The fact is she paid it off.
And the notes didn't convert.
I do not believe she will let any notes convert.
This company is her baby. Mama Bear won't let any thing bad happen to her baby.
Just my opinion
Yep
Maybe little diaper ornaments.
Ok thank you
Just so I understand.
It's only toxic if the shares convert, right.
If the shares don't convert then it's not toxic.
Good morning longs
Looking forward to an exciting week.
Looking to see more loans being paid off.
My opinion of course.
Happy Father's Day guys.
Including Iglow
Both lol
Thanks you so much. Happy Father's Day to you and congratulations on your new addition.
Got some more cheapies. Thank you
GM LONGS
Yeah I think so too.
Patience will pay off in the long run.
Speculation on my part.
"Additionally, Bemax is well positioned to invest in inventory expansion,"
Could mean that Bethel sent a check.
Just my opinion
Flippers flippin
Why?
I've been averaging up since December. 300k in dec and Jan and have been buying on the dips in May and June. 500k with an average of .01
Why is It suicide.
Money making opportunities if you ask me.
If she is paying off the loans, then she must be selling some diapers. Really doesn't matter if it's the amazon site, the bemax site, or the international orders
Money is coming into the company.
So at $40 a pop you've made 175 transactions for $7000
At $4 per trade that's $700 in commission. Or 10%
Plus the 40% tax for a short term investment.
I don't know seems like a LONG position is the way to go.
Just my opinion
"How did the millions in revenue from Amazon workout?"
You dont know, nobody knows, because those numbers have not been released yet. Conjecture on your part.
"Or how about no more toxic financing since the $1.1 million contract with Bethel - which only exists in the BMXC press releases or 8-Ks."
As I have said before she took on the debt to fulfill the PO.
"I have asked for months for a link to where Bethel has done a deal with another company?"
Per the 8-K dated 11/13/2015
"On November 13, 2015, Bemax Inc. (the “Company”) entered into an exclusive supplier agreement (the “Agreement) with Bethel Imports Marketing Limited (the “Customer”)"
"Exclusive" - Self explanitory
"The BMXC website gets very little traffic. So the CEO isn't selling many diapers except to shareholders."
You dont know, only Bemax knows again Conjecture on your part.
As always Iglow, most of the comments you make are conjecture.
The real facts will come out in time.
When you finish a statement like that please. Finish with "Just my Opinion"
She busy building an international company.
What's that supposed to mean.
Do you have a background in law?
No it's not cool. It's not the end of the world either.
Isn't that totally unbelievable. Increasing A/S to 850M
Most of these subs have 10B to 20B A/S and their O/S is 5B+ after multiple R/S
GM $BMXC
Picked up more also
The reason she had to take on more debt is because she has to buy the diapers before she can ship.
She realized that by not having the funds available was hurting her business.
Please refer to the Quarterly Report Issued on 04-21-17 Page 17
"The Company had $24,960 in sales for the three months ended February 28, 2017 compared to
$246,119 for period ended February 29, 2016. This reduction is due to inability to secure viable
and less dilutive financing to effectively finance purchase orders."
Lets look at the agreement with Bethel Imports:
The Supplier Agreement Issued 11-16-2015
"On November 13, 2015, Bemax Inc. (the “Company”) entered into an exclusive supplier agreement (the “Agreement) with Bethel Imports Marketing Limited (the “Customer”), whereby the Customer shall purchase exclusively from Company"
"Customer shall issue purchase order to the Company specifying the type and amount of Disposable Baby Diaper, and Services to be purchased from the Company"
And the Purchase Order Press Release "Marketwired - January 31, 2017"
"This new purchase order resulting from the long-term supplier agreement filed on November 16, 2015 is the first tranche of purchase order in 2017, with Bethel Imports paying for each consignment before shipment by Bemax"
In order for her to get Paid she has to take on some dept.
This is also why she is looking for creditors as strategic partners.
"From the company's perspective strategic partners are creditors that are positioned, ready and willing to provide ongoing funding to the meet the company mid to long term marketing and expansion objectives."
The creditors are willing to work with her because she has a track record of paying the debt early.
As always these are my opinions.

Congratulations C2H
I took a picture of the post
From OTFsaved300 on 5/2/17
"Re: CMIH Post# 29313
Keep dreaming. In order to have Prime, the product has to be shipped and kept in Amazon warehouses across the country.
I'm fairly sure the demand for Bemax private label diapers is nowhere near what it needs to be in order to quality for a review for Prime, much less approval for Prime.
It'll be nice to see if she can lower shipping costs in general but Bemax will NOT be approved for Amazon Prime

Dude chill out!
It's a long weekend. Have a beer. Spend time with your family.
Have a great weekend guys. Be safe.
And with the long weekend things may be slow today.
Thank you corndog for taking the time to put that together.
That's because they have a stronger foundation.
Hi iglow
I apologize that I am not able to rebut your claims this morning. However I will say this about one of the claims.
The Quarterly Report Issued on 04-21-17 Page 17

They weren't able to completely fill the purchase order.

Mr Harbour
Welcome aboard.
GM
Nice work DM.
Thank you for taking the time to do this.
LB
There has been reference to Bemax taking on more debt on the last Quarterly report.
This is true, however there is a logical reason.
I will use Bethal as the example.
Bethel will issue a Purchase Order to Bemax for goods and services.
Depending on the size of the order, Bemax with then order the diapers from the China Factory.
Bemax has to pay the China Factory before the factory can ship the diapers.
Since Bemax does not have a load of cash sitting around Bemax has to get a loan.
They buy the diapers from the manufacturer, let Bethel know the order is ready.
Bethel writes a CHECK and the diapers are shipped. (which does coincide with the
"Revenue Recognition" statement in the 10Q Page 12)
Bemax pays the loan and uses the remaining cash to reinvest into the company.

I realize she said she would not take on any more debt, I do believe it was hurting the business not to.
And Yes there has been reference to the "Revenue Recognition" statement in the 10Q Page 12
"Pre-payment Policy: All sales to our customers will be solely on a pre-payment basis. Once the order is completed and payment is received, we will place an order with the North American supplier of disposable baby diapers and arrange shipping directly to our customers"
I do believe Bemax is refering to website sales as it does not show reference to international sales.
As always this is my opinion
LB
You're a worthy adversary Iglow.
Your post clearly shows sales for the US.
"Once the order is completed and payment is received, we will place an order with the North American supplier of disposable baby diapers and arrange shipping directly to our customers."
However Bethel is in Africa. They will not be shipped from the US. more likely from China.
