Expecting to hear something soon so today may be the last day for scare tactics to have any effect. Then, say goodbye to the 01's and 02's forever! IMO.
BIser's short post = good news imo.
I am thinking whomever bought 16's or better today will be up 2x that next week.
I know, I honestly don't understand the pps action since Tuesday. Just not enough folks in the know I guess.
Need a spark here, gold will do.
I can only imagine that they are making every day count down there and with the info they had going into this site it won't be very long until we hear something.
Luckily we don't expect it to take that long.
OK, that makes sense. Guess the level of effort is a positive thing if someone wants in so bad.
Glad to see all the BS countermeasures- it's like trench warfare! Here's to the good guys and they know who they are. This company has so much going for it and a big gap up can happen any day imo.
Yes, the makeup of this board can be holding as much as 100-150 million shares or more (just a guess). That's a good chunk of the company.
Gregg, really appreciate your time, efforts and persistence to keep the facts straight on this board and also to refute the ridiculous fabricated claims coming up. Your efforts remind me of someone else, um, who is it now.... oh, Kyle Kennedy!
Wow, appreciate the recognition Gregg. Glad SOMEBODY reads my posts.
Yes, Kyle always told me its a relatively short process to get to full salvage, essentially once they have a find they just keep rolling. Kyle knows how this works and that's really all that matters.
Gregg is 'The Man'! Thanks for making the call and sharing.
Yes, anyone who thinks Seafarer would be excited to be allowed to go view the seafloor and not move sand or bring anything up of value needs their head examined.
I have talked with Dr. DeBry a couple times about this site being the Concepcion- he is very confident that it is and is excited about it. Let's see, the world's foremost authority on the 1715 plate fleet wrecks being excited about this site- no brainer for any long here. This is a man who has been performing underwater archeology since the 1960's, is fluent in about 7 languages, has personal relationships with those that manage the historical archives in Spain and France, learned how to read manuscripts dating back to the 15th century (Spanish and French were a bit different back then in terms of connotation), and has personally spent multitudes of hours researching this very wreck. Should be a pretty good bet I would say.
Thanks- that makes sense. Bids reaching up to the ask vs. sells into the bid. At least I know the former is better. I'll get there someday.
Sorry DD, think it's just semantics. I had meant that all trades have a seller and a buyer and so therefore it's always 100% buys and sells. You were referencing what percentage of the trades occurred at the bid or the ask. I guess trades executed at the bid are buys and those at the ask are sells? Believe me, I am no pro at this and still on a learning curve.
Isn't every trade a buy and a sell? Therefore, 100% buys yesterday.
I am a long and even I bought shares specifically to flip after this PR came out. When 9:30 ET hit, I was shocked there wasn't any shares traded for the first couple minutes and then- a whalloping 10K share trade. I think those that had a lot of shares that they wanted to flip on a run-up got scared at the stall and hit the sell button. I still own my flippin' shares and will throw them into the long lot. I'll be better off for it in the long run.
Good one LTG
I am sure the Lantana letdown has jaded some folks.
That is certainly true. Would love to see this stock trade at least 10-30 mill per day. I think that will be coming soon.
Honestly, did not expect to see any red on the day when the site 3 permit was announced, but did expect to at least be in the 3's or 4's similar to last year's news on Lantana. Dissapointed but in the larger view today's trading is pretty meaningless. In for the long haul.
No, they don't have to put it back. Lot of scare tactics today.
Somebody coughing up a lot of shares. That's their choice. Going to be a bad choice.
Congrats to all of us. Patience and confidence in Kyle will pay off.
If they were ready, then I know Kyke would make haste and close this chapter. On to bringing up the goods. May have to drive on down to Melbourne soon! 3.5 years for me, long time coming. But, as TB said, gave me more time to add.
Good to see the volume finally and also knowing that more shares moved from 'iffy' hands to the longs. Will only help accelerate the PPS when there are fewer shares to be had.
We went to .045 on the Lantana permit- have to think with all the people and money in the know on Concepcion that permit should bring .07 or .08.
Good to see all the chatter on the weekend- usually means something good is coming soon.
Might be a worthwhile weekend night to stay up for- the last sub 0.05 Friday night!
People sell for different reasons. Maybe their patience is worn out, maybe they need to pay rent or feed their kids. What I do know is that anyone who bought today got a good deal. Permit and long, lost artifacts imminent.
Got to get these while they're still in the 2's
Count me in.
I'll second that.
Hope to say 'Today WAS the day' soon!
And that was with reasonable doubt still lurking and people easily giving up shares. Once the doubt is removed and there are few willing sellers watch out! That's when bids have to be floated to tempt sellers. Looking forward to that.
I am looking forward to seeing more shares traded in a day than I own. At least 10-20 mill shares per day would be nice. I know, it takes news and finds. Coming soon.
Maybe in this case, odd precedes pps ;).
