On March 23, we have received confirmation from FINRA on the completion of the corporate action resulting in HempTech merging into Building Turbines (BLDW) and becoming a public company. HempTech will be trading under the ticker (BLDWD) for 20 days beginning March 31 and then will trade under HTCO. We are very excited on this new development for the company, our shareholders and Building Turbines' investors. News will be forthcoming next week.
So when are we all getting more stuck dividends? Or are we even getting dividends, you know..cause we were bad and asked questions?
No mention from the company on the fate of the Infrax agreement, the Dragon drinks, past PR'd partnerships, Dividends, S-1 dates, etc etc ad nauseum
Infrax didn't own the technology either!
You can't make this stuff up! LMAO
Infrax SPIDer (Secure Perimeter Intrusion Detection) http://infraxinc.com/products/security/spider/
So they say "no":
Then why is GROW.DROID surounded by INFRAX TECH in this image??

SmartNergy - The smart Energy product line provides controls and sensors for energy related aspects of a plant grow facility. The technology integrates with HVAC systems using industry standard building automation protocols. Modules and intelligent power receptacles provide voltage and current reading of lighting, motors and any equipment that is electrically powered. Automated software programs gather the data and provide real time data views on easy to use dashboards and graphical presentations. Infrax Systems and HempTech Corp has developed smart LED lights that can be remotely controlled and can vary output and frequency based on growth cycles or plant profiles created in computer software.
SmartSense - SmartSense is a family of sensors and controllers specifically designed and configured for the agriculture and grow industries. Environmental sensors measure common gases such as O2 and CO2 as well as air and soil temperature, humidity, air movement and light intensity. Macro nutrient sensors, such as PH, salinity, dissolved CO2 and O2, for both earthen and hydroponic environments provide automated chemistry sampling. Automated dosing, irrigation and fertilizing can be controlled by the appropriate sensors.
Tell me again how its not Infrax tech? Oh but wait..
July 26th 2015 it was stated by "HEMPTECH" that:
We went back to the agreement that was signed last year before the rescinded merger. It was in the 8K.
Then on September 2nd 2015, it was stated that:
HempTech does have an agreement with IFXY. We will provide access to the agreement. Thanks.
Yet this was NEVER provided....
But NO WHERE in any 8K, 10Q, 10K or any other reference states, that they "went back to the agreement that was signed last year before the rescinded merger"? NOR does it show the $2M dollars allocated for that license..ANY WHERE!
Then Cameron Cox added this 01/29/16:
I did ask John, as I said I would, who is no longer the CEO of HempTech as it turns out. He said the whole deal with infrax and Hemptech was unwound, as you all know, so the "agreement" is irrelevant at this point. That is what I was told. So, I ask. What is the current issue regarding an "agreement" that is largely irrelevant right now? My assumptions are that since HempTech is in business today and Infrax seems to be defunct, HempTech must not be relying on Infrax technology at this point. But it is just a guess.
Why is this so hard to answer, guys?
Guess you can't just keep screwing people over and over and expect to get away with it?
Since I am banned on all - Futureland, Futureworld, Infrax FB PAGES (for doing nothing but asking HARD QUESTIONS for which they refuse to answer) - all but this FB one (Hemptech) that is, I thought I'd ask a very pertinent question:
Let's see how long before it is deleted, like all my other comments and questions, and I am banned from the Hemptech FB page...3....2.....1....
Can't wait to see what spills out of this closet! Keep digging!
Well gee, surprise surprise... someone suing Scammy Talari for not paying them? Can't say I'm shocked. And I can't wait to read more!
Im very open minded. Please tell us how (in the real world) this will ever see a penny?
yeah, after a R/S
I wonder if Sam, along with ifxy, sailed off to a non extraditing country on his weedsail? It seems that no one can get an answer from him

HempTech announced today that it will start taking limited reservations for its first mass-market, lower-priced “Plug ‘n Play” fully automated grow system, grow.droid I, on March 31.

It's the Sam'e ol' song and dance with these guys...

FutureWorld starts out the IPO process of HempTech...Another successful spin-off.
Another successful spin-off? What are your other successful spin-offs, FWDG? Because, so far, none are successful... successful would be tradable shares and everyone making money other than you guys...
very misleading.
This is our third spin-off so far and second in 2016. We are expecting more to follow.
Management, prove me wrong by following through on your commitments.
You forgot the variable h = history
c * h = Zero chance in hell.
Cheers!

INFRAX SYSTEMS (IFXY) Announces Next Phase of Gemini Wireless Project
Trimax Wireless Now Known as Infrax Networks
ST. PETERSBURG, FL--(Marketwire - July 6, 2010) - INFRAX SYSTEMS, Inc. (OTCBB: IFXY), a global provider of unified Smart Grid-related products and services for the Energy and Utility industries, today announced that Infrax Networks received the initial payment for the second phase of network deployment for their service provider customer in Nigeria.
This network was designed and deployed utilizing the TMAX™ wireless broadband platform exclusive to Infrax Networks. The first phase included US$1.5 Million in equipment and infrastructure, including the initial Tier 1 towers providing the backbone of the city-wide wireless broadband network. The Initial phase was completed in May of this year. Additionally, the network has been outfitted with solar power systems designed and built by Infrax Networks providing autonomous off-the-grid power for all tower locations. This network will deliver reliable high speed internet service and low cost telephone service to the entire region which is experiencing exponential internet subscriber growth.
This initial installment of US$386,000 is part of the projected US$2.5M for the second phase deployment of the infrastructure required to complete the first of three major metropolitan markets in Nigeria that will be deployed over the next 16 months.
For the second phase of deployment, Infrax Networks will add the next tier of base stations throughout the region, including their new LTE base stations. The LTE base stations will allow their customer to expand their service offerings to include IPTV for a true "Triple-Play" service capability. The addition of IPTV represents a projected US$6 Million in equipment. The complete project will cover three of the four largest metropolitan areas in Nigeria and reach 60% of the 180 million people living there.
The estimated value of the entire Nigerian project, including CPEs (Customer Premise Equipment) is approximately US$60 million at completion.
