What was the detail on it?
Yes I did, too
RIP, SRM, and
Dr. Myke, Roxie, Retired & Playing.
We've talked for years, about NeoReader being embedded in cell phones by the manufacturer, that day has ^finally^ arrived.
edc, not sure how he would know, either way.
Difference between Apple, which he brings up, (NeoReader in the app store like so many other offerings), vs Sony, NeoReader is INSTALLED/embedded in the phone(s).
Sony is on the customer/partner page, Apple is not.
So, not sure how one could have any certainty that the payment structure is the same, nor answer without saying this just is my opinion, vs something based on known information.
There's no "E".
if you are only using iHub, I looked at the iHub quote link, it is just supperrrrr slow loading.
I wonder if there is any significance in the positioning, Ie McDonald's being listed first.
What do we know about McDonald's usage, all? (I probably have forgotten a lot of those details.)
Yes, they are Android based smartphones.
See the Internet List about the phone, along with the NeoReader, lots of Google features..hmm.
Has Sony been on the Partner page before? http://www.neom.com/partners/customers
Nice, maybe this is the catalyst.
Embedded in the phone by Sony.
Who's next!?
If something leaked, it is likely from inside another company, maybe one that is licensing.
But, that is speculation just as that article is. lol.
Now we're talkin'.
Where? Oh, you mean your post?? eom.
Seems like only TDAmeritrade has a problem.
jcg was referring to Jmsberg7, not BC.
Hi BeConfident, good to see you.
How are you doing? Current thoughts on NEOM? TIA
NeoReader has been available for a long time. This is an upgrade.
Chillax.
Seriously? Then I guess you should stop for the week.
And, oh, You're Welcome.
See this post (sticky post above.)

So you are really short? or BSing.
Based on your limited posting history, that last post doesn't make sense as you first posted about buying at TDA without a problem. Looks like you had a deleted post claiming something else nonsensical too?
hi Banks!
Thank you. 2012 may be the year!
I agree. But, I am really tired of posting in reply to such nonsense.
It is indeed. (and good to see your post, cloud3!)
Notice to Shareholders, March 1, 2012
Since we have been made aware of the fact that our shareholders cannot transfer our shares through the DTC system, we made contact with our stock transfer agent at World Wide Stock Transfer, Merrill Lynch, and both a staff member and a supervisor in the Compliance Department of DTC. It appears that in today's environment, heightened scrutiny is the word of the day for all publically traded companies. Although we have been trading for over 15 years, DTC is asking us to go through a re-approval process (length of time it will take is not known yet) which we will aggressively pursue. We apologize for the inconvenience it may cause our shareholders and will keep you updated with our progress in resolving the situation.

Hm, I agree with Poptech.
This is ancient history, relatively speaking.
Last fall/ 2011/?
That was streetstylz', but one is satellite and one is street view (I guess) on Google.
You'd have to ask Poptech about the editorial comments, and if CO is a concealed carry state..I guess.

Does this possibly use (ie infringe on) NEOM IP?
NeoMedia Rides the Growth Train
Posted In: Mobile Content | FirstNews

Notice all those barcodes in magazines and pretty much everywhere else lately? NeoMedia Technologies is one of the companies facilitating their distribution.
Thanks in large part to all those smartphones out there, NeoMedia is finally seeing growth on a pretty grand scale. Between December 2010 and December 2011, downloads for the company's NeoReader barcode scanner, which is installed on more than 17 million devices, increased 771 percent.
NeoSphere, the campaign manager product used by brands that use the barcodes, saw a 622 percent increase, managing more than 72,000 codes.
Not bad, but considering the company in its current form was established in 1996, it's been a long time coming. A lot of the adoption in recent times can be chalked up to ease of use for end-users, says CEO Laura Marriott.
Besides dealing with tremendous growth, NeoMedia is starting out the new year with a lot on its plate. The company named a new CFO, James Doran, earlier this month. Its relocation to Boulder, Colo., should be mostly complete when Marriott arrives there next week. And while there are a lot of players in the barcode industry these days, NeoMedia is working to shore up its long history gathering intellectual property by enforcing licensing deals with the help of the Global IP Law Group firm based in Chicago.
NeoMedia employs about 31 at last count, and it's in hiring mode. It still maintains a presence in Atlanta for some folks and in Germany with the 2006 acquisition of Gavitec AG, a provider of technology for code reading systems and software for mobile apps.
A lot of large brands have been testing their success rates with QR codes compared with SMS campaigns, and without giving out specific numbers, Marriott says the QR response rates are outpacing SMS. "It's a nice user experience," and accessible by any phone with a camera and access to the Internet.
NeoMedia's readers work on pretty much every platform, including feature phones and BlackBerry, iOS, Android and Windows Phone 7 and others.

Right, it was in the context of enforcing and licensing.
Once recording is posted, it can be copied down verbatim and posted here.
Thank you; good quote.eom
Yes, disclosed to the public via 8k, PR, or in a filing.
Not over the phone or in an email to a single individual, whether a shareholder or not.
(Not taking a position either way on it, that's just the rules about selective disclosure.)
I would like to see NeoMedia make an announcement so we know the address.
Oh, I see, you meant 1/24/12, not 10/24/12, which you typed in your posts.
I thought you meant something next October.
krays, good to see you!
Good to see the image of it as well.
Edited: routes through neom, first through AT&T though.
Who was looking for volume? There you go. eom
"Through partnerships".
Link?? eom
Ask him for the link that proves what he claims in reply.
ie that Feb 2011 is the last payment til 2015. Answer: in the 8K filing, Exhibit A/ the actual contract, was NOT public information. So..not ALL info was public so anyone who claims to know all should point to their reference (?!?!). ..see some of vero's posts on this in the past, many times. Something to think about and research yourself, and not just ask some anonymous message board poster his/her opinion.
At least, find the link for that actual "Exhibit A or 1" and see for yourself. Redacted/ N/A See Vero's posts for more commentary like this.
Very creative, "Frank"
