I have not seen a published dollar figure. But if you go back and look at contracts from last year, it should be worth just under 400K.

Thanks to all of the ones who posted the up-dates on the patent. I don't see any other reason for the increase in interest. A press release would help to keep it going in the right direction.

For your record keeping, IMO it will be okay and good enough to keep them in business, however you and I will not see a profit on our investment. I am willing to wait. And since you still haven't sold your shares I surmise that you still believe that you will make a profit.

I missed seeing on facebook that those two contracts were included in the six contracts. Facebook usage is not my forte. I was hoping that the six were all new contracts. But even so,SSOL just keeps finding ways to increase business.

arizuela, plus the contracts that you listed is the Mecca Farms/XL-Biofuels contract. And I seem to remember that SSOL was not able to include the large lump-sum payment from the All Fortune Group contract in the last 10-Q. And of course by now, they should be collecting monthly payments from that contract as well. Once the monthly receivables equal and then excede the monthly expences we will see 10Qs with ever increasing profits.
IMO, That time is close.

arizuela, thanks for sharing this positive DD. This is very good for SSOL.

KeaneO, in 2011 the California renewable energy program changed and allowed the utilities to make monthly rebate payments instead of full payments upon completion of projects. SSOL adapted and gave their customers the option of paying for their installations as they recieved rebate payments. SSOL gets a down payment when they sign contracts. Then they get a nice lump sum payment when the project is completed and approved. However, there is still a large amount left owed to SSOL for each project. These amounts are paid each month to SSOL by all of these companies. The monthly receivables owed and collected by SSOL grows with each completed project. There are at least 9 maybe more of these contracts that will be completed within the next few months that will add to the already large monthly receivables.
And there is no reason not to believe that SSOL will not keep signing new contracts.

KeaneO, the answer is no to all.
Pre split shares were just that, pre split.
No to ever being another name. They did do a share swap with another company in order to go public in 2010.
The last quetion is also no. SSOL has traders paying attention. Over 230 on this board alone watch this stock.
They are a very young company with an excellent business plan.
Here they are in 2012, while thousands of companies both private and public have gone out of business. I am betting my money that they will succeed.

RS500, using investors money is the reason companies go public. I invested in SSOL and depend on the board to make wise choices. If I was on the BOD I might or might not do some things differently. One thing for sure, my complaining about it now to others would only show that I didn't do my job. My job was to pick the right company to invest my money with in the first place.

RS500, this blog site is a place for anyone to post their DD on SSOL. There is no competition and no one is keeping score.

You are so right, ZYOUNG. Sunvalley Solar Inc. is still a very young company and they have already had 2qs that showed a small profit. Most start up companies take 3 to 5 yrs to show any profits.

Sunvalley Solar has added the latest PR to their Facebook page.

PR indicates that some 2011 and 2012 contracts are not finished.
They must be close to being wrapped up since the work on this latest project is set to begin construction in September 2012.

Great to see new contracts. IMO, Very positive that he mentions shareholders.

You are right about CGR being a bargain. The world economy is a mess and I don't see it getting better anytime soon. I have added more CGR shares as well as a few other JR. an SR. Miners at these fire sell prices.

I am hoping that they will find a way to mix in more of the higher grade ore into production.

Thank you, arizuela. Very nice article about the work that Sunvalley is involved in around the Thermal, Ca. area. The first page mentions two of the completed projects. I will see if I can find the next page and see if they give any clues as to when the Mecca Farms/XLbiofuels project will be finished.
