sunworks specifically stated "Sunworks will...seek the best available technologies as we align ourselves with ‘storage ready’ inverter companies to establish a growth advantage over less advanced integrators.”
To me SEDG is not there yet. TSLA is working on their own inverters and storage, but aren't there yet. There are only a couple companies there. The best in class is ENPH. SUNWorks is being trained on ENPH battery solutions.
Yep, I put in an order for 2000 more and the price doubles. FML
This is simply for MM's selling into lnstitutions. I have a large amount which has been sitting on bid, but they keep placing their bids in front of mine. They don't want to sell to us right now.
Was MIA for a few days, based on the messages it doesn't seem that I've missed too much.
