Clarke wants you to believe the float went from 3B to 7.5B in 2 months, all by itself.
What will he say after dumping the next 7 billion shares?

I was under the assumption they were just going to implement our tech for eCheck payment option. Ed did mention user rewards before, maybe we are integrating for the rewards program & the apps ability to locate stores nearby to use the app at.
I'm also thinking there may be 2 apps, one by ION Rewards & the MyECheck app, or both are being heavily integrated into a new single app.

Had a feeling NO BID was coming.

ION Rewards just discontinued using eChecks through DoubleBeam which used CheckAlt (an infringer), I'm assuming because ION Rewards has realized MyECheck is the original patented source.
It's all about Apple adding an eCheck payment method to their payment app, they've got Visa & MasterCard already so now all they need is MyECheck.

Depends how many geese there are that can lay a golden egg. If there's more than 1 goose then it's possible to have one that only laid one golden egg & another that continues to lay golden eggs.
MYEC seems to be the one that can keep laying the golden eggs, longs will be right behind picking up those golden ovoid profits.
That means tomorrow's the PERFECT DAY TO SELL!!
That was the response from Matt, the owner of MJ-Pay, not Ed Starrs.
Matt, the owner of MJ-Pay, Paid Ed Starrs to create the website as part of their licensing agreement.
Thank you for joining here & clarifying.
Looking forward to using your apps once MyECheck is integrated.
Google Wallet needs an eCheck payment option, I can see this happening very soon.

Is there another way to make audited financials avail to the public without approval of a form 10-12G first?
Out of curiosity how could a company make publicly avail audited books if not an SEC filer, have you ever seen this done before?
Bill stated that they've started working on the form 10 even prior to the audit completion. You can't file bits & pieces of a form 10, it needs to be thoroughly completed & reviewed, for every error in those 300 pages an amendment must be filed which tacks on an additional 1-2 weeks to the SEC approving our 10-12G
An SEC form 10 contains 250-350 pages which must also be completed by MyECheck then reviewed by the auditors before being filed along with the audited financials to become fully reporting.
MCET had much higher sustained trading on the news of Patent Application, now they are granted the Patent 5 months later so should at least trade higher than .002-.003.
My guess is investors are waiting to see what the company plans to do with the patent & if they can bring in revenue.
I think it's a Must Go Event for MyECheck.
If they do not plan on attending this event there must be something very important they are currently working on prior to the AGM.
I do not expect them to attend every conference because there are many throughout the year & I trust Ed's judgement which ones are most beneficial.
Once apps are out & all their services have a solid floor plan with the quickest implementation techniques (Web checkout, Government payments, Back End Processing, etc) I suspect they will not be missing many payment events pending the type of businesses they plan on pursuing most.
We are still at the start up stage, we need more building blocks before they have books, brochures & a booth at these conferences.

"MYEC has hit a low of $0.01 twice in the past week. The odd thing about this movement is that it's on relatively small volume. The stock now sits around $0.028, which is almost triple from the lows.
This chart 100% displays a lower Bollinger band bounce straight into a stock riding the upper Bollinger band. In moves like this, there is usually a lot of gains to be made.
MYEC has broken some big resistances like the 20, 50 and 200 day moving averages, so where is it going to go now?
MYEC still has plenty of room to grow as the RSI hasn't even reach 70 yet. MYEC dipped today and touched the bottom of the upper Bollinger band so that is a nice sign that it held as support.
The ideal situation at the moment is for MYEC to receive an increase of buying pressure and for it to reach above RSI 80. At that point, a pullback/consolidation cycle would have to occur but as long as MYEC holds the 200 day moving average then the long term up-trend is still intact.
