The CEO never said there would be no reverse split either.
The CEO never blamed everyone else for each his failures.
The CEO never posted under different allias'.

All anyone needs to know is that after all the RSs the share price is falling fast deep into the 000s. That fact alone pretty much tells the story.

After the questions I brought up got only one poster to respond tells me there is very little interest in this company. Since no one came to their defense I'm assuming this is another penny scam.

It means something to the many investors that lost a great deal of money investing in this scam of a company.
It means something to the people that saw qt after qt of 0 revenue and then got RSed out of their shares.
It means something to the many people that once believed in the scumbag that took their money.

I emailed the good Dr and asked him about the drugs not being listed. Wonder if I get a reply.

I did go there. I must have missed the part about his company producing no revenue for his shareholders. I also couldn't find any information about his company doing reverse splits.

According to Bloomburg Business the CEO of AXXE, Dr Bagi made $22.6K, I assume last year; and the company has 4 employees.

I hope I'm completely wrong about what I'm starting to think.

You've made it too obvious. You aren't even trying to fool us. At least try a little.

I just did a drug search of the prescription drugs listed on AXXEs website. I searched Web MD and one called RX online.
Only one, Monurol turned up. All the others showed "no matches". According to those 2 sites with what looked hundreds of drugs only one AXXE drug came up.

Now this makes me very nervous.

You forgot to mention the other good news:
1. Relationship with Clear Vision to produce 2 shows that will be shown in 285 airports and produce $192K per airport.
2. PUNCH TV shown in over 60 million households, commitments for $9M in ads.
3. TV shows shown in medical facilities and check out areas, huge revenue.
4. And don't forget the ever popular EZ VIP, that was a great partnership.
5. Also network on Filmon that is going to revolutionize how we get TV; with ad sharing revenue.

He is also the CEO of a company that has produced no revenues and has done multiple reverse splits. You forgot to mention that.

Spend a few minutes looking at what he has said in PRs and on message boards in the past; and then look at what the results have been.
Doesn't take long to figure it out. He has a long history.

No way this PR happens. If by a miracle it does I'm betting any revenues generated will not be part of an IMTV investment. Nothing ever has.

I've followed this for 3 years, not 1 thing he has said has come true for investors. Not one.

No PR he has ever released has meant a thing to investors.

I have a little retirement side business. I take care of 3 yards. Last year I produced revenues of about $900, with about $150 in expenses, for an $750 profit.
That's $900 more than SS produced for running this "corporation". I've since picked another yard.

I clicked on the link and got physically sick.

I was in one a couple years ago that had 2 TV shows that were going to be broadcast on airport TV in 285 airports. Revenue was $192,000 per airport. Boy was that exciting. PRs left and right. A business radio interview, wow.
Nothing ever came of it, 0 revenues, nada.

This is a .0001 stock with a 1 for 400 reverse split coming and two less than stellar people involved. This whole movie business has little to no chance of making FONU shareholders a dime.

Months before the devastating reverse splits I actually had several civil email conversations with the CSO; (Chief Scamming Officer). I was close to giving him the benefit of the doubt. We know what happened: 0 revenue and reverse splits that wiped any long term investors out. And of course one lie after another. Hanging onto shares and thinking he was running a real company was the worst mistake I've ever made.

As soon as I started asking the hard questions and criticizing him he turned on me hard and blocked my emails. I'm almost certain he checks these boards often, so he knows what people are saying.

Steve, none of us are going away. We will make sure the true story is passed down to anybody looking at this company.

I took the loss and have been out for awhile but I am going to continue looking here once in awhile and dreaming of the day the headline reads: "Steve Samblis under investigation". If anybody with teeth starts looking at his dealings it won't take long to figure him out.
