So tired...tired of waiting...tired of waiting for youuuu (UBRG). Sing with me now....
All great points. I would put them in an e-mail and see if he responds...
Interestingly enough, I did mention that it would be great to have an update about how the company was doing in a business/sales/financial sense, but he did not comment on that. I will probably follow up with more questions. He responded to my e-mail within hours...
Dan Cooper's response to an e-mail I sent asking about the Wall Street Voice and basically asking him flat out if he had something to do with the share dumping:
I don't know what more you want. It is just what we say it is and nothing more. Shareholders need to stop speculating negative thoughts that just aren't so. Wall Street Voice GAVE BACK ALL 7.5 million shares they were given and we negotiated cash payment. The shares remain uncleared and have not been sold. Believe you me our target goal is much higher than the .04 that we had reached and I would not have purposely allowed anything to jeopardise the momentum we had going. I can also assure you that I sleep good at night because I'm not your typical CEO that drains money from shareholders. Whether you believe it or not I had nothing to do with what happened. Money in my pocket, at this stage of my life, is not as important as the success of this company. The recent events have hurt us all but we will put them behind us, as should the shareholders and move forward with the growth and development of this company. Also, The Wall Street Voice is the only thing we have going for us right now as they are in there providing support every day so please don't knock them.
Thank you,
Dan Cooper/President

At the very least, this is another sloppy move on the part of UBRG. I don't care if the auditor was fishing or busy looking at porn. After everything that has happened and all of the delays in their filings already, you have to be damn sure that you are on target before releasing a PR like that!
I couldn't agree more. I bought many, many shares in the price range of .0016 to .0025, thinking the merger was only weeks away. I was pulling my hair out about this for many months. Now that I know it will be 2-3 more months, I just set these aside and am TRYING to be more patient! I will probably check in with Doc Newman at the end of the month for a progress report.
I do appreciate your optimism tocororo and I hope you're right!
So could this delay with the dividend have delayed the filing of financials?
Thanks very much for sharing this info. I was wondering...
Makeamint, your post still has me busting a gut! Come on Dan the man...put down the donut and do something for your investors. Wait, let me clarify that...do something that won't cost us even more money!
Nothing on Edgar Online either...

Forgive me if I missed this in a prior post, but do you have some inside info? You seem so sure about all of this, including the timing and additional PRs to follow. I don't mind your rosey outlook...just wondering where it comes from.
No kidding... how are they delivering the filings, by pony express?
I don't disagree...the only question will be what will be the pps when it happens? The longer we wait the lower we go. My hope is some news comes out prior so that we can start drifting upward back to a more reasonable pps. Some financial news also would be a plus.

Lets hope there's some news soon to set this thing off! Because of the tiny float the pps will head north at a high rate of speed with any sort of good news at all IMO. Will it ever come?
Let me preface this by saying that I am a shareholder and do hope and expect great things from this company. My hope is they are just learning the ropes of the big business environment, but I have to say, the website thing does bother me. If nothing else, it is sloppy and unprofessional not to have your site ready virtually instantly after a change in business model like this. This doesn't exactly scream big legitimate and growing professional corporation to me. Come on UBRG, you can do better... oh yeah...and get your @ss in gear with the financials too!!!
Yeah, I was pretty disappointed to hear that. Must be tougher regulations in Canada... I assume the BCSC he refers to is British Columbia Securities Commission? Just a guess.
Update from Dr Newman:
Received this from Dr Newman upon responding to his initial e-mail. I basically asked him for more specifics on the time frame for completion of the R/M. It looks like more patience will be required for this one... hopefully it will pay off. For those that can wait it out and have faith, take advantage of the impatient sellers and the resulting very cheap pps.
From Dr Newman:
"I am hoping the audit process and the BCSC nonsense will be complete by the end of the summer. We will then immediately begin jumping through the hoops to move up to the OTC-BB. Once that is done we will formally announce the consummation of the pending merger. The best case scenario will be end of September, worst case scenario will be end of year.
This has been a much more complicated process than any of us thought in advance, however, we are not phased by completing it.
Best Wishes
WGN"
E-mailed Jean-Eric and got the following response from Dr Newman:
"Greetings;
My name is Dr. W. George Newman. I am the individual who put this deal together and am handling investor relations while the deal percolates through the various channels.
Jean-Eric has been advised by legal counsel to not respond directly to investor enquiries because of the risk of providing insider information and the legal implications of same.
The deal with AUCI and Amero International is signed. The merger is proceeding as planned. At present, we are completing the required Audits. When these are complete, the lawyer will proceed such that at the end of her work, we will be fully compliant and trading on the OTC-BB"
I plan on following up with a few more questions and will pass along any new info I may get.
Seems like only one thing is going to move this much...positive financial news at reporting time.
Thanks...appreciate the update!
Just curious if you got a chance to call the TA?
Right... not sure whether to be scared or excited about this lack of word from the company. It could be something great. Keeping my fingers crossed and holding onto (currently somewhat worthless) millions of shares!
Anyone surprised that there hasn't at least been an update from the company in the last several weeks? I am still optimistic that this will get done, but damn, how about throwing the share holders a bone here.
The R/M finalization has to be close. Hoping for that with some good financial news. It could sent this thing to a penny or better IMO.
Happy Friday all!... if anyone is out there. Praying this one is worth the wait. Hoping for a BOOM and not a fizzle!
LMAO!!! I think they bought 2 wedges!
I agree as well... holding strong and waiting for some good news. Actually hoping for great news. We all deserve it for waiting this long...
Just curious if you called Dr Newman?
Something has to happen for it to run. Something... anything. We aren't running on zero volume.
Been holding for several months. I have been checking out the website for a while now. Does it concern you at all that none of the links seem to work or lead anywhere?
Good evening all,
Just looking for opinions on the long term prospects of AUCI, assuming R/M goes smoothly. Look into your crystal ball... where do you see AUCI (or whatever they may be called) a year down the road?
