But it IS realistic - not idealistic. That's the best part.

Anyone listen to a few of President Obama's bullet points tonight?
"We need a revolution of manufacturing - right here in the United States."
Sounds like HLNT
"Investing in the best ideas."
Sounds like HLNT
"We must do more to combat climate change and reducing pollution."
Sounds like HLNT
Hope he backs it up - and then invites Chad and Bill to a future State of the Union Address!
HLNT
Just because you have a foundation doesn't mean that you have orders right off the bat.
If I'm a Fortune 500 Company with a large fleet, and I was approached right after this "foundation" you speak of was built, I'm not going to say "Okey dokey, here's a $20 million dollar order!"
The R&D with the Hy-Impact Product took months to get to a point where they could test it with no problems and optimum results.
Pilot tests with the new product take a few months, then meetings, then more meetings, then meetings talking about meetings. Remember the corporate structure - 5-10 or more people in a major company have to sign off on a multi-million dollar commitment.
This is a long road. Foreign for most penny stocks - but this is also an investment.
An investment that will pay off very well, IMO.
HLNT
Put it this way...
Looking back at the last year and a half....If I had ANY conception in 2010/2011 of the hurdles this company has had to jump, the hoops they've had to jump through, and the red tape they've had to pass just to put themselves in a position to market this product and mass produce them, I would've had a tough time investing. The only reason I did was because I truly believed in the management of the company - specifically, Chad. It's something you just don't see in pinky stocks.
But with the partnerships they've formed and the product they've brought to market, the potential for success is 1000 - maybe even 10,000 times greater - than before.
I see these prices as more of a steal than the .0012 shares were at this time last year - because these newest partnerships (dating back to last May) are REAL, and intended to legitimately help them close deals with some big-time companies and gov't institutions and municipalities down the road, if not sooner.
Partnerships are not bread and water. They're the first course. The entrees will be served soon enough.
HLNT
And good luck to you.
HLNT
"What exactly has Coats accomplished since 2012?"
Amazing things.
HLNT
People said the same thing last January when it was .0012 :)
"Why is nobody buying, dried up, blah blah blah."
Keep watching.
HLNT
Maybe you hear a lot of it because it's the truth.
HLNT
Prove to me that the product is not being manufactured.
I've done my DD. You haven't done enough.
HLNT
Because the company has grown leaps and bounds from the time it was at 1/10th of a cent last year.
HLNT
Although it was written in 2009, this article (especially the end) gives incredible insight about the biggest challenges of a company trying to break into the transportation industry - and company acquisition and consolidation.
http://www.truckinginfo.com/article/print/story/2009/12/expect-more-tech-company-consolidation.aspx
Note that Susan Fall is a contributor to the article, and XATA, which Bill Cunetta basically built from the ground up, is one of the companies talked about.
HLNT has the RIGHT network of people working for it - these partnerships were essential for what we're hopefully about to start hearing about in the next few months.
HLNT
My favorite part:
Breaking Into the Industry
Lana Batts, a trucking industry consultant, says that the cost of customer acquisition is high these days, especially in the trucking industry. It's difficult to direct mail market to the industry, and it's hard to cold call people. In addition, trucking customers are not all based in the same cities or in major metropolitan areas, so it's a challenge for technology companies to make a relationship-based sale, she says.
Specifically with new products, trucking companies need to be able to see the solution firsthand to make a decision. Trucking companies want to know that the product is reliable, dependable, maintainable and that the company will provide technical support, Batts says.
"It takes a long time to sell something new to the industry," Batts says. "Everybody's trying to sell to the industry."
But Batts says that consolidations are here to stay, and not just among the vendors, but among shippers and carriers as well.
"The big will get bigger," she adds.
I cannot wait for Humpty to get on the stand.
Cannot wait. Let's get this trial going.
HLNT
I am still here too! Just patiently waiting for news.
HLNT
The company has never promised a PR.
It will make announcements as it sees fit in order to protect the company and it's longterm shareholders to the best of its abilities.
Anyone upset or frustrated by this should sell. Those who believe in what they're doing should have no problem following along and enjoying this process.
HLNT
1. Since this is my only post today, let me reiterate my question to Johnny: Did you tell Rizzs and Goldsmith about HLNT or just some random fans at Fan Fest?
2. Also - I submitted AHS and its website to the following e-mail address: leaderboard@mnn.com - And I recommend other longs make the recommendation as well.
http://news.walmart.com/news-archive/2013/01/28/walmart-mother-nature-network-launch-the-leaderboard
Looking forward to hearing more of the excellent story that's being written and officially done by this company.
HLNT
WRONG again.
You said: "The only "announcement" of sales to USA Metals was by Chad, wasn't it?"
No. It wasn't. From HLNT's PR on USA Metal Recycling fleet:
"John Rogers, shop foreman at USA Metal Recycling, stated, I would not have believed the data if I had not performed the tests myself. Additionally, our drivers have reported an overall drastic improvement in engine performance. Trucks idle smoother, pull hills better...' USA Metal Recycling drivers operate 2011 CHU 613 Mack Trucks."
Keep trying.
HLNT
REAL DD would be calling the manufacturer to verify that the product is being made.
I have. Didn't take more than 5 minutes.
HLNT
$700,000 IS substantial!!!
There was ZERO dilution here! The Share Structure remains the same!
Funniest part is - I can think of scam pinkies whose FIRST line would be: "xxxxx anticipates approaching 100 million dollars in revenue" and the PPS would SKYROCKET for no reason.
Instead, we get a FACTUAL statement - a significant payment to PWC that was continuously said by some would be "in default" or "would never happen" or "would need dilution," etc - was made without any of that hogwash....and some continue to moan and groan.
As for the 100 million - this is the first time Chad has said it in a PR. You don't go spouting off numbers like that unless you're extremely confident about prospects AND you already have the ball rolling with a fleet or two or three or four.
Look at the partnerships. Clearly progress has been made along their business-model lines. Revenue is coming in already, it seems.
This time last year, they were diluting to raise money for Whalehaven/Truk/PIPE/Keeping the doors open. Now, they just paid 700K WITHOUT diluting!
Gee whiz. This is more excitement from a company headed in the right direction!
HLNT
There has been no change in share structure for months. So what makes you think there will be now?
There won't. HLNT
You said you'd be doing 'research' to support your claims of shady business dealings by Chad Coats.
You've now had a couple days. Nothing.
Which means your accusations are libelous. What say you?
HLNT
Actually, it's the toy motorized surfboard that doesn't have an official patent pending - or at least one I can find on the official US List - I even searched ALL FIELDS!!!
I don't plan on emailing or calling the company, simply because I'm really lazy and I've heard the surfboard company's CEO is shady and scammy. Thats why I like HLNT - it's management isn't like that at all.
HLNT
I hoping someone here can be a bro and help me out.
I own a motorized toy surfboard, and I'm hoping that a Hy-Impact product might help me reduce fuel consumption and emissions while I grip and flip the waves next summer.
Is there a vertical for this?
Thanks in advance!
HLNT
Thanks for all your comical and incorrect posts!
The libelous ones like calling the CEO Chad Coats scammy and shady will get u into major trouble.
And all your posts simply help the exposure of our stock! Love it! Thank you very much, bud.
One more question that you refuse to address: What do u think about the denial of Walters motion for summary judgement?
HLNT
Here's a civil response:
Imagine a penguin going to a bar, but the bar manager is skeptical of allowing that penguin in - because it's a penguin.
What if the penguin made friends with the bouncer, who then turned around and vouched for him to the bar manager? The bar manager then says, 'OK, let him in.'
Making friends with the bouncer represents all these 'Fluff partnership PRs' u speak of, HP.
HLNT/AHS is now IN THE BAR READY TO ROCK because of the partnerships and alliances they have made.
The free shots and good times are now imminent. So enjoy it for once, please.
HLNT
Then again, I could care less about shorters.
As Chad says "the pps will follow sales." That is a FACT.
And with the newest announcements, I'm happy as a clam for that to be shaping up quite well.
1. First fleet deal announced with MANY MORE to come
2. Partnership with Lindon Group, with MILITARY TESTING taking place
3. Legacy Consulting cutting the bureaucratic red tape and getting this to GOVERNMENTAL leaders!
This doesn't happen with a product that doesn't work!!! This is an awesome start.
As always, can't wait to hear more, which I'm sure will be soon!
HLNT
MY GOD, How many more shares can be absorbed at .0101!?!?!
That 10K has been there forever. Horribly illegal - I hope they pay soon!!

Alternative Hydrogen Solutions retains Legacy Consulting for strategic government advocacy and exposure for its Hy-Impact(TM) fuel saving and emissions reducing systems
10:33a ET December 27, 2012 (PR NewsWire)
Alternative Hydrogen Solutions LLC (AHS), the exclusive provider of Highline Technical Innovations' (OTC: HLNT) Hy-Impact(TM) line of intelligent hydrogen systems announced today that it has retained the services of Legacy Consulting, Inc., a strategy firm based in Little Rock, Arkansas. Legacy, a specialist firm in both government and business consultancy, will partner with AHS to facilitate new relationships and build brand recognition and acceptance for their products.
"The AHS partnership with Legacy will be highly advantageous, and our executive team is impressed and excited to work with them," according to Chad Coats, Chief Executive Officer of AHS. "Legacy has a highly specialized and specific skill set and is very well connected in the areas where our company seeks to gain traction and recognition. The Legacy team believes in the benefits of Hy-Impact, and its success in reducing fuel consumption and emissions. I believe they will be critical in AHS' progress and evolution into a world-class organization."
The Hy-Impact line of intelligent fuel saving and emissions reducing hydrogen systems uses hydrogen as a catalyst in order to more effectively burn fuel. Hydrogen is separated from water via the process of electrolysis allowing a precise amount of hydrogen gas to be introduced into the engine's combustion chamber, creating a significantly more efficient fuel burn. Hy-Impact's patent-pending CPU technology ensures the correct amount of hydrogen is introduced, while no moisture enters the engine, resulting in a dramatic increase in fuel economy while substantially lowering harmful emissions.
About AHS The Hy-Impact(TM) line of products began development in 2005. After seven years of research, testing and modification, it has emerged as a unique and successful solution to the concerns posed by rising fuel prices and the environmental concerns related to harmful emissions. Alternative Hydrogen Solutions was formed in 2012, when Arkansas-based Highline Technical Innovations Inc. (OTC: HLNT), creator of the Hy-Impact line of intelligent hydrogen systems, joined forces with Alternative Hydrogen Systems Group Sales and Marketing LLC, in order to bring this revolutionary product to market. The products that comprise the Hy-Impact(TM) line and their corresponding industries include: Hy-Road(TM) for trucking, Hy-Marine(TM) for maritime, Hy-Flo(TM) for oil, Hy-Agra(TM) for agriculture, Hy-Rail(TM) for locomotive, and Hy-Drolean(TM) for municipality.

EVEN BETTER NEWS!
HLNT is a STRONG BUY! It's going UP UP UP!
Love this side of the trade - it's one of my top TEN GRIP and HOLD stocks!!!
Weeeee! Thanks for the bad info!!
HLNT
"..based on Coats' history of shady dealings and scams,"
Now THAT is a libelous statement. There is ZERO history of Chad Coats' involvement in either one of those. He is still in the process of cleaning up a company that was run by a total scam artist (Humphries) - that's how bad it WAS.
Back up your statement, please.
HLNT
What is vague about #2?
DD was uncovered and posted here on the Hy-Impact launch and the agreement with Delta Electronics in May. Some chose not to believe it because it wasn't "officially stated by the company." Then it came out. Not so vague.
Yes, there are two dates to which you refer that the company has been late on:
1. The "goal" of current info by the end of the third quarter...and then October
2. The "anticipation" of EPA approval of the HOSS
I'm not worried about either one. I'm confident both will happen in time.
Then again, compare that to the P&D claims from other pinkies about "potential of 400 million for acquired mining land in Uzbekistan" that never come to fruition.
I'd say everything here based on DD is exceptionally believable and the potential is 10000 percent more real than that.
There are two reasons I've stayed invested here: The apparent honesty and straight-forwardness of the CEO (Chad Coats) and the partnership with Bill Cunetta, who is and has been exceptional at breaking the corporate barriers to get this product on fleets.
As long as they're with the company, I will stick around.
HLNT
Let's see...
1. How about the claim by Paul back in March that there WOULD BE NO MORE PIPES? That has been true for close to nine months now - and back then, the pps was .0011-.002!
2. How about the DD that was uncovered about the company's infrastructure in May? The pps was around .002-.003, and people like you STILL complained about "NO COMPANY VERIFICATION" or "INDEPENDENT VERIFICATION" of DD on the board. Once the company released the info publicly, many traders had missed the run.
The claims by a few here in the last few months can be translated however you'd like. But there is precedent set to believe them. And now that the company is slowly starting to spill the beans is another excellent sign.
I cannot remember ANY e-mails or public statements from Chad that actually put a dollar figure on a business model before. The fact that he's actually writing that the company business model projects a $100 MILLION DOLLAR figure for 2013 is something that can be taken seriously.
Believe what you want. Be as skeptical as you'd like.
But don't miss the ride.
HLNT
Missed u the past 24 hours!
Enjoy the next 24 months if you care to ride along with the legitimate company with legitimate technology.
Happy New Year! It will be for us.

We don't need luck, Z! WEEEEEEEE!
We love THIS side of the trade! It's the BEST!!! BOOOYAAAHHH!
Merry Xmas and Happy New Year, Z!!!
WEEEEEEE love you!
HLNT is going higher than you could ever imagine! UP UP UP! It's a STRONG BUY BUY BUY!
It's one of my top ten GRIP AND HOLD woo hoo!
HLNT
We don't need to convince you, bud.
Enjoy watching many of us enjoy the fruits of incredible labor put forth by the people working hard for the company.
If you believe in the quality DD and FACTS here, great. If not, your loss.

Where was Paul when I needed him a few weeks ago, re: Pricing?!?! :)
Glad you're now satisfied with a response! LOL
Have a good weekend, Nik! Thanks for all you do.
