I hope to see the O/S go back up to 499 mill just like Foley said it would. At somepoint, the TA and NTEK need to report the same thing.

The TA is just gonna reproduce the numbers. I've asked them about restricted shares and what not...and about the AS being 990 mill. Basically "it is what is is" and for further info, contact NTEK.

Foley gave his explanation 2 weeks ago why there are differences.

Some people believe The TA is gospel On pennies.... It will show itself....just have to continue following....

The report of the TA is A factual number. I'm waiting to see if they catch up as Foley describes.

Some others may find this of value as well. I'm sorry you don't. I'm not trashing the stock. I would assume big things coming....but I will always follow the TA numbers on pennies......

I'm just reporting the TA. Then you can say they are wrong. That's fine with me.

That is the UTD TA count. 2 weeks ago Foley stated that what is on their (NTEK) investors page is correct and that the TA is "behind"

VFIN been standing on the ASK since Southridge got involved Sept last year.

Look at last month's trades. VFIN was the second highest volume traded MM broker. The O/S here has doubled since the R/S.

Awesome product PIII. But the share value hasn't helped much here.

There was a planned reduction in shares and unplanned acquisitions going on in parallel..........something in flux.

Thanks David. Those are paraphrases from you and that is what would make sense to me of what went on. The shares had to be in flux.
It looked to me like shares were taken away then added. The added looks like it occured somewhere between the 12-14 by the chart.
I appreciate you responding to my posts as I feel some folks got angry (with me). All it took was a reponse from you clear that up by saying there are reductions and unplanned acquisitions.

So the TA should "catch up" and get the O/S back to 499 mill.

numbers posted on the NanoTech website and the OTC markets site is always the most current and accurate numbers.

To me it looks like dilution occurred somewhere between the 12-14 of August. Maybe that close to 20 mill shares was for merger or acquisitions as they say. Or some employee payments or something......don't know.

Or maybe the TA today was off.

I have never got a response from the TA that the A/S is 740mill.

It has always 990mill up through today. I don't know why.
