No prob... and I don't know any more than what is publicly available. They are very experienced marketers though and they have that portion down very well to grow revenues.
Great to hear and glad you're enjoying!
I've been around here for about 2 years building a nice position and I have a decent history with this company. Here is something I posted last week, and it explains their target market... their market isn't dispensaries...
"I've had several conversations with their CBD specialists over the last couple years and I've been using their products for just as long. I've also used dozens of other co.'s CBD products and I can undeniably attest to the fact that their product is the best I've used and just as good, if not better, than most MMJ CBD products.
Lastly, yes you can get CBD from Marijuana but what if you live in a state where MMJ is illegal, or what if getting a MMJ card is very hard (like NJ), or what if you don't like the psychoactive effect of THC, or what if you don't want the hassle of getting a MMJ card and want it delivered to your front door, what if you want a THC free version of CBD (like HLT offers) because you get drug tested at work, and what if you just don't want to be seen going into a dispensary? If any of these were to describe you, then HLT and their products are PERFECT for you."

No prob!
I have been using their products for about 2 years... below is a reply I did yesterday to a guy who was saying hemp CBD is inferior to MMJ CBD and explains why their products are superior to most on the market...
"What is your basis for this statement? What are you comparing it to? If you're comparing it to hemp derived CBD from Europe, Asia, and South America, than you're correct. Some of the worst hemp CBD comes from those areas. Also these inferior growers/extractors are only extracting CBD from the stems and stalks (because CBD from the whole plant can't be imported into the US). HLT does not use this type of CBD in their products.
Do you understand the difference between hemp (especially "purpose grown" hemp like HLT extracts from) and marijuana? They are both the identical cannabis plant and the only difference is the amount of THC that can be extracted from them.
Since HLT CBD is extracted from "purpose grown" Colorado medicinal hemp, it's a full plant extract with a full-spectrum cannabinoid and terpene profile, which imported CBD will never have.
They have concentrations as low as 1% in their tincture (because it's diluted to a 1oz. bottle) and high concentrations of over 80%-90% in their 800mg Domestic pure oral syringes.

Thanks, likewise! Well, I couldn't read it cause it gave me a 404 error. But, if the article title is the same as in the link (below), it is indeed incorrect (the title and/or the article) or irrelevant (the whole article).
From the link below, the title seems to be an oxymoron...
"hemp-derived-cbd-vas-cannabis-derived-cbd"
BY DEFINITION: Hemp is cannabis (lol)
ireadculture.com/hemp-derived-cbd-vas-cannabis-derived-cbd/
Totally...
Ok, still have some work to do here.... Hemp -IS- Cannabis, by definition. The ONLY difference between hemp and marijuana is the percentage of THC on a dry weight basis. Federally, any cannabis plant under 1% THC is Hemp. As per the 2014 Farm bill, for USA grown hemp, any plant with 0.03% THC or under is classified as hemp. There is zero difference in the CBD molecule extracted from hemp or marijuana. The only difference is the "spectrum" of other cannabinoids like THC, CBC, CBG, etc... and the naturally occurring terpene spectrum.
One other difference is the quality of the strain... so just like you can have shitty weed from mexico that produces low-quality marijuana buds, industrial hemp is the low-quality version of hemp and "purpose grown" hemp is the high-grade strains. Purpose grown hemp is grown specifically for it's CBD and that's it... the plant materials are usually sold after extraction, but it is a secondary use of the plant.
I personally see no effect positive or negative on HLT personally from the Nov. voting. If things stay the same, they will still have a market, if things get easier for MMJ, they still have a market. However, if things get easier for MMJ, it just helps push forward the cause of MMJ and CBD, which in itself is good.
The way I think it will effect the stock though is in a VERY good way... because just the buzz of the industry making advancements and us being grouped in the Cannabis sector, I think we'll have a solid run.
So he's an awareness poster, but I don't see him doing anything close to awareness posting here... and it's usually a whole team doing it. Do you have anything else that would show a paid promotion?
Hey, where did you see/what evidence do you have of paid promoters?
404 error on that link...
You're not getting it... as stated, if you are talking about imported hemp, yes, you are correct and the deleted article is correct too.
However, we are talking about a WHOLE different ballgame here... we're talking about USA grown hemp that is "purpose grown" for high CBD content. That low THC version of MMJ you spoke of, depending on the publish date of that article we can't see, would probably be classified as "Hemp" now.
HLT does NOT and I repeat does NOT extract from industrial hemp. It's "purpose grown" hemp that has a THC content under 0.03% so it can be classified as hemp. If the THC content was over 0.03% THC, it'd be Marijuana!
You need updated information to see the true value of what this company has... USA Purpose Grown hemp with full plant extractions of CBD (buds, flowers, etc) is completely different than the industrial hemp your outdated and missing articles are talking about... you have to compare apples to apples.
Also, did you not read that they have full-spectrum extracts of CBD in high concentrations as high as 90%?
Let's just put this to bed so I don't have to keep re-explaining myself... my 2 years research of CBD and knowledge of this co. will overcome any uneducated info you throw this way.
You have absolutely zero clue what you're talking about. I've done 2 years research in this industry and this company as well.

Cmon' man! lol
What? No they're not.... Hemp Life is owned by UBQU now...
Their new acquisition HempLife Today is about as solid as it gets...
You'll be fine AND glad you got in
Hey Kairos...
Yeah I can really be tough to decide. There is not a lot of transparency in the industry and you could be buying oil from China or South America that is laced with heavy metals and toxins. I have bought from hempmeds, bluebird botanicals, cannavest, and healthy hemp oil. Also I have done a lot of research on other companies and brands... There are pluses and minuses for all of them but for me it was just how my body reacted in a positive way to the hemp life CBD oil. Their strain seems to work the best for me.
I am NOT taking CBD oil for anything major but just for preventitive health and stress / anxiety. A side benefit of hemp lifes CBD oil is that it all but eliminated my allergies that have been severe for me at times ever since I was a child.
My neighbor is taking their oil and it eliminated his restless leg syndrome/insomnia he has had for 10 years and he has also been trying to get off antidepressants for about 8 years and the CBD oil was able to help him do it. He has not taken any antidepressants for over 4 months now.
I would say give them a try because they by far have the best support of any company I have dealt with. I had an issue with one of my shipments and the bottle being broken and they overnighted me a replacement... and not to mention they have phone support until almost 1a.m. every night.
Since I order regularly with them I was able to wrestle a coupon code out of them for an extra 10 percent off so I will share it with you as well... it's special10.
Hopefully that helps!

Easton put out a press release announcing that Tim was being removed as an advisory part of their company. Most likely it tied into the new relationship with UBQU and the transition.
The direct and blatant statements from the FDA and DEA regarding CBD being an illegal substance are much, much stronger than anything out there about USA grown hemp. As a matter of fact, the farm bill totally opens up, on a federal level, sales and marketing of hemp products grown in the United States.... and it specifically states in spite of any federal law and the CSA.
Right now all of this is ones interpretation and perception... There is nothing definitive.
Any CBD company is in jeopardy of federal interaction as both the DEA and FDA have stated their stance is that CBD is an illegal substance... so pick your angle.
No, "Zorn" has personally given me zero reason to even remotely believe he's a con-man... that would be a completely baseless claim on my part. In fact, I believe it is quite the opposite...
I did reach out to HLT last year right after the announcement of the acquisition of HLT by UBQU to see what the deal was (because I too was invested in GLCO) and I was told that GLCO did not uphold their end of the acquisition contract and therefore it was cancelled by HempLife Today. They also said they have sent Frank over at GLCO several cease and desist letters asking them to remove HLT from their website, etc. It seems Frank is the real "con man" here and HLT is just trying to do what is best for them. UBQU also is the only company that acknowledged the transition (below) in a press release... why did GLCO not make a single mention of it? Maybe because Frank know he was guilty of not upholding his end of the agreement?
"HempLifeToday.com was acquired by Global Links Corporation in January of this year. That agreement has been terminated."

Sounds good... I guess you can put every CBD company in the same boat because the FDA has clearly said any form of CBD is illegal, by their terms. So have fun with that...lol.
I have bought several products from this company from the beginning when they were offering vape products and I now order their CBD products regularly. The company always delivers with fast delivery, great customer service, and a great product that has helped me and others I know immensely.
You can also come to the conclusion that European Hemp is illegal to sell in the USA also... the FDA has even said it classifies it as an illegal substance.
The 2014 Farm Bill opens up Hemp product production, distribution and sales from Hemp grown in the USA. There are many companies now growing and producing hemp products from USA grown hemp and distributing it in all states.
All this shit is grey areas no matter how you look at it... you just have to look at the trends of how the government is reacting to this new reality and all indications are showing they are lightening up on all fronts. First in will have the greatest benefit as things continue to lighten.
The only other option for these companies is to do nothing... and then no one benefits.
Hey guys...
I just spoke with the company last night and they are doing a soft launch of an affiliate program.
I figured that I would share some of the initial information here so if anyone is interested they can make some money promoting their products...
PDF explaining the affiliate program and company...
https://www.dropbox.com/s/37vnamy4yxof8pl/Affiliate%20Program%20Overview.pdf?dl=0
Also, here is the link to the form to submit in order for them create your affiliate account...

There ya go!
Wow! She keeps going and growing! I bought this at a little over $0.02!
ASK SLAPPIN' TIME! LOL!
Guys/gals, this stock has the potential to push $0.50 or more! It's done it before and that was without HempLife Today!
Oh man, we couldn't ask for much more than this! Just need to keep building volume and slap the ask! Go to http://hemplifetoday.com and buy some product... it's amazing stuff!
Yeah you are right I'm sure they would honor that price if I called after 5 / 17... lol
Here is a mailer I just got from them too with a special offer (came inside my last order)...
Says I can share with close friends and family and I consider anyone on this board a close friend...haha! Even though it says 4/20 is the expiration I'm told the offer is still good until 5/17 if my memory serves me correctly.
Oh, there is no doubt and yes, I testify! This link https://www.hemplifetoday.com/lp/specific-ailment/ explains how their oil works with the endocannabinoid system to bring balance (homeostasis) back to the body, etc. It has literally changed my life...lol, I know that sounds dramatic but it's true. CBD is amazing stuff...
They give me a special deal every two weeks... I use the coupon code: spring60 for 60% off then another code: special10 to get another 10% off.
Here is the products I've tried... but the 30% oil is my fave...
I am loving this Co. I buy product for them every two weeks... CannazALL has all but erased my allergies I've had since I've been a kid and helps so much with anxiety and is known to help erase oxidative stress, etc... not to mention all the other benefits with ailments from pain to cancer!
Also it's actually July of 2014...for some reason an older one is on top.
I share your frustration but the management of UBQU are not in any way related to Frank or GLCO. What I was told is that GLCO did not uphold their end of the acquisition contract and therefore it was cancelled by HempLife Today. UBQU had been looking for their entry point into the MMJ market and it was a perfect fit...
Holy Crap! Marijuana.com wrote an article about HempLife Today! http://news.marijuana.com/news/2015/04/how-hemp-cbd-cures-a-variety-of-ailments/
I use the product every single day and it has done amazing things for myself personally... I definitely do not have cancer but it has gotten rid of my allergies most of my stress and anxiety and I just feel great everyday!
WOW! Not sure why GLCO didn't stick with HempLife Today. This news just out about it... Maybe HempLife was too legit for GLCO? lol "Ubiquitech Software Corp.'s HempLifeToday.com Division Exceeds Projections With More Than $600,000 in Gross Sales for First Calendar Quarter of 2015"

Hey! 1 single share traded as of 10:30...not bad! lol
Nice fancied up website for UBQU! Http://www.ubiquitechsoftware.com
I have to say that http://hemplifetoday.com is looking hot too! Also looks like they have the domain http://hemplife.com too!
HempLife Today is totally legit... I have spoken to their support staff and ordered their products. It's the real deal!
