we would be well over 002 if the bid sitters would just buy on the ask
She is stable at this level. time to go up
same here.
Even the news that we got on the 30th was loaded to another ticker that is a sister company of this one.
OH FFS you know as well as I do that loading up to OTC can be a problem with delays etc.
Someone posted they had contacted OTC Markets and learned that they have received something from ICBU. OTC was not allowed to say what of course but they did disclose that much
your right. usually takes a day or two
strangely enough even their PR doesn't show on OTC markets...Last PR showing was last June
You mean Nov as in Never? Been waiting all year for this dame audit. I do not understand how they don't have it done.
I think the deal will happen. I just hope that they start putting out some PR's as to what they are doing. people are passing over investing in this simply because of the lack of PR's and timely updates.
The company is still in discussion with a large investment group that is considering fully funding the project.
Last few paragraphs in the financials https://www.otcmarkets.com/ajax/showFinancialReportById.pdf?id=177938
"By the date of the financials, the company has collected enough funding to back in good standing with OTC Markets, pay the stock transfer agent, do some minor road repair, open the tunnel at the lucky ben and complete all of the underground sampling of the existing structures including having them assayed. The company is still in discussion with a large investment group that is considering fully funding the project. The delay is they want to see the sample results."

Assays and reports in the past have shown there to be an average of half an ounce gold per ton. Very rich ground. Link below is to Operations showing historical and geological information.

its looking like it will do well. hopefully they will do their PR's a little better and more frequent too.
I don't know. they put out a PR yesterday but its not showing on the Ihub. should have been done this morning but whatever.

Tunnel is opened and sampled. would have been nice to have seen those in PR's earlier in the season.
WOW! The last few paragraphs tells it all! https://www.otcmarkets.com/ajax/showFinancialReportById.pdf?id=177938
Nice action today!
Not too late to get a good start on the critical stuff. Permitting is what you want out of the way as early as possible. That is what I am really hopeful to see because there will also be a plan(s) detailing what they intend to do.
Hard to explain but you have to know what you want before you can work backwards to where step one is going to be. What you want can also be several things too with key points of accomplishment. The trick is where do you want to start? A small operation which could be put together with little or a large operation that could be put together with a lot? Some people don't see a small operation as very profitable and they are right but what they miss looking at is the potential of what it can grow into.
Still waiting on some permitting myself. So of the more critical stuff I am working on with my own projects; this season will only be a few weeks to a month worth of work anyway this year. However, the winter offers the time to set the stage for next year. This year the cost of doing the critical is about 10-15k bare bones including the 5k bond and one hail mary step one is done. Whether or not there is a step two depends on step one. Its not a lot of money and the only way its been possible thus far is an old friend of mine owns a large drill.
I have had some conversations with the guy who engineered the Shaw backpack drill. He is working on a style of drill that will handle the kind of ground I have. It would make exploration for placer/mineral ridiculously inexpensive and may well fit the description of a hand tool. I would love to be able to leave nothing of a environmental footprint to be sure of an area.
it would be more time consuming then cost but the current drills they have may suite the Lucky Ben vein. It would at least offer the potential of exploring the vein via mapping, assay, etc. They could probably do that much with about 15k including the cost of the drill.
yes it is starting to look like...next year...
Yes the unity mine has some interesting information. There was one old timer I spoke with over the phone in 2013 and his ball park was 60-80 thousand to reopen the Lucky Ben plus a test plant for about 20 thousand took it to 100k.
if they can just get it going they stand to do well with all the potential in the warren district to expand
There is a lot of frustration that that can come with mining. Sometimes, its finding the finances, sometimes its finding a viable resource, sometimes its poop or get off the pot.
Risk is part of the game in this industry, often companies think they need all this money to make it happen. However, if they had all the money they thought they needed...they wouldn't be mining.
my shoe string budget for my third project in the last seven years got reduced to a thread. Doesn't make it impossible...just more interesting.
I know they could do very well with the right people on a small operation and grow it. Once the gold starts coming out, its a hell of a lot easier to present the mine to investors and expand it.
To get started, a ball park would be a $100,000 to get into the vein and process 1-2 tons per hour on a small shaker table to concentrate it down. No chemicals. Just water recirculating in a closed 100-200 gallon system of hose, tanks and pumps.
processing at a half ounce per ton, or $600 x 10 ton per 10 hr shift (one ton per hour) is $6000 per shift.
If it can be pre crushed, then it would be possible to do 2 tons per hour and double up with $12000 per shift
Double it again if you add on a night shift so 2 tons per hour times two shifts of 10 hrs is $24000 per 24hrs
There own numbers indicate that it costs about $300-400 per ounce recovered. so even if that came out to an even 50 percent net, then they would still be making $120,000 every 10 days or $360,000 per month or $2.1 million per 6 month season.
That is what can be done with ONE test plant and one direction of tunnel.
If you've cross cut into the middle of the vein then you can double up on extraction of ore.
This area historically is astounding for mineralization which makes what I said above lucrative. There is a lot more in this area then people realize. I posted a piece of the historical in the Warren district.
They would only have to sell 10 million shares at a penny for $100,000 or 20 million shares at half a penny. Marketed properly and investors on the open market would respond. it did .40 in 4 days on assays alone in 2004.
Thought we would have heard something by now. The season is painfully ticking away.
very disappointing what I am seeing here
yes exactly
Nice! thank you for posting
Volume before price. You guys know that
Something to read while we wait. http://www.idahogeology.org/PDF/Pamphlets_(P)/P-45.pdf
I hope its sooner than that. I was pretty certain that this was the week.
Watch for it to go current. until then its hurry up and wait
Whats moving this? no filings or news for years
So your calling the TA a Liar too?
Hell of an initiative on a untapped market
all they have to do is go current and ungag their TA and this will go up significantly
This was in the trips very recently.
No dilution...just the peeps selling into the new.
Chances are good they already have something in the works.
We can do a lot better than 3's
Good news is coming...Only a question of when.
