Just some follow up DD

I emailed IR awhile back and my question was out of the $250 fee, how much of that goes to PAOG and how much goes to the state for licenses and fees, and they got back to me this morning

The response, and I'll quote...

"the company has never released the breakdown you're asking for to the public and therefore I cannot comment. Apologies but the information the company makes available to the public beyond that which is required is determined strategically by what the management believes is in the best interest of the company and the shareholders."

I thought that was kind of a shitty answer. Not like I asked for the secret sauce recipe that made them famous.

But honestly, I never expected much from them.

In short, it doesn't equate to panic. If you listen to SooS, a lot of his analysis is dead on about what the MM's are doing. We know that 50 m shares came of restriction, and are being flooded into the market. Volume has increased, but I believe because of the much lower pps, investors buying power is exponentially more, almost 70% more, which I think factors into the volume spike.

When PAOG released the Q3 financials, it was awkward. The put it in a non related press release, like it was an afterthought. No balance sheet, no analysis.

Anyhoo, you know what you got, and that's great!

I know what I got out of, and that's great too.

Lol, but the same tactics are used to propel this stock as well...I know you don't believe half the posters here, but you can appreciate their efforts to stir interest, and stir excitement. I wish their English was better, but I cant expect much from basement dwellers on some shady PR firms payroll.

I don't exactly know how they work, or how the "pump" side of the message board gets paid...maybe one day I'l figure that out

My one post that was an in depth breakdown of how OTC companies work, and why DiPrima took the company public right away using the NWAV shell, that was legit. I took that post from an analysis from another shell scam from a highly respected author. I honestly didn't know how they did it until I read that article. So I am always learning.

Its nice knowing the template they use to sniff out other shady companies. It makes my decision on how much to invest, and how quick to get out much easier.

I'm done here. My position was closed yesterday, and I'm walking away with a hefty profit.

But in all seriousness, this isn't the stock to make money on. I'm dead on with knowing about DiPrima, and the history of this ticker leaves the bread crumb trail to follow. So we already know the end game here. Its inevitable. You know that as well. You have to know that this isn't a brick and mortar company.

Now with that being said, is there room for this to run? Of course there is. Will it???

I guess if the MM's can take ERBB and let it run, heck, anything is possible! lol ERBB is more fraudulent than these guys!

I once sat long on a penny stock I got caught with my pants down on, for 2 years! Bought a ton at .01, it tanked, and it sat at .0005 with zero volume forever! Then, one day, for no reason, out of the blue, there was a million share buy, then another. Within 3 days, it woke from the dead, and ran to .08...I sold at .01-.02 because I was so happy to get my money back.

Point is, I have no idea what they are going to do from here. I would go long, knowing that it HAS to bounce, but the flux of 50 m shares has made this toxic from my point of view. Especially knowing that the MJ sector has SO MANY good stocks. I'm talking real MJ stocks, with warehouses, and licenses to sell and distribute MJ. Holy sheet there is some money to be made.

But there is no real money here off of these clowns.

I have nothing vested here anymore, so these are my real words, not games.

Much respect to you and your analysis. I hope that it works for you and the rest of the board.

Listen, if there was a catalyst for a run, I would completely be on board with what you're saying.

If the stock price had shown signs of strength on the release of the last 3 PR's, and then were quashed by increased selling. Ok, then. At least we knew there was an intent to keep this down to load.

But that's not what we see here. What we have seen is little to zero interest, even in the wake of fantastic PR's increased revenues

That's what I thought....no common sense at all...The OTC is manipulated everyday. PAOG is being systematically manipulated. There are no "just all of a sudden" events. They are all timed, and orchestrated.

What does make sense is, someone is dumping big because they know that there is another wave of huge dilution coming. I know I wouldn't want to be stuck holding 50 million shares, knowing that another 100 million shares is soon to be on deck on the ask.

Even if this starts to run, it will be greeted with intense selling pressure from those who purchased 50 million, and they have to dump as well and make a profit! Couple that with no reason to buy, as seen by the little interest shown in this stock's last 3 PR's of new clinics, increased revenues, and opioid crisis stance.

Its a recipe for an agonizing slow trickle down into the triple 000

My point was all that really matters right now is where the price will go from here in the short term, which is no where. 50 million shares came off restriction and have been being dumped to in the float for the last 4 months, unbeknownst to the shareholders, and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future.

As we get into March, another 100 million shares will be released into the float as well...

Bottom line is that PAOG has no catalyst to propel this past .01. All attempts at fluff PR's saying increased revenues, opening clinics, head of the opioid crisis have done nothing to the pps, except afforded an opportunity for management to dump their 50 million shares off restriction.

Everything else to the contrary is just noise.
