EDIT: Please follow link to learn about death spiral debentures in a PIPE (Private Investment in a Public Entity) and how they are structured and how they work. Then you should read the Granite notes disclosure in ASR's SEC filings. You will see a (if you read the mice type) that these are in fact death spiral debentures.

Well Ace you may get your wish...looking red....
I think some folks would like to see a green day for a change.
By the way there are upwards of 61,000,000 shares outstanding, as per the Dec 23rd, 2011 SEC filing. That's over 12,000,000,000 Billion with a capital B pre-split.
this may close green today...let's hope.

Outstanding shares have tripled or more since the reverse split. That's quite an accomplishment. Never mind how much the market capitalization has collapsed.
EDIT: If you look at the numbers ASR is now at the very minimum at 12 billion 200 million shares outstanding pre reverse split.
61,000,000 x 200 = 12,200,000,000
Reading these documents can be very informative. However if you don't have a lot of experience in the corporate finance side of investment banking, either on the company or investor side, and haven't read a lot of them with a vested interest level of detail, it can be pretty confusing. There are key words and disclaimers that are typically dead giveaways.
EDIT: I hope, that for the sake of all of the true investors like yourself, that ASR pops. I have told you before that it might and I also said that I doubted it would go above .02. The POP that followed petered out at about .015 (I think).
.02 is a significant PPS as it relates to the convertible debentures that are out there. If folks take the time to read the debentures (BORING!) and read the mice type in their SEC disclosures they may see why.
Keep in mind that at least 16% of the current float are redeemed converted shares and as much as 25% to 50%+ of the current float may be redeemed conversion shares.
EDIT: Can anyone find ASFX on facebook? If so would you please post a link?
TIA
WELL I WAS WRONG, THE PAGE IS THERE BUT ALL OF THE CONTENT IS GONE. NO PICTURES, NO POSTS, NO NEWS ETC, ETC..
I saw on Google that CFG posted that they had shut down facebook... I'll be damned, I can't find it. He also said they are moving out of Florida, which actually makes sense, I have said all along that from a logistics perspective, Florida made no sense.
This is a day trading stock. I invested based on a belief that a real serious packaged goods guy with a powerhouse background was going to become CEO. He always denied it, said he was crazy, and would never even discuss it with my partner (I don't know the guy personally) but that never happened and was probably just a planted rumor. I sold what I had bought over a year ago. Once we got to know what was going on and really did our DD, my partner told me that there is NO WAY IN HELL, that the person would have gotten involved.
I have never invested in any sort of penny stock before. I'm a long term player and hold only NYSE and NASDAQ equities. My broker offered to buy my ASFX shares and just dump them he thought I was out of my mind when I told him to get me the shares. He's been my broker since the 70's.
so that you understand I have nothing against ASFX as a company and many times here i have said things that are positive. But even though I believe that Dr. Tirrota was an upstanding straight shooter, neither he or Jason Roth have any business being in a critical position in a company much less a public entity. My real beef is with the pumpers that are constantly enticing people to "load up". Now, here is my opinion on what is happening now, they are seeding posts and releasin certain info to create a modicum of interest. They self trade smallish amounts of shares and they do not sell any significant amount of shares to anyone else. That creates a perception that there are no shares available. So people start putting orders in, they accumulate, when there is a significant backlog then they drop a block of the convertible debenture shares. That is why in my opinion, everyday after the close there is huge trade that hits. Form T's. Now if you look at the history and the patterns you may see what i see. Remember
that they have filed with SEC (10,000,000 approx on Dec 23) that debenture holders are registering their shares or parts thereof to sell.
Right now we are sitting at .0000175 pre split. .0035 divided by 200 (1 for 200 reverse split)
check with CVS, I just did. It's an online only item.
Last time I checked maybe, in November? the count was zero. a lot of posts here tried to say that is was in walmart, Walgreens, Costco..on and on. then the results were online only and mostly dropped ship. That is also disclosed in their SEC filings.
what big box retailers have it on their shelves, in fact what chain drug or other retailers carry it in store?
show me one of those that carries it instore..please

The Fact Is....I just love ASR and it's products. From a company that has gone from "Pinky Land" to the "OTCBB" board is quite remarkable for any company out there. I have a couple of it's "FDA Approved" products and especially the "NO Touch" Thera Temp thermometer is going to outclass all other thermometers, especially since you don't have to touch it to someone's "greasy forehead". I wouldn't doubt that ASR is going to be debt free in a very short time. Who knows what all ASR has going on? I bet it's going to surprise a lot of negative people out there. Please mark this post and let's bring it back up in the next few months.

EDIT: From the December 23rd ASR SEC filing. Amazing that it was submitted the last day of trading before THE Christmas Holiday in the afternoon, when the whole world is watching ASFX.
At that time the outstanding shares were 51,218,159...BEFORE the registration of an additional almost 10,000,000 shares. Amazingly many here were talking about the float being very low with only 31,000,000 outstanding during the POP(?) of the following week , just before the New Year's holiday.... HUH?.. Must be new math.
Summary of the Shares offered by the Selling Security Holder
Common stock offered by Selling Security Holder
9,500,000 shares of common stock.
Common stock outstanding before the offering
51,218,159 as of December 20, 2011
Common stock outstanding after the offering
60,718,159 shares, assuming the sale of all of the shares being registered in this Registration Statement.
Crazy greedy bashers!
The current PPS is .00005 adjusted to pre-split. An obvious positive trend. Those crazy greedy bashers...........
EDIT: All that being said its obvious that there is massive buy demand. The PPS only falls when people want to buy the stock. That explains how the PPS has fallen 99.6% since the 1 for 200 reverse split back in mid 2011.
It is also the driving catalyst of the almost 85% decline since the big pop a week and a half ago. The fact that ASR filed with the SEC a disclosure that Granite was converting a part of its debt and redeeming almost 10 million shares shortly before the pop had nothing to do with the volume spike amidst a lot of hyperbolic pumping, and also the reason that the much talked about major and predicted PR that would break in a matter of days has yet to happen is simply a miscalculation of timing.
And I just saw a pink pig flying backwards.
EDIT: If you look at this objectively you could reasonably come to the conclusion that the baiting goes on throughout the trading day, enticing people to place bids, they then dump blocks of share to fill those bids, it also seems that there may be a pattern whereby at the end of the day they go in for a kill and dump very large blocks, again who had the equivalent of a quarter of a billion shares pre-split? I think its obvious that these are conversion and insider shares. All you have to do is read the s1's and the s4's. Of course you can ignore logic AND ignore the trading patterns of the insiders of ASR AND ignore the regulatory filings AND ignore the published commentary by the so called IR that certain debt holder were converting and selling their shares AND assume there is a super secret titanium bullet PR that will disclose a gargantuan deal happening between a corporate titan of industry and a company with a market cap of about 175k or less and mired in toxic debt that will result in a magical soaring of the PPS.
Dog, if you look at my two end of the day posts yesterday, you can come to the conclusion that many of the trades of ASR shares and certainly that large trade resulted from conversion shares. This ain't rocket science.
That's roughly 250 million shares pre split in one trade. That is rough 10% of the outstanding shares at the pre split level. Who had 10% of the float at that time?
A lot of very large trades, just like yesterday a million share plus trade after the close. Make your own assumptions but its highly doubtful that that was accumulation.

Of course this is just my positive opinion.
GLTA ASFX Investors!!!
Absolutely! There are ASR associates here all the time encouraging unsuspecting people to load up on the ASR common, then when their mission is accomplished they disappear for 3 weeks at a time until its time to hype it again.
EDIT: 4nkool, one last piece of advice. if there is a pop (not a small if), I would not "Accumulate and average down, or expect its gonna soar, due to some rumor about a magic bullet PR that will "COME OUT NEXT WEEK", I would buy heavy and sell quick, not try to recover prior losses, simply make your money on individual intra-day trades, take the .002 and .003 pops and buy enough to make it worth your while. Get in and get out quickly, and never let it ride over night. I would probably flip my shares within 30 minutes or so.
It will also screw up the death spiral maneuvers as well as pumpers and the dumpers because the newbies will be buying shares already in the float and not the newly minted conversion shares.
When the pumpers start saying load up and wait for the big kill; run like hell.
I will never buy this stock again because I am not a day trader. It was the only pink I ever put money in and it will be the last. I am an investor, so i look to hold long term and only consider the metrics and fundamentals.
By the way there are still a lot of contingent shares from convertible debentures, so expect more fabricated rallies, in my opinion, this may present short window trading opportunities but they will also be short-lived (very short) if they happen at all. But it typically takes both management and the creditor unofficially collaborating and the help of the pumpers.
Has anyone seen the "BIG PR" that was coming this week as per all the talk last week?
4nkool, as you can see from my posts last week post the spike, I never bought into it and said so.

the 13 G filing makes sense and may explain the spike, a nice set up for a dump?
I also commented prior to that if a pop occurred it would not pass .02 and would not last. That was a magic number for the death spiral covenant.
