Looks like shredded wheat! what I like most about this is nothing really changes in our methods of production, We use the Vortex, Make molds, Melt (chocolate or soap) remold it and sell it. I an confident that this new item and market will be a great addition to the on and off chocolate business. I have already contacted some soap supply distributors about the Vortex being sold to soap crafters. CANDLES is next!~

Grant is really a one-man company and not surprising chocolate orders are late or don't arrive. He should get help or stop taking small orders.

Gunther Grant will be making some changes to it's operations. The chocolate production location which is no longer located in sayville due to the building being sold has been re-set up in Nassau county about 25 minutes from the Sayville location and we are in production at this time filling orders for various casinos and other clients. The new location will not be made public at this time.

We have also changed the name of the VORTEX kettle to a new name that will be sold directly through the company and through resellers who sell various food and candy making supplies. These resellers will not be distributors and wont need to be mentioned to the public as associates of GNGR.

Gunther Grant will not be posting any information regarding the kettles, chocolate, other equipment, or any other holdings GNGR has or will have. Many CEOs just say "I cant do this any more" and throw in the towel. While many if not most or all here today gone tomorrow companies raise millions and simply vanish leaving share holders scratching their heads as the company is no longer traded. I prefer having share holders scratching their heads from not knowing what is next than to scratch their heads saying WHY is the company no longer trading. This task to move ahead is not easy and it is much easier to raise funds on intent than to actually make things work which we are doing with the Vortex and setting up supply distribution and still producing product.

Upon my return from Las Vegas where GNGR is setting up a location for business and sales, I will be sitting down with advisors and accountants to create a punch list of what needs to be done in order of importance.

Many are awaiting some PR Newswire releases and GNGR is also just as anxious to say the least. Before GNGR issue any national newswire PR, GNGR needs to complete some final tasks and make some important decisions. Some of those decisions are based on the outcome of what is best for the company and GNGR shareholders.

They are:
- Reducing the share structure (board members and authorized but not issued shares only)
- Looking into what and who GNGR decides to work with to expand the business
- reviewing reverse merger options
- Eliminating various items or products that have been holding back our growth
- Focusing on what works
- Reviewing the never ending changes to the SEC rules of which some will benefit GNGR
- Assembling a new business team so that the current GNGR ceo can focus on products and production


Meetings in Las Vegas are scheduled as well as with some possible working partners from California.

We are setting up the office in Las Vegas on the 17th and I will return on the 20th and shoot the new video. Once everyone sees how easy this is, everyone will want one.....
