You mean less than .004 cents.
That was ugly. Looks like info on the upcoming bankruptcy has leaked.
Here come the 2s Turk!
Ouch!
You're right. No one is going to buy a company with built in baggage Musclepharm carries.
Sorry Turk but we are heading to zero. Loans are tapped. Revenue is dropping. Reputation in the industry is crumbling. No manufacturers willing to produce their products. Kicked out of NSCA. Kicked out of NSF. Removed from the shelves in EU countries. Finned heavily by the SEC. NASDAQ uplisting is off the table. Class action lawsuits ongoing with more on the way.
Double down desperation.
Word is the deal is contingent on Musclepharm entering bankruptcy first. It's just not a worthy investment while losing $35 million a year.
Musclepharm is worth more in bankruptcy than it is now. Too many lawsuits about to drop. Too much money going down the drain.
Shareholders get nothing.
Musclepharm kicked out of NSCA.

That's almost $600,000 each and every week.
The stock is now less than .05 cents per share pre-split.
If you don't think there's any connection you should probably reboot your Windows 95 OS on your Gateway computer and see if that helps any.
No they have plenty of money. Musclepharm has no money.
LOL - well except that.
There is absolutely nothing this company does that would justify the use of a private jet.
Musclepharm doesn't have enough money to go to the Olympia.
No he's just an idiot.
Let's face it, they have no money, huge legal fees, they have lost $150 million dollars, they supposedly have a $20 to $30 million restructuring coming up, a swarm of class actions about to hit.
I would say bankruptcy and a fresh start is in order.
Doubt it? The go ahead - buy some more. LOL
The SEC has done all the work and Musclepharm has signed off on it. The only thing the class action attorneys have to do now is name their price.
That's just the beginning. Class action lawsuits will follow on the heels of the SEC investigation.
Wonder if it has anything to do with all the yellow tape circling their offices.
If you read the lawsuit it's all based on the assumption that he is referring to Musclepharm but never directly mentions them. If that really is the case Musclepharm will lose and will also be liable for JYM's legal fees.
$130,000 a month in office leases? These guys never cease to amaze me.
Lol. Don't think we have to worry about that scenario ever playing out.
The fact remains that it is banned because DNP being found in the product.
No. 10000 better trades out there.
They said "imminent threat" and I think Bond is on it.
Here it is.

They have issue a mandatory recall and consumers have been advised to throw the supplements away. Even INTERPOL has classified it as an "imminent threat".
Read it.
No different than what 50 other companies are selling.
Just run of the mill stuff. Nothing you can't get from 50 other companies.
I would say the stock performance and the products performance are about the same.
Well 3s came a lot quicker than I thought.
You might be right but honestly, who needs scare tactics with this stock?
Anyone want to guess how soon we'll be in the 3s?
What are they doing - going after 6 year olds?
Down about 30% in a month. Ouch.
So you're saying it's not capitulation so we still have a way to go before we hit bottom. I agree with you and stand corrected.
Solidly in the 4s. Steady capitulation.
Hello 4s.
4s are coming faster than I thought.
Looks like they hired a lobbying firm.
