Interesting analogy and despite my negative view I am still of the belief bavi will deliver however I also believe the former stewards of this extraordinary asset have royally screwed current shareholders . I believe the IP will be given away or handed to Dart and they will find a way to still profit . We will be left with a decent manufacturing company with a hope of getting to 10 to 20 within a year . This altogether stinks and I only hope we have a case to sue them

We will get announcement on what I assume will.be suspect deal for pennies on the dollar .The best we can hope for is a piece of the action otherwise the old board and chief puppet King will have left the Building with no consequences and quite likely involvement in the IP elsewhere.
