nice job! 2 @ .0032 X 1 @ .0033 then 2 @ .0034
Agree, but would like to see better bid support here
If Vince would put out contracts next week, he'd blow the roof off for sure. Needs to manage his momentum just a little more and we'd have an amazing ride.
No, it isn't NITE. The flippers did that for their fractions of pennies, LOL. Feeding CSTI for no good reason. Was CSTI & AUTO @ .0034, Now its CSTI and NITE.
Its the flippers not the MM's.
3 on the ask @ .0036 to get through first
Now we need to move NITE as well as CSTI to move higher
3 @ .0033 X 1 @ .0035, 1 @ .0036, 1 @ .0039, 1 @ .004.
We need to move CSTI from .0035, still adding here.
CSTI dropped to .0035
.0033 X .0036
PLUG POWER RECEIVES NASDAQ EXTENSION
LATHAM, NY – February 2, 2011 – Plug Power Inc. (NASDAQ: PLUG), a leader in providing clean, reliable energy solutions, today announced that the NASDAQ Listing Qualifications Panel (the “Panel”) has granted the Company’s request for continued listing on The NASDAQ Capital Market pursuant to an extension of time, as permitted under NASDAQ’s Listing Rules, to comply with the minimum $1.00 bid price requirement. In accordance with the Panel’s decision, on or before June 6, 2011, the Company must evidence compliance with the bid price requirement for a minimum of ten consecutive business days. Under NASDAQ’s rules, June 6, 2011, represents the maximum length of time that the Panel may grant the Company to regain compliance with the bid price requirement.
The determination follows the Company’s hearing before the Panel on January 20, 2011, at which the Panel considered the Company’s plan to regain and sustain compliance with the bid price requirement. While the Company is working diligently to regain and sustain compliance with all applicable requirements for continued listing on NASDAQ, there can be no assurance that the Company will be able to do so.

Oh, that will be really sweet too. My only regret was that I didn't get this @ .36, lol
My plan was a Friday call if I don't see that website back up.
It is taking far too long, which means they probably took it down before they were actually ready, which really isn't a good plan, I'm sorry to say.
Whatlogic,
Have you asked him about the website? I don't know when you last called, and maybe the website being down is too recent, but it seems to be an abnormally long time for a company website to be down.
agree, although a little more volume really wouldn't hurt
Sorry you didn't get an answer.
Trying to trade while the markets are open, friend.
What do you know and how can we help you?
There is a lot of information easily available to you, but if you've read the press releases, and have specific questions, please ask them.

Welcome Gail, nice entry!
No idea whatsoever, I'm sorry to say!
After looking at their earnings every quarter of this year and last, I think this stock will be over a dollar shortly.
They have just had their most profitable year ever, and the list of large companies using their fuel cells is not only impressive, but continuing to grow.
With earnings in hand and a reasonable plan to become compliant, I believe Nasdaq will not delist them anyway.
They are on the move, and I fully expect an excellent annual report in March.
Nice to see .0029, where did that come from?
Teffy, are theses some of the rumors you're hearing?
From another poster early this morning:
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=59181616
And good morning to you Teffy! I agree with you and have been adding also, although not as much as you, lol!
Agree.
Smith has so far kept his word about news coming out last week, something is going on with their website as was promised on the site after the acquisition, hopefully we'll see the numbers soon too.
Teffy,
Notice the VYGO website is down? Looks like we may finally be getting the previously promised updated site shortly.
NavyGirl
Smith followed through on his promise of news last week, appears as though we've finally got the updated website on its was, and he has been promising financials all along as well.
We've got a chart shaping up nicely as well. Maybe we'll see some good things soon!
VYGO-website is down, looks like we may finally be getting the updated website they've been promising since the acquisition?
While I am aware that Mr Smith has been saying this all along, this is the first time I've seen the website actually down.
I hope we see an updated website, just as I hope we get the info we're all looking for.
Just went to the Voyager Petroleum website, I'm getting a message that the site "stepped out for a bit", think we're going to finally see the updated website??
Been over this and over this in every way possible. Companies have to pay to file. They did things correctly and became non reporting.
That is no indication of whether or not NEW mgmt is hiding anything at all. In fact, this would be a PERFECT time to bring out bad numbers and blame it on the prior CEO.
NICE!!!! Needed that shot of afternoon humor as the day of VYGO trading has hardly been enough to keep me awake.
Now come on....wouldn't the "they" literally be anyone selling at the current price, thus making the pps move lower?
Shareholders sell for many reasons, too many to list, including some of those you listed.
Lawjak, I'm always up for seeing absolute proof! Can't believe no one else has jumped in to ask you, given the tone of the board today.
Would you please share with the rest of us?
Absolutely!! Anyone who considers this stock to be anything that they dislike, or have concerns over, ABSOLUTELY should not be in it.
No one here is forcing anyone else to purchase this stock, and no one here has shown any financials or filings or anything else. This stock is either a buy or a no go based only upon what any of us think it may or may not do.
I don't DOUBT it at all. But then, I don't need other posters' help in order to find information, nor do I need anyone's advice in order to help me trade.
I chose VYGO as a buy, I chose my price, and I know exactly what my trade strategy is.
I think we'll have to politely agree to disagree. In asking for things like where we've gotten the limited information we do have, it seems that Pepeoil needed some help in trying to get his questions answered.
However, IF Pepeoil is trying to warn others off because it isn't a worthwhile purchase in his opinion, that is absolutely fine too. I've simply tried to answer the questions that have been asked, or to give him an avenue to do get his own answers.
Howard,
You are entirely correct that the burden of proof lies with the company. No question about it.
My question to you is this: how would you propose that he get the answers he seeks?
I see his options as being to either wait for whatever the company puts out, or to call the company. Do you have any other suggestions that could help him?
Ahhhh, but you have not proven your case either, friend, lol.
You've gotten all the answers we can possibly give you, its time to get off stating the same thing over and over again.
Probably, yes, it would do those things. However, I've never cared for those company CEO's who put out PR after PR until they don't matter.
It hasn't yet been a month since the acquisition.
Why not call Vincent Smith and ask him why he hasn't run things so far to your satisfaction?
Ask him what he thinks of your ideas? Asking any of us here to explain why he hasn't done what you believe to be the proper way to go probably won't garner you the answers you seek.
All,
To make things perfectly clear, this is an opinion board. It is not up to any of us to question any poster's reason for anything they post. As long as it is on topic, and is neither vulgar, nor a personal attack, they are within their rights to ask questions and to make observations at will.
Should you have issue with what they post, You are free to use the ignore button, but personal attacks not allowed by IHUB TOU's and will not be part of this board.
Our topic is VYGO, lets keep it there.
Pepeoil,
If you have finally looked at all the news you can find, I suggest you start calling Vincent Smith for answers to some of your questions. Scrap has never had obligation to file anything and you have already been told that we have no information regarding financials.
Start doing something to help yourself get the answers you need, as we've already given you all the answers we are able to.
