Looks like the longs are Charlie Browned again.
ACTC has made explosive moves like this before,
only to fail. It may be overbought on a daily perspective,
it's oversold on a yearly basis.
This is the third Charlie Brown spike in recent times.
If there isn't some news and follow through,
I'm afraid that's it for this thing.
The holy stem cells will remain holy, and forgotten.
And the blind and the sick, to hell with them.
Good news helps for less than a day.
Looks like the shorts win a big pile of money,
and a lot of closed up, empty factories.
Bravo for the shorts. All hail !
Tomorrow begins the year One AP, After Pharmaceutical.
Gary Rabin will be known as the father of this era, this epoch.
Because he saved the company that produced the first
post-pharma product. Glory goes to the leader, to the man
who steps forward. No one will remember Steve Wozniak,
only Steve Jobs. Even now this is true.
Everything changes at turning points such as this. The
language, the culture, everything. The phrase, 'Take
your medicine', will now become old fashioned, archaic.
From now on medical treatment will be called stem treatment,
or perhaps getting stemmed. Take your medicine will hit
the ear like a bleeding to let out the evil spirits, both lost of
meaning.
The mystics will howl with emotional stories of doom. Their
universe is always collapsing. The uninformed will murmur
in their stupor of ill awareness. Their universe is a buzz of
chaos and confusion. The rational will grin with anticipation
and shrug. Their universe is the universe.
Well, okay, tomorrow or the next day, it will begin. Or maybe
the day after.
TLD tomorrow or the day after, maybe today!
The new CEO said data this month. This little
company represents the transition from curative
medicine to regenerative medicine. It's as important
as discovering that micro-organisms cause disease.
When that sinks in it won't be going up by the penny.
For those who are against this happening, you really
have to look in the mirror and discover what you're
really all about.
It's very obvious to the rest of us already.
This could be a bad weekend for shorty.
The Dec 31 9.85 gap has been filled.
These things are important to a robot.
The shorts, the robots don't really care
about. We'll see.
Up, down, something for everyone! What a ride!
At this point,
I guess being surprised is a little old fashioned.
CAN SOMEONE PLEASE ADD CHARTS TO THIS MESSAGEBOARD?
It would be great if we had a daily and weekly chart.
Something simple with the 20, 50, and 200 day moving averages and the RSI on top and MACD on the bottom.
For reference see the NNVC messageboard.
Anything more on the chart and it becomes too visually cluttered.
I don't know how this is made to happen, but ONVO deserves it, at this point.
GLTA
I'm hoping for the grand gesture today. Gap
down and pull back hard to fill the daily gap,
hopefully not below $8. Then rally back and
close up for the day. Something for everybody,
you know! The gap filler's are happy but the
statement is clear, 'up is the direction', for now.
Might get a bump from Drudge article Monday

Good job CEO Rabin, 4.1Mil is no problem
68 million new shares will take care of this
and that's less than 3 percent. This can
probably be done completely anonymously.
You can probably raise this much with a
few phone calls after lunch.
Phase1 results are coming, like a freight train!
A train loaded with money and tech goodness.
Markets have a moral component invisible to some,
unmistaken for others. It's very reliable.
ACTC hides in plain sight.
It's pure genius what they've done.
I lost money, it can't be my fault!
The CEO is evil, I'm not just a petty, jealous,
envious idiot. He sold his shares, how dare him!!
How dare he live his life without making me
the center of his attention!
I didn't make mountains of free cash.
Laws must have been broken.
Law fifteen thousand on page ten million was
clearly broken. Here it is right here, look, look, look !!!
It's not me, it's not me!!!
I think there's a pattern here but I just can't see it.
What a hoot!
Looks like the bottom is falling out.
It's probably that woman in the picture above.
It looks like she's clapping, but she's really
praying, 'Get me out of this sausage fest!!!'
Or maybe some dude in his bunker just
hit the sell button. It's hard to tell.
Phase 1 Completion Date January 2014
This has been known from the beginning.
It looks like everything is on schedule and phase 1
has even more participants than originally planned.
And oh yeah, 100 percent safety, and 20/400 to 20/40.
Estimated Enrollment: 16
Study Start Date: April 2011
Estimated Study Completion Date: January 2014
Estimated Primary Completion Date: July 2013 (Final data collection date for primary outcome measure)

The dilution, the reverse split, everyone knows this.
We are pleased with the progress onAll fronts
We may get a very nice rally through year end.
This was a good year for ACTC, much progress made.

Thirty Patients Treated to date; Phase II Plan Under Development
Company Expects to Release “Top Line” Interim Data by Year End
“We are pleased with the progress that we made this quarter on all fronts of the business. Most notably, we continued to advance our AMD and SMD trials. We’ve now treated 30 patients and we continue to be encouraged by the safety profile of our novel cell therapy,” said Gary Rabin, Chief Executive Officer. “ACT is in the fortunate position of working with many of the leading retinal specialists in the world.
Highlights from the third quarter include:
Received Data Safety Monitoring Board (“DSMB”) Approval to complete the third cohort, which entails finishing the enrollment and treatment of the remaining two patients, in each of the Company’s three ongoing clinical trials with the higher dosage of retinal pigment epithelial (“RPE”) cells derived from human embryonic stem cells (hESCs). Patients in the third cohort were injected with 150,000 hESC-derived RPE cells, consistent with the trial protocols for the treatment of dry Age related Macular Degeneration (“AMD”) and Stargardt’s Macular Dystrophy (“SMD”). This positive evaluation by the DSMB signifies that this dosage level, which is 50% greater than that of the previous cohort, was found to lack significant adverse events.
Filed an Investigational New Animal Drug (“INAD”) application with the Food and Drug Administration (“FDA”) to tests its proprietary “off-the-shelf” pluripotent stem cell-derived mesenchymal stem cells (“MSC”) in a range of different disease indications. The Company believes these studies are synergistic with its pre-clinical programs which are targeting therapies in humans and also provide the Company with an opportunity to evaluate whether there is a development path in the veterinary therapeutics market.

I believe you! Thank you big buddy!
I'm in a .0715
and I can give it another 6 months.
But thanks for all the warnings and concern.
You don't have any shares, you don't like the
company, but you're here everyday. And so far
you've posted 11 out of 38 comments.
I believe you, I really, really do. Thanks again.
Let's say your 3.5 M SEC fine is correct,
let's use your example.
The company has a market cap of $162 M.
So 3.5M is around 2 percent of the company.
If you think this dooms the company, you're not
wrong, you're absurd.
Even for a POS penny stock company, this is
nothing. This is like saying a family is doomed
because they owe $2500. It's ridiculous.
What's wrong with this company is that people
don't understand the science of what the company
is doing. We have a bad mouth troll who posts
roughly 30 percent of the comments each day, day
after day, and this fouls the narrative and disrupts
the conversation of what this company is doing.
This along with people who don't even have the patience
to see phase one trials through to completion.
These are the people who we will sell our shares to
after the move is over. They won't understand this
either.
I like Gary Rabin.
ACTC need's some one who knows how to play at the winner's table, someone who knows how to double down and go all in if necessary. It's entirely fitting that the first successful stem cell company will be lead by such a man.
Don't listen to the people who libel and defame a man's character. They project their own lousy psychology on to other's whom they hate and blame for their own failure.
They have no significant skin in this game. They were early, they lost, and they refuse to take responsibility for their actions.
ACTC will rise in share price on it's own schedule. Phase One trials are more near the finish line than the start. For this new branch of regenerative medicine, safety once proven, will allow the industry to mushroom and proliferate in ways now not yet imagined.
And to this end we are near.
A 50% retrace wouldn't surprise me, one bit!
From 12.75 that's 6.37. It's already given enough back
to where it could start back up if this really is a real move.
If it doesn't start back up strong this afternoon,
I expect lower.
You never know.
This is not a correction, it's a collapse !
Why I bought ONVO. I bought ONVO because
it's part of the 3D printing story. But when I
first looked at this story I found the 3D plastic
printers. And I asked myself why would I buy
a $1200 printer and maybe a $100 dollars of
plastic to print out a 12 cent whistle? There
may come a day when 3D printing plastic will
beat injection molding, but it will be a while.
And never mind the prototypers.
And it's the same for metal fabrication.
But ONVO is using 3D printing technology in
a novel way not just a niche way. And this is
why I think ONVO will lead the pack in market
cap! And at the moment, that means catch up
time, big time.
I think ONVO will surpass DDD and SSYS in
market cap. Believe it or not. These guys have
to compete with machine tools and existing technology.
ONVO is making it's own technology money.
And only competes with the copycats. ONVO
will always lead as long as they keep the band
together.
ONVO, Leading the Pack in Market Cap!!
ONVO, Leading the Pack in Market Cap!!
This is our cheer/chant, and our goal.
BB stands for Bolinger Bands. Look in the upper left corner of the chart, there is a legend for the lines on the chart. The Bolinger Bands (BB) are the green lines on my computer. There's one for the top and bottom of the prices charted. Hence these upper and lower lines make a Band of sorts. Google Bolinger Bands.
I'm not a trader. I think what these guys mean by 'trading' is that they try to jump in and out of a stock, selling high and hoping to buy lower. I've never been able to do this reliably.
And I think some stocks are more or less suited to even try this.
To me ONVO looks like not the sort of stock to try trading like described. The stock has gone parabolic. It has a captivating story. The volume has exploded, which sort of confirms the move.
I am watching the RSI indicator, which shows over bought. It's over that top line. I'm expecting the price action to bring the RSI down to the 70 line. I've seen over bought stocks do this in two trading days. Friday was a down day. We could have a down monday and be right back to parabola town on tuesday. I hope.
Don't fight the tape is an old good rule.
And when you're right sit tight is another.
Gary's the guanine that completes this companies code.
A C T G --- this creature will be made of money.
Don't worry about a bucket of water in a tsunami.
The SEC, lawsuits, the share structure, -- these are
a bucket of water.
Safe and Effective Stem Cell Regenerative therapy
is a TSUNAMI !
What ACT has is greater than penicillin, germ theory,
nutrition, everything!
Medicine, the entire field, will never be the same
as this little company changes EVERYTHING!
Look at the chart, that little uptrend may well be
the very bottom of the parabola.
Higher highs and higher lows, definition of an uptrend,
that's all that matters.
ACTC will erupt after or shortly before the safety trials
are completed. It won't matter if it works or not, women
will inject anything into their body if they think it makes
them look pretty. Silicon, stem cells, it's all the same
for the emotionally driven. And emotions rule the
markets and the world right now.
2.5 billon shares will simply be more tinder for the fire.
And there will be plenty of cash for the parasite lawyers.
Loving this action, it's back up the truck time!
If it breaks .06 all the better.
100 percent safety folks! Like was deleted before,
efficacy won't matter a lick to blind hopefuls.
It's too bad ACTC cannot articulate the disruptive
nature of stem cell technology and everything this
implies for mankind and medical technology in general.
With stem cells we begin to repair the cells of the body
directly instead of coaxing the body to heal itself. It's the
difference between 'to repair' and 'to heal.'
This is as great and as disruptive as discovering
that germs cause infections.
This is the beginning of an entire new realm of therapy.
For all intents and purposes, stem cells are the same as
nano robots that we control. This is very exciting.
Just wait until every university lab wantsan ONVO
An ONVO will replace row after row of bunny cages.
(And the stink!!!)
Major butt hurt this morning though, yow-ch!
