There are times, Spanky, you should not render an opinion regarding a status of a NBRI project, and this Fraser River Placer JV is one of them.

CEO Leopold made a wise choice for NBRI partners in this Canadian property JV. We, NBRI, are looked upon as foreigners moving into their Country so the selection of two respected Canadian companies as JV participants eased this concern. I hope level heads prevail and the JV receives this final and important approval. The British Columbia area hold great promise for all to work together in development of its PM resources !

This skepticism might be the result of NBRI lacking an effective Company promotion plan that has been left to posts on this IHUB board by shareholders, well intended, but lacking professional direction. Retaining the services of an experienced PR firm would be helpful.

Or NBRI can rely on its present program of reporting events of interest to shareholder whenever they happen and let posters fill in the cracks they see, right or wrong.

Encouraging the market to buy NBRI"s CHEAP shares for 3 or 4 cents profit potential doesn't help the PPS, and posting of messages that it will take months(perhaps years) for NBRI to earn market acceptance DOESN'T HELP, EITHER !

The old game of playing a quick "3 penny flip trade profit" will just prolong NBRI's market acceptance as a producing Gold Mining Company.

NBRI with the RUBY results just posted and more to come, CEO Leopold ought to consider engaging the services of a Public Relation Firm's guidance to gain momentum lost.
