Fantastic post, Sunstar - blows away the FUDDERs
Fear, Uncertainty, and Doubt - BLOWN AWAY by this list...
Best,
Joe
PPowns, you're thinking in weeks
Better to think in months and quarters. Yeah, I know what you're thinking. ("There's always next year...")
Well, my response is that the tone, confidence, and swagger are different this year. KOLs. HIV results. HCC patients living 18 months. Synergy with anti-PD-1 and anti-CTLA-4. MDSC suppression. M1 polarization. Th1 shift to cell-mediated immunity. Adaptive immunity i.e. the immune system "learns" the tumor.
Do you have any idea how many billions have been invested in downstreamers like PD-1 and anti-CTLA-4? THEY ALL NEED BAVI.
Good luck.
Joe
North, so posters here hold more than funds/tutes?
Yeah, sure. Maybe a few. A VERY few. But with the growing indications and potential of Bavi, you're gonna need a lot more purchasing power and shares to makes this thing fly.
Look, face it. This stock isn't going anywhere until the institutions and BIG funds get involved.
Good luck.
Geo, you got it - it's a psych trap
Selling at $5.00 expecting to buy more with a retracement will ultimately burn many, many investors.
When PPHM goes parabolic, those early sellers will be so psychologically traumatized, there's no way they re-enter at $10, even though the price may readily go on to $24-30 pps.
They just won't be able to do it. They will consider themselves a failure having taken a 50% haircut to their holdings. NO WAY do they re-enter.
They will move on to "green shoots" hoping to make a quick killing and recoup "what might have been."
We all know where that road leads.
Best,
Joe
Pu, give 'em a taste...
Then they'll start salivating and sell...LONG before they should.
Old time game.
Joe
THE goal of this rollercoaster: RETAIL GET OUT
Geocappy and Bunglar continue to NAIL it:
This stock has ALWAYS been too heavily retail-owned, and Wall Street and the institutional buying are none too happy about it.
EXPECT more of the last 10 days. A loco rollercoaster that is going to throw a LOT of people off the ride. And that's what needs to happen and that's what WILL happen.
Look at the FUD, BOD bashing, wailing and gnashing of teeth once PPHM falls from its high of $3.14 last week, yet is still up more than 30% from a $1.65 base two weeks ago.
Loyalty is PAPER-THIN around here. I fully expect half the Board to bail at $5.00 pps.
And frankly, in many ways, I can't blame them. Many good people have been holding a heavy bag for 18 months and they're sick of it.
Which is kind of the idea.
Bottom line message from the action over the last 10 days?
RETAIL GET OUT
GLTAL!
Joe
I was initially referring to the SITC poster
which did not mention survival. (The results of which, by the way, you conveniently ignore.)
A mistake was made adding the Keystone study to that group. It does mention superior tumor suppression with anti-CTLA-4 and Bavi as well as a longer survival time (again, ALL conveniently ignored by you.)
Take your subset analysis on Figure 2 and run with it. KOL's disagree with you.
Yup.
You can't state conclusions without backing it up with specifics.
You can't support conclusions no one else has come to but you. Freimark Keystone poster comes to different conclusions.
Thanks
Joe
Microbe man, you are incorrect - First, the anti-CTLA-4
presentation at SITC showed that Bavi and anti-CTLA-4 resulted in the lowest murine tumor volume of ALL combinations. Survival was NOT a metric. The Hemotoxylin and Eosin slides also definitely showed the most tumor destruction with the Bavi and anti-CTLA-4 combination, not anti-CTLA-4 alone.
check it yourself
You state to Stoneroad:
Microbe, agreed. TIM-1, TIM-2 and other important upstream
ligands ALL have to bind to PS!!
Yes, there are other upstream inhibitors...but they ALL have to
go through PS -
Agreed. We have, BY FAR, the best upstream inhibitor.
Three words: SINE. QUA. NON.
Best,
Joe
Already up 7% ($0.17) pre-market - today we fly
It's all becoming TOO clear for the BIG boys...
EXPECT high volume today...we could touch $3 again
Best,
Joe
PPHM's "existential threat" continues to grow - Yikes
Great PR - Today's PPHM PR
More MDSC differentiation, more M1 polarization, more interferon gamma, more IL-2, more cell-mediated immunity, more tumor destruction... Great results with anti-PD-1 and anti CTLA-4!!
And it's the HUGE BPs that have already poured BILLIONS into these downstream checkpoints - What will they do without Bavi...i.e. that existential threat staring them in the face??!!??
Oh man, BPs are sweatin' bullets more than EVER - They realize now more than ever, that they've GOT to get their hands on Bavi -
GLTAL!
Best,
Joe
Bid, you nailed it!
I agree. I've never understood the "boy, the BOD sure sucks, almost as much as King."
I really wonder what planet these people are on or even if they're listening to the same podcast. King always sounds professional to me. Ok, maybe he doesn't do cartwheels and juggle flaming torches while giving a talk, but too many ill-informed blowhards around here expect him to.
Funny how March blew away all the hot gas. Nary a peep. Heck, they've even got the chutzpah to cheerlead after all the griping they've done.
But, in the end, it's all good. I wish them the best just for hanging tough with PPHM for so long.
Our day is approaching very quickly and the science is about to affirmed BIG time by BIG players.
GLTAL! and thanks for the great post...
Best,
Joe
Bid, Dia, please link the Roth presentation slides
Thanks.
best,
Joe
"While specifics cannot be discussed until deals are culminated"
King gives it away!!
What more do people want here???
Best,
Joe
Hay, we're inundated with newbies
They don't know the potential that we do
Nothing wrong with taking profits, but selling a $24 stock at $4 might merit a gentle nudge or two.
BTW, your CAPS key is on. LOL
Good luck, bro.
Best,
Joe
Almy, click on your own name
The next page you'll see will show you how - on the left side of the page.
GLTAL!
Best,
Joe
Jim, I'm with ya -
The wheels on this truck are about to turn into wings.
Something MAGNUM awaits us. You don't trade 36.7 million shares and rise 56% on BS rumor...
I've always put a massive prediction out there: MERCK (because of Yervoy)
We'll see...
Best,
Joe
Harder to get to $2 than $10
Many battle-tested posters have been saying this for years.
Now that we've BLOWN $2 away, my view is we hit $10 very soon.
Probably in a few months.
My view: DO. NOT. SELL.
best,
Joe
Motley - nothing to see here, move along
Duh. Yeah, sure. ONLY 36.7 million shares traded, a stock increase of 56%, (with AH move above $3), all on NO NEWS, and yet Motley is STILL obsessed with "that worrisome Phase II mix-up thing."
Man, what century are they in? CP is right. The retail e-magazines are beyond hopeless.
GLTAL!
Best,
Joe
Easily $12 pps in just a few months
My view is that a Biotech can move very, very quickly, once the wheels really start to turn - Seen it MANY MANY times over the years ...DO NOT SELL
HZNP (just recently $2 - $13), ARNA ($1.50 - $12.50), PCYC ($2 to stratophere), to name just a few...
Maybe 50 of us have been regular posters here before September, 2012, but so many more newbies are coming in every day.
Remember the doldrums of February, 2013, when PPHM sat at $1.21 for MONTHS???
Who remembers?
Hang tough - the fun is just starting -
GLTAL!
Best,
Joe
Right on, Bid - BOD haters took today off
Amazing how our fair-weather friends are strangely quiet on days like today.
The Street KNOWS something big is in the air. Remember, professional money men can SMELL money a mile away....
GLTAL!
Best,
Joe
All this on NO NEWS...go ahead, tell me no one knows
ANYTHING....
Sure, right....
Best,
Joe
52-week high on NO NEWS
Pending news certainly seems to be the direction...
GLTAL!
Best,
Joe
Well, it's about TIME
Wall Street is SNIFFING around this stock big time - it's quite possible someone knows something about the month of March...
GLTAL!
Best,
Joe
Stone, I agree
VERY solid support under $1.85; the stock has a "gut" solid feel to it today with obvious sustained buying.
March should prove interesting, indeed.
Best,
Joe
Dead cat bounce
They're gonna short this thing to death, unfortunately, tragically, awfully, what have you.
A lot of weak hands from yesterday still need to be flushed out.
This puppy is $3.50 before it's $13.50
Good luck.
Shorts have poisoned the stock
for the near future. Too much doubt about how long the legal process will go on.
GREEN, pre-market - gotta love it
Let's move UP, with institutional support
Relax - VRNG's legal team is LETHAL
Don't forget that - they've already whipped GOOG's team badly.
A few trading sessions from now, this bird will be singing a different tune.
GLTA!
Thanks, Tom, no I'm cool
Patience is key with any court case. BTW, I'm not really a newbie. Owned VRNG previously in 2013, but sold to pursue other opportunities (best one was ITCP). Now I'm back, at a higher cost average, obviously, but with a bright future.
Thanks for the support.
Best,
Joe
I know ONE thing for sure
I just became a bagholder today, and for some reason, I'm not pissed about it.
I guess it was JJ's TONE. He sounded angry. He sounded pissed off. He sounded like he'd seen enough of GOOG's crap.
This bodes well.
GLTA!
A lot of newbies became bagholders today...
I know -
I'm one of them....LOL
GLTA!
Here's what Thurs/Fri will be like
1) The MM/shorts will take the price down further, (probably $4.50) to shake out the weak retail who bought in today and who are impatient and will thus sell at a loss. Thursday close: $4.63
2) Friday will be more interesting b/c now the MM's have got a "harder core" of retail that can't be shaken loose so easily. New retail will refuse to sell at a loss and thus becomes part of the "long" crowd. Less selling, more new retail, and interested bigger parties join in. Friday close: $4.90
3) Monday ?????
GLTA!
Can't say I'm thrilled with the action
Guess GOOG is still the darling of Wall Street.
45x normal volume; of course MANIPULATION
Everybody calm down;
We'll soon see a steady rise after all this nonsense today
Altucher says HOLD b/c $18-20/share coming
Interview just out on TDA.
GLTAL!
Added another 10K - am I an idiot?
Once these short/MM games are over, I'm convinced we're heading to $11-12 pps.
Joe
Soldier, I expect a long slow rise tomorrow
With shorts realizing they have to cover.
Could be a ITCP-type day.
G/L
Day-traders are going to be ALL over this in AM
Looking for a "quick-flip."
9:30 AM tomorrow will be MOST intereting.
