Are you able to validate your last calls on the companies that you tooted "years ago?" Sounds like one of those investment brochures where the person says they had a "buy" recommendation on a particular company and if you had bought then, you would be up XXXX percent.
Even in the brochures they have no way of proving their buy recommendation unless one was receiving the news letters for years and knows that in fact they did promote it as a buy.
Of course, because I hold thousands of shares of this company, I hope you are right. From what I know as to their holdings and future plans and development, I would agree with you.
Really? Validate. Who is the partner and what do they do that will positively effect the company?
Why is it going to Rocket? Where is the money?
Nothing as of yet, but you can rest assured that John isn't sitting around with his finger up his nose or in a more smelly place. It took 10 years for Mr. Seiko to develop quartz technology, so relax and stop your whining. If you can't you know where the door is.....someone is just waiting for you to dump your shares.
It is very simple: If one is already invested in a company in which there is convincing evidence to the investor that the stock is progressing upward and may very well be a multiple 100% gainer, then that one adds multiple shares to the port folio before the multiple gains. If one sells stock at a loss, one is limited as to when one can buy back in to that company.
One averages down, so when the stock moves, if there are profitable sales, one can continue to buy; not so when you sell at a loss.
If you have 100,000 shares of BORK and paid .50 a share and the stock is at .02 but projected to move upward; then buy a million shares if you can to average down, then when it moves above the average price you paid for the stock, you can sell at a gain and not be locked out because you sold at a loss.
DISCLAIMER: I am pretty certain these are the rules, but don't take it from me, check the SEC rules, first if you buy for that purpose or want to unload currently but buy back in.
The point is, we don't know. Someone could have bought bourque shares when there were much lower than they are currently, and now selling them for a good gain. The proof eventually, as always, is in the pudding.
The company has shares to sell, don't they? Otherwise why does a company have stock? That being the case, no one has to "dump" shares for shares to be selling. I look a the question as to WHY someone is buying...I guess because they just want to throw their money away, huh?
Can anyone demonstrate a pump and dump endeavor? Who is stepping out and buying thousands upon thousands of shares when there clearly is no pumping by John Bourque? And with the number of shares that are moving, why would he need a pump and dump?
Monday March 6 18 minutes to the close and some have pushed the volume up to 1.36 million more dollars for them to burn, huh?
1.92 million shares traded. I guess someone has money to burn....huh? Or may be much more in the know that the rest of us?
I recently saw a Discovery channel documentary on a space ship probe that they are going to send as closely to our sun as possible to watch for solar flares in a preemptive attempt to warn energy providers and transportation providers, especially planes, to stop all activity, including shutting down the power grid until solar flare "storm" has hit and passed the earth.
This would mean that electrical systems would be down only for a few hours instead of several months and an estimated cost of about 3 Trillion dollars for repairs. This happened in 1859 when a solar flare fried thousands of miles of telegraph lines over most of the earth and especially in the United States.
I can't help but remember seeing the photo one person took of a beaker of water boiling inside a microwave....opening the door and the kryron was cool to the touch.
Somehow, considering this is a fact, information should be passed to NASA where they perhaps could use kryon in building a craft that could highly resist heat and perhaps allow them to even move the space probe in more closely to the sun in studying sun sports....solar flares.
Right now, I think the dog still has hold of his coat tail.....most of those holding back on making purchases I think are looking for contract news. Still there is a lot of volume at this price and one must ask, "Does someone know something the rest of us don't know or are they just foolish wild spending gamblers?"
Doug,
Didn't we recently see John Bourque pull transmission wire? What do you think he did with it?
I very much agree. Transmission lines would save power companies lots of
money and bring down the cost. IMHO...
https://www.americanbulls.com/SignalPage.aspx?lang=en&Ticker=BORK
a strong trend moving up....
What people here were saying was lots and lots of dumps, must have been wrong. People, it seems that may have been in the "know," are accumulating.
Market makers....
Today, the price as increase 57.39 % at 9 mins before closing with 3.75 million shares purchased. Looks like John is trying to trick all of us by buying some of his own shares, huh? Or does someone know something you don't know? That isn't a lot of money, but it is a lot of shares. I wouldn't mind having about 500,000 more shares at least, myself.
So, which is it?
Where is this in a written agreement?
So, what is new? This agreement I thought had been arrived at months ago. The question is, how is Biomass Secure Power Inc. going to supply the product with no processing plant as of yet being built?
I am sorry. I didn't know that you are a fly on the wall at Bourque Industries and know everything that is going on there. Please forgive me....
That is a lot of money to invest unless one perhaps knows something the rest of us do not yet know.
Of course I hope that you are wrong. How do we know whether or not there have been sales? I didn't know that you are on the board of directors of the company? I don't know what is going on, but I don't believe that there is no progress.
I want Bourque Industries to be successful as I am sure we all do. Why not those of you that have friends in law enforcement, give them the links to this site and encourage law enforcement entities to contact Bourque with the end purpose of demonstration, as they say, "the proof is in the pudding." No one knows of companies that buy power lines? Have any stock in such companies, if so as a stock holder you have a right to make recommendations.
I have no idea whether or not Bourque has had many sales or not. Information of the type may be somewhat controlled by SEC rules. If Bourque is restricted in that sense of the word, then no one would know until they come out with their yearly report, as one has already stated, it costs money to file reports and until there is a steady flow of income that makes it reasonable to file quarterly, then we see the company downgraded because it isn't doing what the SEC rules say they should do.
But I think hints from some on this board that John Bourque doesn't want the company to be successful is about the most absurd charge I have ever heard as he stands to make perhaps billions from this product. What we need is some kind of networking not knee jerking from people on this site.

CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING:
Research and development can take years before things mature into workable technology. As an example, Seiko Watch Company. Mr. Seiko worked 10 years on research and development of the quartz watch movement before he went into production with it. Hamilton, a past great American Company tried to move into the electric analog watch before quartz technology and ended up to some degree, ruining their reputation because they made a battery powered watch called the 505, trying to beat other companies to the market place with the first analogue electric watch and it was a flop. The contacts on the step motor would wear out in about 3 to 6 months....so much for not properly engaging in research and development that is sound and complete before one markets the product.

30 years is a long time.
But when you take the time to do it right the first time.
You don't have to explain why you have to recall things and do it over again.

Research of Mims Motors, which Bourque Industries clearly has a relationship indicates that they are GOING FORWARD....
In my humble opinion, what share holders like myself should be doing is saying, now that they have pulled kryron, we need a report on its conductivity cost per foot or perhaps mile to produce and HOW they are going to market it. It could end in making the grid more conductible per mass of material and save cost overhead tremendously over time if it will do what it is purported to do.
All I see is negativity, negativity, negativity. I am here for the long haul and ready to add to my position when there is confirmation and proof of viability of the product and marketing the product.
I disagree, but we shall see. Bourque Industries is not a "JBoration" it is a corporation. Even if JB were to go to jail, he would have contact with company officials. How many times do they have to tell you that the have allowed for such contingencies? I believe it will move forward one way or the other....
There is always the possibility that the governor, considering the important position which John holds and the potential for jobs in Arizona, could pardon him with a stern rebuke-as though that hasn't happened yet-to not drive and of course, I can't imagine his license has not been revoked.
She could also require him to go through treatement, but as has been said here before, the company will go on.......whatever the case may be.
Licensing does not mean that they have the rights to the formula. BORK would be providing them with the materials as I understand it.
Why not pick up the phone and call Biomass Secure Power and see if the CEO will confirm or deny a plant to be built in Baton Rouge?
Now how could we know the answer to that question? Perhaps he was fired for not doing his job-since so many of you complain against Bourque Industries-or perhaps he resigned to take a new job somewhere or maybe he is being moved down with the worker bees...
but this company is just pushing off of the starting blocks and there is so much more to come...but for now, employees of BORK do have to have money on which to live until the company is greatly strengthened financially.
You are to be greatly commended for you progress in the Engwish wanguige...lol. have a good day.
Do you have any idea how many shares this person owns? I would be interested in knowing that, but if the price were to be expected to spike in the near future one might expect insider buying, but then, you have to have money to do that...lol
Why not provide a link here directly to the web site address. That would be easy enough like with my business:
www.watchandpen.com
Also, if the word is getting around why don't we see a lot more purchasing of shares in light of the expected certain future that is going to be big?
It is not true that TDAmeritrade is not covering Bourque Industries news releases. They posted news for May 22, 2012 and July 31 and that is a fact.
I don't agree with the 1 1/2 year evaluation. It has only been since February of this year that they got certification.
So tell us, please, how does one manipulate this stock price?
We are sorry for the late letter this month, we are finalizing some projects. We had rather wait a bit longer to bring you inked deals that are concrete, than report about deals in the works. Thank you.
