Once the rest of those 13s are taken out it will be right back up to 15 as there is next to nothing at 14s on level 2. 13s could be todays gift.

Just picked up another million at 0.0013, looks like about 2.7 million on the bid at 12s with only a half a million or so 13's left. Doubt if it comes down to 0.0010, but one never knows!

Looks like allot of people that bought in cheaper cashed out this morning doubling their money or better. A normal cycle, the shares are in stronger hands now, so we will build another leg up from here.

IR came out with an update late last night. I posted the update on the board.. might have to scroll down a few posts to read it!

The share structure has remained undisturbed according to the last IR update at 880,000 A/S. The last reported outstanding float was 365,000, but doubt if that is anywhere near correct now. There are several here that hold 10 million sharew or more.

The float has remained the same, should hit much higher then 0.0029. Maybe not tomorrow but now EVDR has become much more interesting. They have the robotic company that they are doing the reverse merger on, (EVDR now has it on their web page) also they are doing another merger with a facial recognition company that is very interesting. Combine those two with the CE being lifted and EVDR should run to at least a half a penny very soon, and believe that it could easily push a penny.

I posed the question to IR if the CE would be removed by June, they replied and said emphatically YES!!!

The news that is coming out has to do with the EVDR filings on the merger I believe.

IR UPDATE!!!! EARLY ALERT:

Watch for IMPORTANT news out as early as tomorrow or this week! EVDR security FOB ordered from OTC so the company can commence filings.

Also on Monday or the day of the merger announcment they will have a robot on the streets of Manhatten!

Production news on robots also updated per CEO's email!!

Not as of yet, but I posed the question to IR today. My exact question to them was will EVDR have the CE removed this month?
Also I asked if the adequate disclosures of the mergers would be recieved and recognized by the OTC in the next week since the merger is obviously a given?

Their answer was YES!!! and Yes! Maybe!!

i have every confidence in this stock! I really like both mergers and the possibilitys that each have. It seems the market likes them too! Won't be long and we will see the currrent pps multiplied several times.

Do you mean the robotics company? If that is the one that you meant there was an IR update that for lack of a better description was sort of like an IPO that they were attempting in Germany. Apparently EVDR came into the picture and they didnt do anything with it.

Could be, probably we will never know for sure. I do like both of these reverse mergers... they seem extremely marketable to me. If the technology is as good as it seems don't see how they can miss with it.

Everything depends on the company as well. In our case we had 16 million dollars in annual sales, were very profitable already and had a strong manufacturing, marketing, and distribution network.
If I had a struggling company that I could not get off the ground but had a great concept, certainly I would have done a reverse merger for shares.

So after thinking about it, I see your point. Each situation would be different depending on where the individual company is at.

Where does it say that the principles of the privately held company are normally compensated with shares only?
Every situation I am sure is different, I just know that if I would have been approached to do a reverse merger with no compensation for my hard work other then shares.. it would not have appealed to me in the least.

Sounds like both have allot to offer, I am certain that they could have done a reverse merger with several different company's yet they decided on EVDR. I wonder why?

Still doubt if this deal was done for shares only. As I said in a prior post I had two startups that went through the same scenario as these two. I was offered shares and cash, no way would I have done a deal with the promise of shares only. Doubt if they did.

Doubt it, you think if I own a privately held company that I am going to agree to turn over the reins of a company with shares only? I did the same thing that is happening here with two companys and if I would have had a publicly traded company approach me with the idea of issuing me shares only.. I would have laughed them out of my office.

Regardless, those company's that EVDR merged with were still compensated for the merger. No way that they are just doing a reverse merger with EVDR for nothing. They have assets that would be bought, principles that would be compensated, and they would have to be absolutely convinced if they were remaining as part of the management team that EVDR was financially solvent. I am sure they did their due dilligence!

Could be, but both company's I am sure have assets that would be sold to EVDR. Inventory, manufacturing space, and so on... also I am sure the principles are being compensated for their efforts in getting their products market ready.
I had a publicly held company do a reverse merger with one of the company's that I was a majority stockholder in(privately held company) and they paid handsomely for it.

Ha! Prove that there wasn't! I am sure they are able to acquire two companys on their good looks! LOL!

The 5 million is no longer in the bank, I am sure they have spent it on these mergers! As I understand from IR they also have a large investor that will provide backing for the future!!

I thought that the robotics company might be fairly new, probably a guy that started it is some kind of mad scientist and not a business man. LOL
With the way that EVDR grew ASCC, I am certain that they will do the same for the robotics company.

Also I like the fact that is a newer company for several reasons.
It is always easier to mold a company when it is relatively new then once it has history. This way the German management will not have as many preconcieved ideas on how the business should be run. Also no baggage!

I like everything that I am hearing!

Profit taking, MMs loading, consolidating after a good run up. The company will be releasing a steady diet of good news to fuel this run! Hasn't even begun yet!!

According to IR, current AS is 880 mill, with a float of 360 mill. Although I doubt the float is correct now, several here own 10 million shares and up.
