Montague International Investments had announced today the acquisition on June 14, 2012 of 87% of all outstanding stock of HI-TECH Crime Solutions (SPFM). As a result of the acquisition, the Board of Directors of HI-TECH Crime Solutions lead by Greg Evans had resigned in favor of the Board of Directors led by Larisa Saltsova MBA. The company new name and symbol has been approved by FINRA. The new name of the company is Montague International Holding Ltd with a new trading symbol MIHL. The company will act as a holding company with investments in Crude Oil, Petroleum and Petroleum Byproducts, Mining of Precision Metals in the USA and South American as well as the Investment Banking and Insurance fields with a special emphasis in investment in overseas projects. A new hedge fund is planned as well. We are currently working on our website and will announce it as soon as it is live.
The new management has over 20 years of experience working in the international arena and has put together an International Board of Directors to manage the company. Ms. Saltsova and her team are working closely with the investment community and expect to attract new capital of approximately one billion dollars in the near future with preliminary agreements already reached.
