you and I are riding the same wave. We are seeing what others are overlooking...... THRR does everything they do with GREAT PURPOSE and all of this is unfolding exactly as they have planned. THRR is brilliant.

and again....public announcement was made. never once have we seen a sec filing for those major shareholders....like the 7 of them on their last disclosure. All 7 holding 5% or more EACH and no sec filings. With a tender offer you have 30 days to file and if the filing is late, the worst that will happen is a fine. The sec thing has been discussed over and over and it appears since there have NEVER been sec filings, they are not subject to the same rules. jmo.
and again i will say.....I THINK THAT THE BUYER ALREADY OWNS MOST OF THE SHARES. THEREFORE THEY WILL ONLY PAY .O1 FOR THE SHARES THAT PEOPLE LIKE ME OWN. JMO. PS the shorts will likely have to pay much more then .01 per share.
well the satellite photo shows cars, trucks, boats, and trailer. But no way to know when that photo is from. Doesnt matter much. It has been verified by many that THRR is indeed located there, that it is a real business, with real product and real staff. Pics would be nice but enough of my DD has come from parties that have nothing to gain or lose.
those who are selling are probably buying it back fairly quickly. But soon they are going to run out of money to keep doing it.
just manipulation. Someone who has alot to lose will be looking to try to push it down. After all this time, considering NOTHING has happened today to cause it to go down, you can be pretty certain that this is temporary. People who have been holding this long certainly wont bail out now.

wow ....now you call it 15 bil shares. No its about 11.5 and at no time did CEO say .01 after we r/s. That is just silliness. And we are in the final countdown and again today approx 11.3 bil of the o/s are being HELD. Now, who do you think is holding most of those 11.3 bil shares??? My guess is the BUYER

You consider THRR telling them that things are right on schedule some sort of leak???? Sorry but you can call THRR and they tell you basically the same thing. How in the world to you consider that a leak?
as you well know, an offer was made, THRR accepted that offer and they have not waivered. There is NO evidence that this buy out will not go thru. And if I was the buyer, I too would have been buying shares right from the beginning. JMO
yes and it would have been nice if xray vision man would have taken some pics....he said he forgot his camera....I guess there is no place in Hanford to buy a disposible one. lol I know if I had drove 500 miles i sure would have paid the $5 it would have cost to buy one. lol
I am not sure why you keep making me repeat myself, but I will say it once again........it is my opinion that the BUYER has been buying shares for quite sometime. Therefore the actually price they pay for it will be much less then what you claim. If you are following the share count each day, you must notice only 1-2% are now trading. 98-99% of the shares are being held. The reason for that, very well could be that the buyer now owns a very large percentage. JMO
yes, I too have faith in this company. And someone else mentioned today that this one just hasnt behaved the way that people have expected. This is something that I also noticed as I have been at this for sometime. This is a much different play than I have ever seen before and is the reason that I will continue to hold. This has been very impressive.

I feel that the Cal Poly study results are a big reason why the buyer wants to buy. I have always known that THRR is the real deal and I am soooo looking forward to this coming week. I think that many have hit the nail on the head when they mention that the shorties are in big trouble on this one.
well i can guarantee you, with 100% certainty, if it shoots up to .02 or. 03 someone else will be the proud owner of my shares. I can only ask that they treat them with the same respect and dignity that I have.

Bottom line is we have one week left in this, and for the last while it has not mattered at all what has been said to discredit THRR.....the price has increased, people are accumulating the few shares that are trading, and minimum 98% of the shares are being held.

Kroy West is a company owned by Kroy Inc. Go to Kroy West and you will see they are in same building and yep, a few of us now have verified that Kroy is in the same building as Thresher and yep, they confirm that Thresher is a real business.
hahaha you whats so funny about that. you called a number and entered a number of a foreclosed property. Problem with that is that all the recording says is sale postponed until May 10...NO ADDRESS, NO NAME NO NOTHING. Sorry boys but just give it up. Verifed again yesterday with the "KINGS COUNTY COURT HOUSE, COUNTY ASSESSOR AND THE PROPERTY IS NOT IN FORECLOSURE"
well that is your opinion and if you do not feel that the deal will go thru, you should certainly not buy....but I am one of the believers that this is a deal that will go thru. And since only 1-2% of the o/s shares are trading each day, its pretty safe to say that I am not alone.
First of all you say you were there Mar 23, then you later said you drove by, and then just a couple of days ago you said you were there Tuesday. Second of all, None of us know what the total price of this buyout will be as none of us, including you, know the details. There are many of us who believe that the buying company has been buying shares of THRR for a very long time as they would be getting them at a huge discount. They had 7 major share holders of record as of Dec 09 and those 7 people already owned about 40% of the company. Of the 4 bill shares that were added between sept - dec, approx 1/2 of those were bought by their major shareholders. And since that time, we have no idea how many more of shares these people have bought, or if there have been more major shareholders coming on board. What we do know is that someone made a 1 billion share buy a few weeks ago, which is nearly a 10% buy in. JMO but i feel that the purchaser will only have to pay out about 27 million total, and if there are several of them, this certainly would explain alot.
You are correct. THRR leases the property. Mahowell properties does own that property. Roger Rowell is the president of Mahowell and is the CFO at Thresher Industries. Mrswiss has been trying to get people to believe that THRR is going to use company money to save this property from foreclosure, however many of us have verified thru the Kings County Court House and the National Default Corp. that this property was in default last year, but all money owed was paid to the lender and foreclosure proceedings were stopped. Mrswiss supplied me with the automated phone number for the National Default Corp and a forclosure number. When you call that number, and enter the item number he supplied, it does not give you the address or name involved with that number, so there is no way to verify that the foreclosure number he supplied is for 13400 Hanford Armona. He also supplies a number for a trustee, but again you must supply them with that foreclosure number and again same thing. I did call the Kings County Court House again yesterday and they have reaffirmed that the property that THRR leases is NOT in foreclosure. As you know, while Roger Rowell has ties to both businesses, they are seperate entities and THRR only leases from them.
We do not care what Kroy or Mahowell do, or how many employees they have.....all businesses seperate from THRR and THRR is the only one we are concerned with
