I hear ya. He was a pioneer in robotic surgery and that can hold weight and is applicable in this case. No one else is or was an MD on this team and someone has to do something to keep the medical community involved with some sort of credibility. I agree not the best but need something since Fowler is gone and Valvo is not an employee.

Completely Agree. We have a production freeze and Paige is on the treadmill at LA Fitness collecting a Huge check and Reiza, you are the President of Titan. SHOW SOME LEADERSHIP. I never thought he would be so underwhelming. He was a pioneer in robotic surgery.....I don't get it.

I get that. I mean an example would be currently the plexus director of operations is working with the Verb project manager. Any tangible example of them working together not just "oh it's small industry everyone knows everyone".

Thoughts on the addressing or at least bringing to light, the blatant conflict of interest of Paul Laviolette on Ximedica and TRXC board?
I think this is very important given his vote or say allows for whether or not Ximedica will allow Titan to start back operations or delay further so TRXC can get ahead or reposition. Just addressing this may help to alleviate any uncertainty between Titan and Ximedica.
We should also have 1 uniformed SUBJECT LINE for the email

I thought this was well written and covers all we have been discussing. 2 comments:
1. Not sure this pertains but thought about addressing the issue of having Paul Laviolette on the the board of Ximedica and TRXC as a conflict of interest and possible obstacle going forward to allow production to begin given all we have spent thus far with Ximedica. A lot companies allow developmental companies "good faith" to get the job done. I don't see this happening because of the conflict of interest.
2. Why there was no "back up" or "fail safe" in place when Jugu fell through at the 25th hour?
I would have no problem sending this.

The BOARD needs to be targeted (email, LinkedIn, phone calls, etc.) and a shareholder meeting needs to happen. A Tangible plan needs to be put in writing and held accountable moving forward.
Shareholder/Market Confidence needs to be Re-built brick -by-brick. A regular progress report needs to be apart of that rebuild.
A multi-tiered structure involving Sachin Sankholkar, Chris Seibert, James Shore, Reiza and Hargrove addressing a coordinated effort to raise awareness & future funding needs to happen NOW.
Hold EVC accountable. Didn't we learn our lesson from Sherry Bertner. John needs to put that southern Gentleman BS in the closet and become a pit bull.
Since Titan is apart of this sector of Plexus, I wonder if we even get a mention at this large upcoming exhibit.

What's next steps? We can surmise all we want but what should we expect?
Another raise in two months? If we can't generate any PPS Appreciation it WILL BE THE LAST RAISE before closing the doors for good. And this sells for pennies on the dollar.
