Might be a good time to short.
You,re welcome guys. Thank you for your insight as well.
typo-"no dilution has occurred"
The truth is, we can't look at the float to determine whether or not they are diluting. You must only look at shares outstanding. The float refers to freely traded shares. If outstanding shares do not increase by much and the float does, all that means is that restricted shares, which many times are shares held by employees or the company, or a private placement offering have come out of restriction. Most restricted shares have a time period before they are allowed to be traded. So, if the float goes up, it usually means restrictions have been removed and those shares may now be traded. If OS remain the same, now dilution has occurred. If I am wrong, please correct me-anyone. Thanks
I thought they announced a contract deal with an unnamed company months ago. If that deal was made-why was diluting necessary in the first place. Couldn't they use capital from the deal to fund further expenses?
Either way, supply is increasing so that relieves price pressure unless demand intensifies. Hopefully fundamentals prove to attract that demand.
Yes. Can become. No penny stock is an enterprise yet or they wouldn't be on PK or BB.
Well said Smoove and HBD to yours.
Heimie said opp AIG was out until further notice-Smoove-did you get the memo?
I say we all become students of Tim Sykes. If you haven't heard of this guy-check him out.
LOL-the little tricks one learns.
Absolutely
I believe you. It's just funny. It's like my football betting odds too. 0.16666666 percent. LOL
This is all the CEO had to say a long time ago. Communication is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
Its amazing to me that I have called maybe 5 times and she never answered but she answered for you. What are the odds?
sorry- "not trying to rain" misprint
Does anyone on this board like challenges? Well, I propose a challenge to anyone who does. I challenge you to get in touch with anyone at Telefix communications. Not via voice mail but actually have someone pick up the phone and answer. If a company is hiring wouldn't you think human resources (Carol Studor) would pick up the phone. Communication in any business is key and especially a start up. I'm trying to rain on anyone's parade or the livelihood of the company. I'm just wondering what is going on.
Ok. I see what you mean. I guess I didn't realize they were two different posts. Yet, its the little things like keeping a web site or FB page updated that make you wonder what is going on sometimes.
What web page are you talking about? I'm talking about the recent FB link that was posted in early January.
I am selling. Not all but some. Just need some cash. I love this company. Don't take my emails as being negative like that bing boda dude. I'm just trying to help us all figure out what is going on. We need some updated material.
Complexity is your enemy. Any fool can make something complicated. It is hard to make something simple http://virg.in/cye
LOL Or maybe they are merging with Virgin Group: They have a photo of Branson on the FB page. Amazing how a link for employment opportunities takes one to a faulty web page.
This is getting ridiculous. I just went to the fb page and clicked on the employment opportunity link and it doesn't even work. You are kidding me!! Does it work for anyone else?
Oh wait, I know. They use investor money to survive. I almost forgot. We pay all the bills and wait and wait and wait. Soon, soon, soon.
I hear you eskimo. So disappointing. This might just be as bad as the rest. Same old story of how a company has a competitive advantage and then nothing for six months. Give me a break. How do these people survive if they have no income? Not as bad as GEAR though.
And the soever famous response:Have contracts that they are working
Latest email to Jack with no response yet: I like you Jack. You seem like a great person-responding to all of our impatient emails. It just seems like you talk in circles sometimes. One day you claim they have revenues and contracts and another you say those contracts are incomplete. Which one is it-graciously.
Latest from Telefix: "Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world; indeed, it's the only thing that ever has." Margaret Mead
I guess they have no completed contracts yet because here is another response from Jack to my email today:
When they complete-Jack's response

Thanks for your responses-it just seems like if they had contracts, they would not need to cash burn anymore. Contracts lock in revenues thus cash burn is not necessary.
OK. Let's all be on the same page. Thanks.
Here you go tantalos. The point here is that we have all emailed Jack many times and keep getting these immaterial responses:

They tell me they are working on the OTC filings and should have them completed soon. They have a lot in the works but until something is announced it is not proper for me to discuss and shouldn’t until it is made public. The work is consuming their available cash and building revenues is their priority for the immediate future

Jack- we are all decent people here. Were not trying to harm your livelihood. We have been corresponding with you for months hearing that we will have information and filings and contracts. We get referred to an outdated OTC filing and that's it. What is happening with this company? Please understand our concern so we might make prudent decisions. Thank you.
Does that mean operation AIG is out? LOL
Thanks. I actually meant we own less than the 153 million outstanding. That has been posted since Oct., so there may be much more dilution since then.
He claims-more work than they can handle.
From Jack- "They tell me they are working on the OTC filings and should have them completed soon. They have a lot in the works but until something is announced it is not proper for me to discuss and shouldn’t until it is made public. The work is consuming their available cash and building revenues is their priority for the immediate future" Hopefully not burning all the available cash. Or else- we own less than we think.
KOLOB-I just copied and pasted all those questions and sent them via my email to Jack- I left your info. out. The response I received was: I'll have to check and get back to you. This is turning into a circus. I'm thinking about selling and getting out of all pennies.
A collective answer to those twelve questions is : ????????????
I love the sound of this one. Much better than that ridiculous GEAR. Its just frustrating when you have zero communication with the CEO except through a FB page. And rarely.
Worst volume I've seen in six months. This is starting to remind me of GEAR and GTRL. Two horrible plays among so many horrible penny plays. LOL I can't believe any company would hold back this long good or bad info. It's just not good.
