I strongly disagree. Cheryl (and Judah) bring high credibility into this play. They took a small risk with their great reputations getting involved with RFMK, but see a great product with very strong potential success.

Me too. If Cheryl is right and believes we can get to $2 million EBITDA....If we had the same year to year growth as FB last year, we should theoretically be at that PPS now. Of course were talking about FB. Even half that would be decent though...Mind you this is the minimum requirements before she would fund. Then the PPS goes even higher.

Using projections for the IPO price for Facebook based on EBIDTA in 2013 and factoring in the same multiples, I've come up with a RFMK PPS of roughly .73 with an EBIDTA of $2 million. This is strictly based on using the same formula as FBs projections and just using estimated EBIDTA.

Thanks for the response Badge. Just trying to get an idea of where our PPS could possibly be in the future when we hit that EBITDA. I'm sure it would be difficult to predict and other factors come into play. Especially with a pinkie.

Cheryl mentioned she is trying to get us over $2 million EBITDA before she could potentially fund. Assuming our SS is close to what it is now, what kind of PPS would we possible be estimated to be at? If anybody could answer, I am very curious to know. I'm not sure how to calculate that.

Does anyone know what a $2 million EBITDA for RFMK would make the PPS look like assuming the SS is roughly the same as it is now? This is what Cheryl is trying to get us to at a minimum to fund through her.
