Are you saying that "Peter is selling to Paul" and "Paul is selling to Peter."
Sure hope the media does not start pumping JBII, and all of it's virtues, taking the *Control* away.
cheers
I agree take a look at the yahoo boards, a new investor will get lost and move on. Better stay on ihub.
Good one
That is because nobody wants to be apart of the jbii green movement. For the canuks...it's a double double win (environment, business). I mean who would invest in that.
My predication is that panic from the investors is about to set in but not from the traditional players (victims).
Some of the chemicals that were in the original catalyst are now banned. The catalyst has been reconfigured and unique from the original. That is my understanding anyway.
Thanks for putting that together for everyone to see
The reason you are here is because you like the company. Block trades to yourself do not count as volume in my books.
I have not had enough time to look at the posts today but I wanted to check in on some of my friends. I came across this post and just had to reply.
Nothing like taking a max and making it a min and then say where will the money come from. I’m sure many have pointed out the discrepancies in this post and how the numbers are factually incorrect. I won’t rehash.
I want to give are some other numbers.
Approx (numbers will vary using different platforms)
Total common shares outstanding 50 036 926 insides and stakeholders hold 25.34%
Preferred shares outstanding 1 000 000
Leaving approx 38 100 000 float.
If JBII has only 1500 shareholders that means on average every shareholder has 25 400 shares.
Not a lot of paper to go around…
Hey big guy...it's all good. Did you know JBII can now produce and sell fuel from scape plastic. Pretty cool EH.
Cool, I'll let them know that. I guess the fence they have on the property will not suffice. Open, stored, bailed, waste plastic, a hazard. Thanks
Why wait on the sidelines? Just sell.
That's funny and true. What are the reasons people use when share prices are in the multiple dollar range. Cause that is where I believe JBII is headed.
Maybe Profit Taking?
Do you know if P20 only needs one patent, or will they need several. Did they file one for say the catalyst and are now filling for the machine. I don't know. Please help us understand.
There is about 20 trailer loads of bailed scrap plastic stored 3 miles from my home. There does not seem to be any controls placed on it other than it just sits outside in the weather.
I better go over there tommorow and warn them of the dangers.
what's so funny?
agreed 100%, jbii shareholders don't be scared out of your holdings. The group doing this has no fear because they are setting the pace. They are hoping that you fold like a paper bag.
For those sitting on the sidelines and who want in. A cheaper price may come...but start taking some paper. If you flip it only makes it easier to control.
And yes this is so predictable I can set my watch to it.
This stock can be easily walked down because believe it or not, nobody knows about this company. We all want a better price so we never have any upward buying pressure.
It's only a matter of time before the investing comunity gets a hold of this and the games stop.
Get some paper while there are still some chairs left in this musical game.
Other than the extreme reference to an unfortunate event, in your opinion what is it that JB is doing that would make you think of a suicide pill for JBII. Tia
Here is the rest of the playbook. After the air permit is granted there will be a slight bump in share price. This will be from the modest buying pressure that will accompany the news. The cap will be raised in order to minimize the losses. The stock will then continue is downward trajectory and the game will continue.
What the short and distort crowd here is looking for is retail investor to give up on his/her shares because they cannot take the pain anymore of being underwater.
When the volume starts to spike from this the short and distort crowd will purchase all of your shares and disappear. This will signify the bottom and the beginning of the price appreciation
The only problem here is, that it seems that the retail investor has dug in and not letting go of their shares. So I urge the S&D group to try harder and drive this stock down…after all everybody knows it is just a scam, right?
Should have been filled but it was not. I have to say I'm a little pissed. Games, games, games. I have a solid position so can't complain. I have been following the finra numbers on this for awhile. We have approximate a 40-50% daily short position everyday but the stock has a very small overall short position.
This has been a short and distort campaign.
I have a bid of 0.59 for 4000 shares since 0900am. Any ideas why I wasn't filled when the price hit 0.57 today. It's getting harder to top up the holdings. I think this short and distort (stock washing) playbook is comming to an end.
According to bullseye research (questrade)
Class A shares outstanding 867469 insiders own approx 14.60%
Class B shares outstanding 45504 insiders own approx 100.0%
I'll have to verify with the research tools from webroker.
