I sent an email to NOW Solutions and got a quick response.
"Is NOW Solutions back to doing business within the United States market again?"
Response:
Hi Dan,
Absolutely!
We never stopped, we just had a low profile for a bit. Setting up new marketing plans for 2021 and looking to build our new business pipeline.
Thank you for asking. If you know of any company or organization with complex HR and Pay needs, send them our way.
Kindest regards,
Marianne Malcolm

"you should know SbV and VCSY are working together to exploit 521 and 744 origins. I think VCSY investors and our partners in SbV/LP and SbV/DAFCA and others will be very happily surprised with what we are going to demonstrate.
It's been a long hard road made impossible by Wade. I have nothing for him after finally sitting down with him face to face I think around a year ago and I told Scott something was very wrong about him. Now that he is gone and forgotten, VCSY and SbV are joined at the hip. Like an old departed friend would say "We're in there like a hair in a biscuit."
People are going to complain this is 'old technology'. That is its value. It is a pristine article from the beginning of web services and software as a service. We have the code for the way the original SOA and SaaS operations should have begun. Those that arose from those years did the best they could but infrastructure could not well serve technology at that time. So patches and compromises have had to be made to cover facilities at scale since then.
We are beginning with a new drawing board with the images already speced out. Not only that, we have the functional software along with the code.
Our LillyPond partners include the founder of SOA, the inventor of speculative branching, the most briliant rogue blockchain hacker I have ever met, a company so deep in critical systems security we can't even say we're talking to, working alongside with Dr. Bertrand Cambeau people on post-quantum password management. Already a demo to mil of a username.password connection you can put on the web or a billboard and grant permissions when used.
Much more. Much much more but I don't want to steal Scott's thunder. I'm just saying what is public knowledge in Austin and elsewhere.
I don't want to put pressure on the team. We're going to deliver prototypes and product articles at our pace. The industry is grappling with things we told them about 3 and 4 years ago. We have all the time in the world. They have no logical paths but what they lead to LillyPond.

In a recent chat with Scott, I mentioned that shareholders are frustrated. His reply below...
"Dan, you all have reason to be pissed at the past mismanagement. But I assure you this board is a very talented, experienced and straight shooters as any of us could ask for. I was in Dallas early this month and spent quality time dealing with issues. We can’t fix the past but feel good on the future for shareholders. When we get solid footing, you’ll see solid public media. Lots of good things happening, never as fast as we like.
Stay positive"

Re
Len should contact Paler, or one of the other social media techs and show them what our TWS can do to help them get back up and running.
This would be a golden opportunity for vcsy to make a GIANT splash that the world would see.
All eyes are on this issue.
Could you imagine the world wondering how Paler beat the big tech tyrants?
Should be an easy fit for Paler and Len, just start with the TWS first to bypass Amazon and Google, and then see if
Ploinks can be utilized in some way to benefit vcsy and the social media companies.
There is a huge spotlight on this issue now.
Try looking at any OTC stock. It will say the same thing. For the second time.
Why don't you pay attention??
Vcsy is paying attention to its shareholders NOW!!
Actions speak louder than your words.
Thank you Jon for all your hard work fighting every day for us shareholders.
We appreciate all you do.

Ploinks is not about a search.
Its about security.Half the things you search for on those search engines are censored so you can't find it.
I was until I found out Wade was a crook.
Puddle™
Sync & Backup data
Whether it's your collection of vacation photos or important documents, it's always a good idea to back up files on your devices, so data is never lost due to hardware failure or other accidents. With the Ploinks® Puddle™ Backup application, Ploinks® Puddle™ makes it even easier to back up files from your mobile devices to Ploinks® Puddle™.
No Cloud Required!
With Ploinks®, there’s never a need for the cloud. Cloud servers store data from millions of users on multiple cloud-based systems daily thereby leaving your data susceptible to internet hacks. Ploinks® stores your data directly on your mobile device to be seen by only the eyes you share it with… and when you’re ready to stop sharing, it’s gone! Your personal content never leaves your control. Let Ploinks® put you back in control of your privacy!
Delete! Delete!
Ploinks® is the first and only app in which you can permanently delete a communication… forever. In other apps, once your data is sent, it’s saved in the cloud for your friend to see when they arrive to their device. With Ploinks®, if you change your mind and delete shared data – at any time – it’s gone in real time! Forever! One key difference from other security solutions publicly available is that with Ploinks® the user's data is not backed up or stored in the cloud on a centralized server where it can be hacked or stolen.
Ploinks® is the new private way to communicate.
With Ploinks®, our whole goal is your privacy. It’s fast and easy to use but most of all, it’s secure. Unlike other apps, Ploinks® never has access to your data. That’s right! Our patented peer-to-peer technology secures your information by using your own personal web server! Ploinks® is easy to use to share photos from your mobile device with other Ploinks® users. With the Ploinks® Puddle, data will synchronize in real time easily between the Puddle and your mobile device, and it is 100% private. You can be assured that your personally shared data is secured with Ploinks®!
Of course it's not free.
It's not like any other messaging app.
Have you been asleep?
Why would you give the most secure communication app out for free?
It's 4.99. But worth it for security. Just look at the hacking that is happening, and the censoring that is happening. Think about a social media platform that can not be shut down by big tech tyrants.
By Keith Guidry, Yesterday at 03:13:22 PM
From Linkden:
(Keith comment)
"Reading and agreeing with a paper a friend wrote and I am struck by statements the average user of computing hardware can not know. Not because they are unable to understand but precisely because they would understand and therefore should not be told.
Homey don't play that.
"Premise 1. Since 1965, the introduction of the IBM 360/67, there has been a standstill in material advances in ISAs for leading GPP microprocessors. Our assessment that the standstill is due to hidden obstacles that the IT industry does not recognize. "
... and he goes on to nail precisely why you're working on a computer that was created 50 years ago and has not fundamentally changed since the advent of the mainframe.
Sure, your shiny new chip can run in gigahertz... and costs a fortune. And can be hacked by a teenager. And doesn't do what it used to do but you don't know that. 40-50% of the computing power is turned off just to make the piece of crap safe from attacks on parallelism invented 30+ years ago. So you're 'safe'. A safe sucker.
What is not safe are the chips processing controls in our critical information systems. AND WE DON'T KNOW WHERE THE ATTACK VECTORS ARE because our chips are built fat dumb and happy.
Fix it or tell your kids to learn Russian or Chinese per your view of the Risk game."
K9, 6 months, to a year. I think in 6 months.
With all due respect K9, it makes it easier to reestablish trading on the market.
Cougar, that is a standard pr statement. It's in every filing from an OTC penny stock.
Listen to Gitz, he is a truth teller.
Don't have to, I think they are on it. IMO
Think of this possibility,
With all the big tech companies censoring everybody on Twitter,Facebook, and Google.
Could Vcsy replace all these companies with our own social network.
( Ploinks)?
I think this is very possible considering Vcsy has the encrypted Social network platform Ploinks, and,We have the TWS (Tiny web server) on your phone or device. There would be no way for the tyrants like Google and the rest to shut down 20 million tiny servers.
Lots of great things can be done with our patents.
Lets not forget about Iot.
Stay tuned folks
I think now that we are starting over with all the SEC crap, The board must change the name of the company, and I believe they will.
Just think about all of the viruses and hacks and security breaches that have been happening. We now use software and patches to fight and defend against threats. With Sawblades tech, the defense mechanism is built right into the chip.If there is any sign of infiltration from anything questionable, the chip will shut down, and a code alert will be immediately sent to the user.
just think, the security will be built directly into every chip.
That's a lot of chips
"These are autonomous fabrics that can restructure themselves as needed without software so for the life of the host/protection system it's untouchable."
Oh yeah, as far as Port goes,
He's been saying he knows how to utilize these patents for a long time. So lets see what happens in 6 months from now.
I would say, these board members would not have taken on the task of reviving Vcsy if they did't think there is great value to the patents.
Im sure they had other opportunity's to work for another company that was already up and running. Why would they invest their time giving cpr to a dead company.
K9, I can't respond to your PMs,it wont let me for some reason. But I read them Thanks. Man, Is that you.
Mirrir, take it easy will ya.
From port, read it weep Laster.

We're all doing well and have precisely the team and resources we need to pull off what we were laughed at for suggesting three years ago. VCSY can play a huge part in it, that is why Scott is on the board. We would not have wasted his time and energy if we did not have specific plans to execute to make the technologies I have described act in real products.
LillyPond Project is doing very well. Can't give a timetable because we want to see what the first few prototypes can do before we commit to anything.
If you want a window on what it takes to actually develop things I think it would help V investors understand what "time" means. I've been doing this kind of thing since 1997. Before that I was a peaceful systems engineer frozen out of the AI winter and figured all that was done. It's all brand new now. It's all extremely new because what could be done in software can now be done in hardware. Forbidden to touch or the chip destroys itself. That is what we can do. Now, we have several candidates in the design phase. LillyPond is being built. Our first Frog.
The biggest hurdle any hardware security solution has is it has to be built into the chip. It doesn't exist as disembodied data the way software does. It exists as a part of the global internet infrastructure and that legacy design is difficult to change based on a business justification.
That hurdle has been knocked down for us because security stands far above all other business drivers in determining when and how a chip gets built. So, the entire CPU industry is facing a rearchitecting and a 'respin' of the mask sets just to stand still. So now we have to pick and choose which ones which will accomplish our goals most quickly. That has become a very clear path. We can achieve draw dropping results with a very simple elegant construct and that is because we out waited the problem. All the inefficiency's that made this a crazy idea in 2015 are now in place. Everyone who built during that time built using incomplete unproven tooling, incomplete knowledge of the threats, and dodgy patching of new into old.
We can now step back to the old, create new+ and step over all legacy approaches. And that is what we are going to do.
People have no idea how or even why a company like Sawblade exists. We're arcane even to the very experienced hardware industry people. It's because we're the part that should always be done in the shadows and the plans destroyed after the thing is built. That is fundamentally what a real ClearBlue Red/Blue Team should do and then disband.
These are autonomous fabrics that can restructure themselves as needed without software so for the life of the host/protection system it's untouchable. And that is what drives software people crazy because anybody can claim a string of bits is 'software'. We use state and stack machines and we're preparing to use a new type of state process translator that could be used to end software borne attacks.
And, as such, I'm reneging on my explanation as to why I want 521 and 744 and you get access to the building process instead.
I'm also giving access like this because V investors need to realize the laws of a public traded company under the extraordinary circumstances VCSY investors find themselves make it necessary to reconstruct the entity into something that can be made whole to re-enter the market. Or it stays with the stock shares able to be traded off market. I don't know what can be done. There are plusses and minuses with all sorts of things like that.
The most critical question, thought, in any company restructuring must be "Is this worth doing or not?"
My answer would be absolutely yes and I would need a lot of whiteboards to explain it but it can absolutely be an extremely valuable thing to do. Yes. Indeed. It will take patience for the first half of this year. I don't know when the first shareholder meeting will be but I think VCSY investors will find themselves in a unique and enjoyable situation. For a change.
Slow day ha?
