Agree DQ. Our catalyst will come and we will be up to the Penny range.
UK - thanks for your thoughtful response. Regarding recent IPOs, it's very true why some financial decisions are made. Certainly this has occurred before and will continue to be the reality. My only concern has been placing the dolls in front of the most buyers - wherever that may be.
Good catch on the copy-n-paste about statistics vs. analytics - I should have posted a link but I was hesitant to since I figured it would only send someone down a rabbit hole. I will try not to omit such info from here forward.
Nice observation UK.
Statistical analysis is all about better understanding your data using graphical displays and summary statistics. It is useful for making comparisons between two or more groups and determining whether one variable is related to another. Statistical analysis also helps to identify drivers of performance.
Business analytics on the other hand is all about turning data into information and information into knowledge thus helping a business to take the right decisions. The website analytics provided by Alexis.com tell me that our website sales venues do not compare with websites like Amazon.com? Walmart.com, or ToyRus.com.
Odd bit of info...
Dollgenie.com gets 75% of its traffic from Italy.
Thanks. I'm looking right now.
It looks like the sites are getting traffic - below is data on each site in order of most visited.

I wonder how well known these websites are among middle-class families. Anyone know how to check website data like # of hits per day?
Our success depends upon these websites and I'm new to niche doll hunting - which is apparently the gap OWOO intends to fill until we have product sitting on store shelves in places where kids and their parents go.
Bingo. Spot on commentary JC. The push to jump start sales of the company's dolls via trash TV celeb CB seemed like a nice idea but it failed thus far IMO. The timing is off. Everything should (and Could) have been in place to sell the hell out of those Prettie Girls in time for Christmas (the entire set). Let's face it, the company has been around for YEARS... the idea was spawned YEARS ago... and MGMT consciously decides to launch only two dolls in time for Christmas!?@ - does that really seem like a winning plan. And, while Cynthia Bailey and Bern Nadette Stanis may be strong role models for young black women, why even waste time making so-called multi-cultural dolls unless you truly represent all cultures. I understand the business plan initially started out as a means of of getting minority kids dolls that reflected their own world, but I mean seriously, Barbie sells mocha-colored dolls for $12 each. So now you expect White and Hispanic girls to buy a $24 doll just because you say it's a White or Hispanic doll! Wake up call. Barbie just produced a JLO world tour celebrity doll. And we are stuck on has been tv characters (no disrespect intended) and reality tv personalities.
Another thing. Reality TV is an abortion of creativity which wreaks of a lack of budget to pay for real talent. And the insanity of these shows is certainly not the starting point where I want my child's imagination meeting the real world. At some point Good Taste and Common Sense need to get an invite to this party or else it's going to end miserably. Not to mention that by tying the fate of the company to a real person we are constantly at risk of said personality making a poor decision that gets bad Press.
OWOO... do you want to make toys for everyone or just black dolls for moms who are still suffering from their own stunted psychological growth due to a lack of equal representation during their childhood? I am not saying it's not a welcome change within the toy sector, but clearly the company is now responsible for the welfare of its share holders and needs to exMine how it will truly set itself apart from Barbie - whom it clearly will compete against.
I think OWOO needs to pick up the pace a little bit. In a brief search for celebrity dolls I actually came across a different line of dolls. Presumably, this other company has some very good connections as it already has contracts for distribution in multiple brick and mortar stores to include Justice and Toys R'Us. The company also apparently has just 4 employees, and it's dolls are 'also' supposed to be a Christmas hit.
Trent - if you are listening... Bring in the storefront deals. That's where little girls are (with parents in tow) - not simply online.

Truth be known it's probably individuals who bought millions of shares early in the summer who are selling-off now for a good but if profit. It sounds dumb to sell shares this cheap for such a promising company as OWOO, but the very disciplined trader can turn huge profits but shorting. Still it's a dick move...
Ok, I misunderstood this. A Thelma Doll is being made - this may be fine. I initially thought we were talking about a modern-day Bern Nadette Stanis doll.
I wonder how this will play out. When I think of Good Times, I think of the character Bernadette played and how she looked when the show was still airing - not so much about what she did with her own life or who she is today.
Bring on the Prettie Girls' accessories too. Clothing, pets, etc...
Just as well. This is a legitimate start-up company making real products that anyone can buy. Seed money is part of making all this possible until big sales numbers catapult us towards meeting up-listing requirements. I can understand why TA information to the public would be constrained during this period. Every jackA wannabe broker here on iHub starts shouting foul anytime dilution occurs yet it is normal for rising start-ups to use shares to finance certain company initiatives. I'd say we have little to be concerned about since the dolls are actually shipping - would be a different story if the product was only talk, but that's just not the case here. I sleep easy with this one.
Still that's pretty cool. Thanks.
How high do you believe this will go?
It can't hurt. The dolls are a quality and wholesome product that would sell quite well on Walmart's shelves IMO.
I just requested that my local Walmart look into the possibility of carrying The Prettie Girls doll line in its inventory. The opportunity to be the first brick & mortar retailer to carry these dolls will make Walmart a killing.
The national toy fair in February should bring a great deal more attention to the company than one email, but it's worth a shot to bring more attention to One World Holdings, Inc.
Great day - staying strong in spite of downward pressure.
Fear smear in full effect
LOL
Al Sharpton will be on the show too. I expect they will take at least a moment to discuss personal endeavors - hence national coverage for the Cynthia Bailey doll and more publicity for One World Dolls' upcoming Prettie Girls' line of dolls.
It's 27 October - tomorrow.
Just remember... Each celebrity social media follower knows one or more people who probably share their same interests. Once the Prettie Girls' debut goes live the roof is going to blow up by word of mouth advertising that will in turn bring new investors and customers alike.
Great points! You right about the importance of having Cynthia dolls ready when the Housewives of Atlanta season begins. The great part is that anyone who checks out the Cynthia doll will come across the Prettie Girls too. Fantastic advertising opportunity here IMO.
Looks like the first bunch sold fairly quick due to word of mouth and local advertising. No doubt many more will sell once the new season of Housewives of Atlanta kicks off.
Either way, celebrity dolls at $69 each only attract collectors. Kids don't buy Barbie dolls for that price and the Prettie Girls won't cost that much either. The real money is in the toy business end. That's why Mattel and Hasbro do so well - not because of a single celebrity doll but because of the vast majority of parents and children who want play dolls. The light has not even begun to shine on this company like it will after Prettie Girls go mainstream. A few people on this board are obviously trying to poach more cheap shares by distracting from the real deal but in time the strength of product will overcome.
Exactly.
Exactly. The Prettie Girls are going to rock the Barbie industry. Les face it, the Prettie Girls are being manufactured by a former Barbie manufacturing company to the same exacting standards as Barbie. The only difference is that Barbie lacks the ethnic and cultural part. Prettie Girls are on it.
Thanks. I am all in.
The dolls are only available for pre order at this time, so real sales won't be reported until items begin to ship. IMO
Thanks got your response. I am gritting my teeth every time I look at one of the pot stocks that took off recently. I owned half a million shares at the beginning of the year and jumped ship completely when things appeared to sour. Had I held my account would have $45,000 today for that one investment. Alas, the world of penny stock trading is rife with pumpers, dumpers, and the white knuckled bunch who often ride their shares all the way to the ground and back up. Will my fate be different in OWOO - I would very much like for that to be the case.
I agree wholeheartedly with everything in your post. I'm sure about one thing and that is that nothing is ever sure. Still, I think OWOO could see a huge jump in PPS over the coming months. Good luck to you.
Now might just be a great time to load on this one. To each his own, but the company has found a niche market within a grossly overlooked market. You'd think with the first minority President in his second term of office that parents of minority children might have a couple more options when it comes to selecting dolls that accurately reflect some cultural identity....sadly not the case.
One World Holdings is postured to provide a well overdue solution to this problem. The minute these dolls are in stores and mainstream media catches on...watch out. People are not only going to buy the dolls; they are going to replace the dolls they have at home. I don't know if you've been paying attention but white America is slated to become a minority itself by 2020. The Prettie Girls concept is so simple - give people a choice that reflects a level of respect for all. If I were you I would be buying in 100k share blocks.
The bid/ask often change right before the bell. It's really not a solid indicator most days.
I think celebrity dolls are great for bringing the company more publicity, but the real money is in the Prettie Girls concept.
I see what you're referring to. They should clarify this for sure. Someone on this board mentioned contacting the Doll Genie and reported that they were expecting dolls for November order in time for Christmas. I guess we will find out.

That's not what was said. Only two (2) Prettie Girls dolls will be available in time for this Christmas - the African American and Hispanic dolls if I am not mistaken. Another one gets released in February 2014 and so on...
What the announcement is saying is that the entire group of Prettie Girls dolls will be getting notice throughout 2014, and leading into Christmas they will be a must have item.
This may be old to some of you, but it is a big confidence booster to see the Prettie Girls on an actual news channel. Check out the link below.
The video is from 2012 but it was new to me so I thought I would share. Apologies if this is a re-post.

Hi Sampa.
Sorry don't have PM, but check the following link regarding the number of dolls sold by 8 AM the first morning. I'm pretty sure your order number indicates the 1,001 doll and not the first. ;). It's all good.
