holy $#!t.. I took a quick nap, and completely missed power-hour.
That last time I looked, it was $.55
I know what you mean. I jumped in at $.029, and only picked up little. It even went back down to $.01's and didn't bother adding, thinking at the time that I had bought another loser, (boy-o-boy was I wrong).
I've been selling on the way up, but I now it's become clear that I should have been buying!
I wish I had looked closer at the fundamentals of this company from the start, and seen the potential a little more clearly.
At least the few shares I have left are totally free.
Understood, and given that, I'm not seeing $.4 - .5 as putting up much resistance, if any.
I'm thinking / hoping this pops to $1.00-plus.
One thing I always keep in mind is that there are a lot of investors that won't buy stocks under a buck. (so once it pops over the one dollar mark, it should / may get renewed life).
I'm thinking that, "the-powers-that-be", may actually be the insiders of the newly aquired.
If there's a chance that SLMU's intentions are to uplist, I'm holding. (And I believe that's so).
With an O/S of about 50 million shares, $.40-.50 may be a bit on the low side. I know of a company with almost double the O/S, and roughly the same income, and is currently trading at $2.47, (and it's still OTC-QB, as well).
It'll be called a "blue-sky-breakout". Even people that have already jumped out, will be enclined to get back in.
$16-22 million. I'll be really supprised if it stops at just $.40-.50
Same here. Not many, but they're free, and I'm letting them ride.
Just in case anyone missed this, here is the release from earlier today.
Anyone know why the press releases for SLMU are not being kept up to date this Ihub board...?????

Looks like CGAQ got a little mention in this Seeking-Alpha article. It might get us a little attention!?!?

News for 'SLMU' - (Salamon Group (SLMU) Completes Acquisition of ARISE Assets)
LAS VEGAS, NV, Mar 07, 2012 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) -- Salamon Group Inc.
(OTCBB: SLMU) ("Salamon" or the "Company") announced today that on Friday, March
2nd, 2012, Sunlogics Power Fund Management Inc., the Company's wholly owned
subsidiary, completed the court approved acquisition of the assets of ARISE
Technologies Corporation.
Mr. Michael Matvieshen, CEO, stated, "This is another significant step in the
development of our company. Arise's solar system business generated over $4
million in revenue last year, and the first quarter revenues are expected to
exceed all of last year's total revenues, with expectation of $16 million in
revenue for 2012."
According to a draft valuation report performed by one of the top 4 accounting
firms in the world dated August 31, 2011, the ARISE Assets acquired by the
Company were valued between $16 million and $22 million. According to the
report, ARISE's patented technology will have a variable cost to produce silicon
of $13.49/KG. Based on this assessment, these manufacturing costs would be 50%
below the current cost of manufacturing silicon.
The Company expects to be in a position to find a partner for the silicon
technology now that these assets are no longer in a distressed asset category,
and intends to use partnering agreements for the ARISE technology for its own
silicon manufacturing needs when appropriate, significantly lowering the
manufacturing cost of silicon solar modules and increasing profitability of its
Solar power projects.
That was funny.
Forgive my ignorance. I'm not too familiar with SLMU.
Could part of the reason for a R/S, be a possible up-listing to QX, or better?
Did everyone see this from 3/1/12?
News for 'SLMU' - (Salamon to Acquire Eco Energy Solutions (Australia) Pty Ltd.)
LAS VEGAS, Mar 1, 2012 (GlobeNewswire via COMTEX) -- Salamon Group Inc.
(OTCBB:SLMU) ("Salamon" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has
signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Eco Energy Solutions (Australia) Pty
Ltd. ("Eco Energy") to purchase the company.
Eco Energy is an Australian owned business specializing in the renewable energy
sector. The company specializes in the design, supply, installation,
commissioning and maintenance of solar PV, solar hot water, wind turbine and
micro/mini hydro projects.
The company provides a fully integrated systems solution service to all aspects
of the renewable energy industry and is involved in some of the leading projects
in Australia. The company is a major installer of grid connected solar PV
through Australasia and the South Pacific. As at the end of February 2012 the
company had installed 2630 domestic systems through its contract which started
in May 2010. The contract covers all of the State of Tasmania and all of Central
Victoria. Its main base for central Victoria is Ballarat with a sub base in
Bendigo. All Tasmanian installs are carried out from its Head Office at Grove.
Eco Energy recently completed the installation of one of Australia's largest
ground mounted, flat plate, grid-connected medium-scale solar PV projects at
Ballarat Airport. The project, which was part of the $42 million Central
Victoria Solar Cities project, involved the installation of almost 2000 SHARP
180 watt photovoltaic solar panels in both fixed and tracking array formats.
Eco Energy operates a full Health, Safety and Environment process on all its
projects. Its "one stop shop" methodology allows it to take any project from
conception through to design, supply, installation and commissioning.
I just found the same thing, and wasn't sure if everone had already seen it.

I have no idea where he went. Maybe he's stuck out on the road somewhere, with worn out tires.
I hope he comes back someday. I promise not to pick on him,.....(too much).
Nice, Thanks.
Looks like thing are running right along as many suspected, and all the tires seem to be in good shape too!.... (the "longs" will get that joke).
I received an email too. It came from Mitch, and addressed me by my real name. If it were a fake/bogus email from some joe-blow-scammer, it would not have contained my real name, and it would not have been a "RE:" (reply) to a message I sent Mitch months ago. Also, the email address I used has never been used to set up web based accounts and the such.
IMO, it's legit.
Thanks for the heads-up.
If BRAV doesn't get boughtout first.
Well, it just did...!
I haven't been following this too closely in recent months. Why exactly is BRAV not current at this time?
If you are not sure if it is a scam, order some product and see if arrives.
If you think the stores don't exist, fly to LA and see for yourself.
I'm waiting to see the 2011 results in black & white.
It's one thing to "project" numbers, but can be quite another to report them to the SEC.
I addition, people are probably anticipating dilution, and will wait a day or two to see what Danny's intentions are.
Imo, If Danny can keep dilution down to a moderate level, and begin to use "profit" to expand his business; then, BRAV should be a good company to bet on.
Maybe there'll be a buyout offer from them later on down the road.
Looks like it :)
I think people are begining to put 2 & 2 together. With an almost 3-fold increase in plant operator hours, it's safe to assume production figures are up too, IMO.
In response to another poster from yesterday:
1. Flights from the office in Canada to the site would be reflected in the office staff's hours, not as site worker hours.
2. Why would contractor's hours be included in the plant operator hours on MSHA's site? They are not employees, and their time would not appear on the companies payroll; so, MSHA would not have included those as site worker hours. Who knows, maybe most of the upgrades / repairs were done by the employees and not contractors.
The fact is, you don't know. It's just speculation, with the usual negative twist.
if there were something shady going on with this company, wouldn't there have been evidence of dilution going on?
JT, do you check the MSHA site from time to time? I just noticed that their total hours for plant workers, seems to have tripled from the 3rd qtr to the 4th qtr. I guessing that your observations would serve to validate MSHA's increase in hours worked per quarter, right?
Someone is going to be pissed when they get home from work and find all their PSPW shares gone, and the PPS has popped back up...!!!!!
buy on the dips!
IMO, it coud have been ugly for some, as the FNG's/flippers exited at the end of the day at an even higher price.
I'd much rather see the PPS go up based on solid DD, rather than a bunch of FNG's, flippers, or paid promoters, pumping.
The way I see it, JT's visit now provides additional proof that things are either moving back to fulltime production, or they are already there.
Remember, he's not the only one that has recently made a trip, and witnessed work in progress.
I like his observation about the geotubes... ;)
Don't worry about the weather JT. It's still bright sunshine over in the south bay.. It should be smooth sailing all the way back.
(although there are some clouds that I can see further north).
IT'S ABOUT FRIGGING TIME...!
