Very true but at least it drew attention to the fact that "WHERE THERE IS SMOKE THERE IS USUALLY FIRE". Not another dime should be spent on Omidi debacle unless it is a slam dunk which I doubt. At the very least the whole ongoing "keystone cop" thing was good PR for highlighting possible value of MMRF's patents. (Probable rather then possible would be a better word I believe)
SSC; There you go! dave@drcallme.com If you ask for his Ph. # he may give it to you. I respect his privacy and I do not give it out..Tif
Dave Loftus posted his own post on this board months ago explaining the signed contracts with, I believe, 2 companys (or more) that he had signed up and it was recurring revenue which entailed some sign ups by employees starting this fall and the bulk culminating during the first half of 2013. I could backtrack on older posts until I find it or you can E-mail Dave Loftus and perhaps you can post a rendition of his past post which I am sure he would provide you with. Sorry you missed his post as it actually has influenced my decision to hang in there with this company. Perhaps Tulaz retained copy of Mr. Loftus's post or somebody else who would be so kind as to repost for you and others benefit...later..Tiffer (I will attach his e-mail in a bit here)
I feel that Bob Lorsch's decision to agree to various marketing plans with Dave Loftus of E-Mail Frequency is going to prove very lucrative for both their companys in the coming months. I have been involved in Union negotiations and the PHR would be an absolute slam dunk with any employer/employees as everybody wins! Less absent employees, more awareness of personal health and less loss of production hours. MMRF get the higher percentage of profits from the various entitys signed and E-Mail Frequency will do very well also. I love the anticipation of the good things coming in the future for both companys and thats why I keep buying the stock. JMO... Tiffer
You overlooked the positive earnings from various entitys on the last financial report and also forgot to mention E-Mail Frequency's SIGNED 1.7 million dollar contracts which will be realized during the coming months! I do believe, like you, that unless Bob shows higher revenue streams from whatever sources besides E-mail frequency and current companys on board then this stock will languish. The reputable Patent company/lawyers that MMRF is tied with now, and which are not getting paid unless they produce revenue from patent agreements, will lead the way I feel. There is a real possibility of hugh numbers signing up on these patents. 30 million from the Omidi Bros. sure would have been telling on the strength of MMRF patents. There is no company out there that does not have failures tied to their success and you gotta give BL credit for being persistent even with his sometimes far out projections. He is most definately trying, as he surly has the most to lose. We will see. JMO..Tiffer
A few patent agreements disclosed in the near future would sustain this pps now but the multitude of agreements in the future is going to put this pps beyond even Bob Lorsch's dreams! Times are a-changing for this very unique company. JMO..Tif
Where is that indian standing with his arms raised to the sky while its raining? Always admired that as my mother was full blooded american indian. Nice to see you back..Tiffer
I cannot help but think of the legal team that is conducting business with MMRF on a contingency basis and think that perhaps these attorney and relatives and friends are buying this stock because of the value of the patents that they are well aware of!..Simply makes sense to me..JMO...Tiffer
Welcome to the board and enjoy the ride on this exciting stock with many irons in the fire and us longs who have been here for years are finally seeing others realizing the niche this company has established for itself! Exciting times ahead and we sit patiently and watch for new signed, sealed and delivered (revenues) contracts in the future....Tif
Longs coming in and day traders being left in the dust...about time folks are seeing the value of MMRF...JMO..Tif
Line him up with a good financial advisor as "Pinkys" are not for the faint hearted! According to your previous posts you already own MMRF so guess you just like fishing..
A couple of years ago I posted that I felt this stock would be in the 1 to 2 dollar range in the 2013-2014 time span and I sure feel more confident today due to the influx of meaningful patents being generated by MMRF's CEO. The 800 pound gorillas in MMRF's pipeline (Room?) are soon going to have babys...exciting times ahead for all of us....JMO...Tiffer

END My curiousity on several points has been addressed, as will any you may have, if you are indeed serious about investments. Make your calls as many on this board have and get accurate info rather then just non-productive and sometimes inaccurate opinions. Good luck to you...Tiffer
Weak sauce is not palatable to the legal firm that has taken on the task of notifying patent infringers and I believe this will be more apparent to you as licenses for usage of MMRF's patents are issued and particularly the revenue stream that will follow...JMO...Tiffer
The future will bring on many noisemakers reflected on the daily "buys". I am getting more while these prices are so low and future financials or lucrative agreements signed will ramp the pps rather fast I believe...selling more property and will continue to buy this stock..JMO...Tif
After carefully reading all the patents multiple times it seems that MMRF has a gold mine in those patents. Time will tell and that is my take and judgement call and I feel that I am right in the prospects of MMRF's success!..Good luck to you also Red...Tiffer
got it! 800,000 and 200,000 at .0154...I am a happy camper..Tif
Those patents are just too strong to ignore! I am buying 1 million more shares starting now....Tif...
With a multitude of folks having the same vision you had then finally there may come a day when you can all pat each other on the back and say "Mission accomplished".
Bob Lorsch explaining MMRF's patents more plainly..Tiffer..END...Some Things You May Want to Know About the MMRGlobal Patent Portfolio and Did Not Know Who to Ask
Posted by Robert Lorsch
This Blog is intended to provide information regarding MMR’s patents and its willingness to license hospitals, healthcare providers and their vendors to facilitate the use of technology which may be necessary to satisfy the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (“HIPAA”) and the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health Act (“HITECH”), and to meet the meaningful use requirement.
MMR is the owner and the Company’s CEO Bob Lorsch is the inventor of five currently issued United States patents and others in at least 12 countries around the world. The patents are related, in general, to the provisioning of Personal Health Records and Electronic Health Records; U.S Patent Nos. 8,121,855, 8,117,646, 8,117,045, 8,301,466 and 8,321,240. MMR also has numerous additional patent applications pending related to patient information and Personal Health Records (collectively, “MMR’s IP”). The Company believes that HIPAA, HITECH and other laws related to the healthcare industry, make MMR’s IP relevant to many hospitals and provider plans for the future of healthcare.
The MMR IP discloses a broad range of methods to maintain, communicate, standardize, and manage patients’ health information, such as through a patient portal by way of example. No different than hundreds of companies that provide other products or services in healthcare and own patents (for example patents related to imaging devices, CT scans or even medical instrument designs), MMR is not attempting to preclude healthcare providers from communicating healthcare records to patients but instead is making available its solution(s) for sale or, in the alternative, seeking a reasonable royalty from entities using another solution that infringes MMR’s IP.
While MMR does own significant patents related to Personal Health Records, it is not a patent “troll.” MMR is a practicing entity, a company that has itself developed and sells products and services using the MMR patented technology. For example, MMR’s consumer products include the MyMedicalRecords Personal Health Record. These products allow documents, images and voicemail messages to be transmitted in and out of the system using a variety of methods, including fax, voice, file upload, email and other forms of messaging and do not rely on any specific Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system to populate an account. MMR’s professional offerings, MMRPro, provides physician practices and hospitals a cost-effective, end-to-end solution to the expensive and time-consuming process of digitizing paper-based medical records. Incorporated into the MMRPro system is an integrated patient portal to provide patients with timely online access to their personal health information. MMR created the tools to connect any patient with any physician or hospital or other healthcare professional anywhere in the world and patented its technology. MMR understands that there are questions regarding MMR’s IP. To that extent the Company encourages contacting Mr. Ted Ward at Liner Grode Stein Yankelevitz Sunshine Regenstreif & Taylor LLP, 310-500-3384, TWard@LinerLaw.com or me at the contact information that appears below.

Thanks for info..Good times coming..Tif
No amount of hype will support the pps of any company but the pps will surly follow a ramp up of revenue. MMRF is on the crux of cashing in on the very well thought out business plan that has been actively pursuing all avenues for revenue and doing this with a very small number of employees! 2013 and beyond will be great for us and all the companys affiliated with MMRF! Whenever we see new contracts signed you can be assured that something tangible for revenues is seen by both parties and time will bear this out in the future financial quarterlys. I, for one, can hardly wait to see all these lucrative revenue gathering efforts being reflected on the coming quarterlys. This smattering of licensing for MMRF's patents are just the beginning as I believe that these companys that have signed up KNOW that MMRF has legitimate patents and are acting accordingly! A snowball which will develop into an avalanche as we move along ..JMO...Tiffer
Very Nice!!...Tiffer
MMRGlobal Launches Licensed Service Offerings and Commences Patent License Discussions With Hospitals and Nursing Associations
Nov 28, 2012 (Marketwire via COMTEX) -- MMRGlobal, Inc. (OTCQB: MMRF) ("MMR") today announced that the Company has agreed to the terms of patent license agreements with three EMR and PHR vendors and has already begun making licensed services available to more than 30,000 physician accounts belonging to one of the licensees. The Company is also in the process of licensing its patented Personal Health Records technologies and other intellectual property with hospital networks, purchasing syndicates and trade associations representing thousands of hospitals, clinics and other healthcare providers in Illinois, Arizona, New Jersey Louisiana and Pennsylvania. MMR's health IT patent portfolio includes five patents issued by the United States Patent and Trademark Office including U.S. Patent Nos. 8,121,855; 8,117,646; 8,117,045; 8,301,466 and 8,321,240, as well as hundreds of additional pending claims involving provisioning of Personal Health Records and other claims and features included in Electronic Medical Records systems. MMR has an estimated 360 issued and/or pending claims in thirteen countries pertaining to the use and deployment of online Personal Health Records and other Electronic Medical Records systems, many originating as far back as 2005 (collectively, "MMR's IP"). The Company is also in talks with nursing associations regarding the use of its MyMedicalRecords Personal Health Record in the care of more than 50,000 patients. The MMR IP is believed to impact Stage 2 Meaningful Use requirements for deployment of Personal Health Records by 2014.
MMR has launched a marketing, media and trade press campaign which has reached thousands of hospitals, physician group practices and other healthcare professionals regarding purchasing the Company's products and services, and/or to discuss licensing and sub-licensing opportunities for the Company's IP globally. MMR's primary objective is to utilize its patents and other intellectual property to sell its untethered standardized PHR for the benefit of patients and their family. The MyMedicalRecords PHR can be deployed by any healthcare professional regardless of current systems including any EMR in use by a provider. The Company is also pursuing strategic relationships with vendors to cost-effectively facilitate the licensing of its IP to satisfy Meaningful Use requirements under the HITECH Act to offer PHRs. The Company received its latest patent from the USPTO, 8,231,240, yesterday.
According to Robert H. Lorsch, MMRGlobal CEO, "Over the past several months, MMR has held road shows, webinars and one-on-one meetings throughout the United States with strategic development partner Nihilent Technologies to explain the benefits of the MMR IP to healthcare executives, hospital administrators, payors and other industry professionals. The Company as the owner of its patents is working to monetize the intellectual property which it created by selling products and services that utilize its patents, unlike other organizations known as patent trolls. Our technologies allow documents, images and voicemail messages to be securely transmitted in and out of PHRs and other eHealth systems using a variety of methods, including fax, voice, file upload, email and other forms of messaging and do not rely on any specific Electronic Medical Record system to populate a PHR or portions of an EMR."
According to Jonathan A. Wiesman, Vice President at Nihilent, "As a result of the MMR patent portfolio, awareness of MMR's products and services is significant. The MMR IP opens the doors to opportunities with the largest players in healthcare. No matter the size, they are seeing the value of MMR's untethered service offering for their hospital, practice or as an employee/patient benefit. MMR also represents a cost-effective solution to provide PHRs as required under Meaningful Use."
About MMRGlobal, Inc.
With these patents I kinda think MMRF is more and more in the sights of a buyout from any number of the big boys. Interesting times ahead for all of us....JMO....Tif
I certainly hope that the lawsuit against the Omidi bros. proves valid and that will certainly give legal recourse for the 250 letters to medical entitys that may be infringing on MMRF's patents! One can only hope. Our patents must have some concrete base otherwise we would not have the very lucrative contracts MMRF has so far put together. Interesting 2013 coming up which will prove out, I feel, that we all are very smart investers by having faith in Bob Lorsch (aside from his sometimes bs) to be with him on his dream of becoming a billionaire!...JMO...Tiffer
I know. And what R&D will provide in the future is even beyond our own imagination of the future! Amazing things coming..Tif
Most medical problems in the future will not be addressed by doctors but a computer with all the answers. Artificial intelligence is already here and doctors will only need to look at what ailments patient entered and what the computer recommends and then prescribe accordingly. Anybody who watched that TV show Jeopardy and saw what that computer did against past top contestants know what I am talking about. There will come a time when even doctors participation will be minimal. JMO..Tiffer
I do not know if it is what I have read in the past on the agreement contract but if it is pertaining to EXCLUSIVE worldwide sales to dental offices then I surly do agree that another 800 pound gorilla has entered MMRF's room in previous weeks. Gotta give Bob Lorsch credit where credit is due because of his expertise on enlisting other organizations with their sales forces to promote MMRF's products! I still do not like his BS at times tho I can sure live with it as long as he puts together deals like this...Tif
My last post shows Daves E-Mail and I am sure he would like to hear your input...Nice guy...I think you, with your ideas, and he with his input might come up with something. ...Tif
I am sharing this with I-Hub members. 2013 is going to be fantastic for MMRF&E-Mail F. One of many reasons that MMRF is going to be a powerhouse in future years...Tiffer END Take a look at the link below.... watch the video on the front page..... it gets interesting at about 1:25 minutes into it.... you can share with your friends....
Just so you know..... AmeriDoc has 1.5 million members... this is a PMPM contract..

Yes E-Mail F. is mentioned with pertinent figures on revenue but what is not mentioned, and what has been documented thru a PR from E-Mail F. for forthcoming revenue, is the SIGNED contracts that E-Mail F. has in hand but whose revenues will not really blossom until 2013. I prefer real facts/signed contracts on revenue rather then "pie in the sky" pr's!...JMO...Tiffer
Yes.. Bob Lorsch still has not realized that revenue speaks volumnes while his continued "HYPE" does nothing but continued to verify his track record on lack of "CREDIBILITY". His years of unrealistic forcasts have touched on the nerves of realistic investers, which of course, perhaps in a small (big?) way, contributes to the low PPS...JMO...Tif
The Agreement with VisiInc, valued at a minimum of $17 million dollars, calls for selling MMRPro with other Visi products collectively being sold as VISI MMRPro through resellers of medical products and services to healthcare professionals. The VISI MMRPro systems are part of a Visi/MMR/Via3 product bundle being sold through a syndicate of VARs. A copy of the signed Agreement is included in the Company's most recent filing with the SEC..END..As usual Bob Lorsch cannot help himself and continues to put out erroneous figures like this unrealized 17 million that has no clear pathway for success but only Bob Lorsch's VALUED prognosis which means (like all of his forecasts) absolutely NOTHING. My opinion on the upcoming 2013 year with the embedded PHR thru E-Mail Frequencys SIGNED contracts means far more to me then Bob Lorsch's continued rhetoric!..Of course I wish him to be right... for once...we will see...JMO...Tiffer
Looks like good progress in core product! 2013 is going to be a banner year for MMRF..JMO..Tiffer
I am so very proud of my little Tehama County up here in Northern California....61% Romney and Obama 35.53! We have a lot less folks sucking on Binkys up here then the rest of California and elsewhere!..I knew California was lost long ago when a balanced budget was not passed on Arnolds term as governor...JMO...Tiffer
Regardless of your politics, this is funny!
I don't care who you are or what you believe in, this is funny.
Gun Control
Barack Obama at a recent rural elementary school assembly in East Texas , asked the audience for total quiet. Then, in the silence, he started to slowly clap his hands once every few seconds, holding the audience in total silence.
Then he said into the microphone, 'Children, every time I clap my hands together, a child in America dies from gun violence.'
Then, little Darrell, with a proud East Texas drawl, pierced the quiet and said: "Well, dumbass, stop clapping!"
If he has so much cash in his bank account then why the multi-million dollar life insurance policy where Kira gets half and MMRF gets half? Guess that half to MMRF qualifys for MMRF making the insurance premiums?? I believe he has little cash left....JMO....Tif
why thank you very much..sure enjoy reading posts of others with like minds..
No different then your neighbors fence! The far North of Calif. is conservative where I live!..Tif
It is much worst in California where I live where we have over 50% on the dole! Sad requiem for the nanny "Golden State".
