How true, and despite my many post critical of LBSR, I wish it lived up to the most grandiose predictions, but given the over the top promotion and secrecy, I doubt it ever will, so again I say bring on the drills and let's find out what's in the ground
I'll start from my beginning posts, companies that have a blown out share structure(even more so now) almost never seem to recover I said it then and will stick to it
BTW I asked this same question on the company paid board and was summarily boot off, with all post deleted, which led me here to a somewhat more fair arena where freedom of speech is somewhat respected, by most anyways
Your probably right, gambling is emotional but investing shouldn't be, as I said before hoping and wishing isn't an investment strategy, and neither is he's a nice and honorable guy
It's an emotional response, understandable when $$$ is at stake, however in the markets it's a death wish, as far as your $$$ is concerned anyways

Ahhhh! Hope springs eternal, here's to champagne dreams and caviar wishes
Lol, here comes the personal attacks, next deleted messages, then the retreat to the company paid board to find solace with the other 90% downers
Very true, and it's nothing wrong with that, people buy lottery tickets everyday, but saying it's based on the science or because he's a really nice guy is ridiculous, the Web site is a typical Vancouver mining hustle page, long on promotion, short on critical information
When feelings are hurt, personal attacks begin, further evidence feelings are involved here and this has moved beyond a gamble for some, as someone said, never risk more than you can afford to lose
There are some good people here I'm sure, the problem here is gamblers mistake 101, people have fallen in love with this story stock, and what has been said about love is certainly true here, love is blind, emotions have taken over, pretty obvious since I first started posting here, doesn't really matter what JB says, it'll be defended until the lights go out, that's the way love is
Quite true, but the question is who is the laughs on?
That's an easy one! Just look at the web site, that's where the jokes really start, and the PR'S are even more hysterical, that's why I am here, the sad part it's a black comedy with a sad emding, nevertheless funny
I won't buy, but I admire your persistent, and it's true, without people with crazy dreams and persistence the world would be a quite different place.
I bought a stock once that went from $4 to less than .20. I threw in the towel around the lows, stock eventually recovered and went as high as $12, was I sorry that I gave up, still trades today, (IEC electronics ), different circumstances here, since they actually had products to sell, but it's possible
Yes he is keeping it alive (using shareholders equity) that's what dilution is, others (get options and warrants) which maybe worth something in the future (most are renewed when they decay) so the amount of risk taken is uneven, and as for Columbus, what exactly did he discover again? Even the schools are correcting that mistake in the history books, a lie can be spun for only so long, so I say let's bring on those drills so we can really see what's in the ground, and this supposedly multi billion dollar dream can be exposed for what it is, just another Vancouver mining hustle, imo
It doesn't apply, for many obvious reasons, plenty of bottom tier mining projects looking for capital, this is just one of many, with a blown out share structure to boot
You are correct, warrants not options, wrong stock, however the premise still stands for LBSR, if it's the deal of the century why doesn't BOD and JB buy in big time, they won't because it's not
We're options extended? and does members of the BOD have options? or did I read the pr wrong, does JB have options as well as other members, if so the statement is true
I wish if I was wrong it would make the stock price go up, but it won't
Sheesh
So keep trying, they say it's better to be lucky than good, since the choice here was bad maybe the only thing left is luck
Shrugs????
And Sheesh
The BOD just got their options extended so maybe they will step-up and by some units, after all, they of all people know JB has the goods, so I wouldn't worry, at the last minute they'll scoop up the units left I bet
Boilermakers to I see, no argument here it helps sometimes
Most are down big time, making claims otherwise is just that, admitting to that takes courage and only a few here have said so, nothing wrong with being down and hoping it'll work out, unfortunately in the markets hope is not an investment strategy
But dilution will make your shares worthless by then if you don't keep buying, that's why options are granted to management, it renews their stake with each grant or extension, common holders lose ground with each toxic share released
That's why I say what I say, and will stick to it, promotion is necessary for any venture, but when it turns into a circus act, that tells the real story, because JB knows all of the technical aspects of the project and wouldn't have to resort to the former if the latter was sound, so again I say bring on the drills
I'll stick to my outlook when i first started posting, Hay is an overlooked garbage project and if it wasn't, the smart money would've been all over it years ago, so bring on the drills, it'll prove me right
Not me, can't wait
Only people who never ran a business would use that as some sort of badge of honor, those who have ran a business knows there are plenty of perks and benefits besides a salary, case in point, getting the company to pay for the high tech warehouse that's filled with the now defunct Jabba's aka JB's equipment, that's just one of many here, what I would like to see is his tax returns which tells the real story, but of course we never will, and that's ok, it's allowed to be private
Stop it! your thinking to much, this is about a hope and a dream, ruled by a reasonable gamble scenario, belief in unseen science, and faith in an honest and a good man, and all other things unseen that faith brings, all that's left is a belief in Voodoo and witchcraft , which by the way are religions, because it'll take a magic spell for this to work out

He did say that didn't he? Wonder how the loyalist justifies that, however it's all part of the extend and pretend strategy, and let's not forget the science is good for everyone except those who have signed the NDA and seen the science, anyways it's a good risk for all except those who have seen the cards that the dealer is holding, makes sense to me, throw good money after bad, a true gamblers addiction
Wow! Another interesting observation is this a friend's and family drill plan, it's not unheard of here, remember he contracted himself under Jabba and stores all his equipment in the top secret warehouse and charges LBSR a fee to keep HIS equipment, that's why no salary yet, in biz money comes in many ways
I'm still waiting on a coherent and compelling investment reason, I go to church for hope and faith
As I said before if you can't contest the facts presented with superior info, hurl insults until ur posts r deleted, then go to the company paid for board and seek solace with other true believers
Interesting interpretation, didn't notice that line, it could be an out, we'll see, however I'd be really interested to see how many "units" the insiders purchase for this can't miss opportunity
I guess they'll have to go back and study a little harder in the effort to discredit
The past is quickly forgotten here, new hope springs eternal each time the mining guru speaks, and at this point the likelihood of JB mining anything becomes remote with each passing day, with the usual time line of 8 to 10 years for a mine plus his age, retirement seems a better bet than ANY stage of the 100 billion dollar dream coming true, except for drilling, which in itself goes on for years
Usually the personal attacks begin when losing an argument, posts are deleted and poster goes into hiding, posting their frustrations on another board where dissent is not allowed, the pattern is enjoyable
You should buy all you can
It's those mid-east buyers accumulating cheap shares in anticipation of the JV announcement remember
This is turning into a desperate comedy show
That's interesting what's wrong with this one, after all it has a 100 billion dollar "potential " the smart money should be gobbling up these cheap, cheap unbelievably discounted shares, I know if I had signed the NDA which proves JB has the goods as some claim, I would, nothing illegal about buying into the mine of the century on the open market, or am I missing something?
Actually this is comic relief from the real markets and the worthy bets, having fun is a very important part in the competitive markets, if you never learn to laugh ur doomed, it's only money after all, trillions are made and lost each day
