Not understanding you here. On one hand you say RS good for company and us present shareholders, on other hand RS bad for Wiley's friends who he wants to invest in company? Do you see the contradiction there? RS will kill us. I hope it isn't so, it seems some of you are trying to sugar coat a possibility of one for us today as if you know something.

Now that's a joke right? A reverse split would wipe us out. No sugar coating that turd.

This stock buyback stuff is hogwash imo. The company just sold a bunch of shares (VERY CHEAP PPS) to raise capital. They are not going to turn around now and start buying those same shares back at a higher price when right now for them cash is king. This is all my opinion but the guys talking share buy back are in the end doing a disservice to all investors here.

I have brought this subject up with the ceo several times.no chance in heck of a reverse split..he does not believe in them at all and in fact he calls them the kiss of death..

The only way it seems the company can pay this note is to do what they do best......sell shares. Hence the reverse split, while keeping the authorized where it's at. Now they have a lot of shares to sell to raise funds. All in my opinion of course.

I haven't followed this company for a long time until I heard a RS was coming so I came back to check out some posts. Very interesting I must say. So it looks like the company owes BREHM $250K by August 2008? Is that right? Does anyone think it might be possible that the company is doing a RS so that they can sell shares to cover this debt? I don't think the company makes enough per year in profit to pay him back in profit related proceeds. So selling stock would be my guess. Anyone think this is a plausible scenario?

Yes this guy threatened me with a lawsuit also as did a couple of the posters here that backed him. Turns out I was dead on. The guy imo does not care about anyone here. The only thing he has accomplished here imo is fleecing all of you for money to make his mortgage and car payments every month. The same story will continue until people finally wise up and stop buying his shares.
