I think we are as near a settlement as Daic & Williamson are showing their "guns": dozen of witness that means, I think, month or years to hear all.

I see this witness list as they don't want to go trial next feb 7.

A director sell +/- 30% of his shares. All Investors get this info by SEC and probably, at this point of CLYW story, prices will go down MORE than normal "price noise".

Than after a "short window time" (insurance etc.) he will get them again at probably lower price.
