No they are acquiring the majority of Airtronic and its a great deal for all.

This is a great chance to be buying this stock at this level. We are headed to a big board and you MUST be a $2 dollar stock to get on Nasdaq. So that should tell you something. This is a double your money play at .98 for sure or much more if your in for the long haul.

With the announcement that came out yesterday, goes to show you the confidence that GDSI has in Airtronic and what the future holds. Now that they have secured the Intellectual Property rights to everything going forward is a real success. GDSI has over a million dollars invested in the success of the merger and working daily at keeping this company on track to follow the game plan.

Todays rally should be a good sign of things to come as more institutional investors will come on board in the coming weeks. This stock should continue to rise.

On or about August 13, 2012, GDSI and Airtronic announced that they had signed a letter of intent to enter into good faith discussions involving a potential strategic combination in which Airtronic would be acquired by GDSI. This helps confirm that when they come out of the BK, Airtronic should be very well capitalized, which should reflect in the stock price.

Everyone should take advantage to buy this stock while it is at these prices. The BK hearing is less than two weeks away and should open the doors for the company to start moving forward and freely. They have already started the process to get off the pink sheets and move to the OTC board. Look at the filings they have filed to stop reporting as a pink sheet company. Look at what happened a few weeks ago with the run on the stock then and we have held at this position for a few weeks now. The next run should carry us to $1.50 maybe even $2 and then we should hold at the next level until more news and progress is made. Hopefully more people will start to pay attention to this company, as the stock float is almost nothing, which is one reason it has held where it is and with some more buying coming in this could make a huge leap with in days when the next run starts.

This board has become quite and the stock is holding steady at around a $1. This is a perfect chance to be buying before the court date and ruling of the company coming out of BK. Another good day for GDSI. As more institutional buyers come in the faster the price will go up. Longs continue to hold with little selling because there is practically no Float. This is just the beginning lots more news to come.

There is practically no float out there. Today was a prime example of some buying and how fast this can rise. As more longs come into play the higher the price will go as there will be none for sale. Simple supply and demand.

Great announcement today. Shows that they are making progress and headed down the right road. The biggest thing is that they will have some major cash in the bank when everything is complete. Should make for a strong EPS compared with amount of shares out. Time for this baby to start to climb.

These guys have a great game plan and are starting to execute it. Mr Sullivan has a reputation of making a companies stock worth a lot. Look at his past, this should be no different. Looks like some profit taking going on today after the big rise in price yesterday. We are now finding the NEW floor for the stock so as more info comes out the higher the next surge will go to establish the next NEW pricing floor.
