When I emailed JB about 2 months ago, they did have a chef still on staff. I asked why and JB said they needed one because perspective financing would want someone on hand that had that experience. Those were not his exact words and they might not be the total reason why. I am sure if you email him he will let you know.

In one week this board died. Hopefully the price stabilized until the next pr stating either construction started or new leases were signed.
The famous lines that the pps will catch up with revenues, fails to account for more shares being dumped on the market. 10 million shares per qtr by Joey and Denis. 598 million shares outstanding. So in 4 years the outstanding shares have doubled. Profits under 65k per year. The financials on top of that are unaudited. So no one knows what is really going on in the financials. So to assume people on the negative aren't listening i think is off base. The case may be made for the opposite. I agree there are 2 sides to the story, so think of the negative as the ying to the positive yang. Investors can choose for themselves if both sides are presented. GLTA
The only reason I think otherwise is that he is close to signing. I believe he would find the financing to get them done. he has done it before. Now I am not the biggest fan of JB, but experience does count for something. JMHO
You have to figure construction will take a month if he has a good crew. Another week or so to train. So i hope he lets us know when construction starts. I still believe the other leases will be signed first before construction starts. time will tell
I think he is closer than most think. He has been working on them for a while. Hoping he strikes while the iron is hot.
I think the second and third lease will follow very soon. I believe jb wants to get them done so he can start construction on all 3 and have blowout openings. I would hope with a week or so for the next lease if not both

MM's not ready to let go yet. My guess is that they are trying to collect shares first. A penny swing in back and forth in 10 minutes is strange this early.

I appreciate your response. I was wondering about the closure for my own reasons. nothing personal. It could be that the demographic for sonic doesn't fit this location or it could be traffic issues caused by construction or like said before that the previous owner just didn't want to do it anymore.
JB and I had a falling out and it started with some bantering back and forth. Given the tweets over the past few days, he might be and I say might be better off being a little more thick skinned. People get testy for different reasons and I believe he would be better off my either not answering the email or show some more patience. JMHO
I know I got impatient on his timeline and have no problem admitting that.

Here is a question I would love answered. Why did Sonic close this location. There could be several reasons. First being not the right fit for the clientel in the area, or difficult entry way or the frachisee moved it.
My point being, why does JB like the location and why does he feel The gourmet chicken company will do well here. Sometimes someone's garbage is somebody else's gold. Thanks in advance to anyone that gets the answer from JB. Truth is he won't answer my emails anymore.
Storm: I must have hit the hide itro button so I did not see the info. You are correct as to should have said "may increase" but given the amount the Outstanding shares increase each quarter I will say they are going to increase the Authorized shares. As for growth stock, the reality is a growth stock is one where revenue increases by 20 % no matter what the definition says. As for profit, there is not enough to speak about yet. I was going through some of the past PR's from 2010. Joey states that they have agreements with content providers to bring thousands of titles of movies, tv shoes etc to your ipad or iphone. That was over 4 years ago and nothing yet. He also stated that they were in talks with giants of the entertainment industry to bring even more titles to you iphone and Ipad. I wonder what happened?
Did anyone else notice that the TA information on the ihub site is now gone. I wonder if they are at 599,000,000 outstanding shares and maybe that is why it is gone. So no one realizes that the company will have to issue more shares.
Also from the blog, it states February over February numbers are up 12%. That is below the level of increase for growth stocks. This company in my opinion is struggling to stay afloat. Either they get financing soon or this sees .000's soon

I do not believe that to be true at all. I have had posts deleted, as others who were moderators. If you stick to the TOS you don't get deleted. You can talk about the stock, officers of the company, but you can't attack other posters or post about other stocks on this board. IHUB has their good along with their bad. I have seen people pump and bash. I for one am down over 70% on this stock and JB has consistantly not met his own deadlines, so therefore he gets attacked. A

So, for him to put out a tweet like this, makes me believe that their are many not happy about his performance.
Watch the PR on friday will be about the name change and not the lease or leases. That would be just priceless. It only took 3 months for the lease to get signed. We were waiting for this since November.
I take issue with what JB was posting. I am a moderator and have deleted negative posts if they are off topic or attack. I have done the same for positive posts as well. The forum has rules which JB must not be aware of. He knows he screwed up with the timing issues. He just doesn't like being attacked for lack of execution.
That also means he can't sell until the news if any is released. So he is stuck with what he has until the expiration of the ND agreement.
Also if you really want to know you can ask the CEO if he did that with this guy. I won't because I am going to ride this out for a while.

The 4th quarter will be telling on revenues for 2014. I believe they need at least a 20% increase over q4 of 2012 to show they can hit 1 million in revenue. That is if they have some new content. On another note, I will give up the moderator spot by the end of the week. Time to move on. I wish all of you luck and hope you eventually make some money. Storm, although we did not always see eye to eye, i did appreciate your posts.
My opinion is they do it because I don't think they know how to account for revenue and any doubt for uncollectibles and it is agains GAAP rules. It has nothing to do with being conservative. I seriously doubt that apple would renig on money owed to them. JMHO Thanks for responding.
You put the qtr is 45 percent complete. But the way they report, the qtr is complete, they are just waiting for their money. Remember the 45 day lag on revenues.
There aren't many happy ones left. most everyone is down 80 to 90 percent because jb moves too damn slow. The first lease was supposed to be signed 3 months ago. Now I am holding the bag. Be careful what you do here. JB is not that trustworthy if you ask me. I own a boat load of crap here and maybe you got in at the right price, but do not expect JB to move very fast.
