If they sold them to them for $899 - EVERYONE would call them Opportunist, money mongers, thieves, crooks - you name it they would be called it.
Sound like a familiar narrative??????
Whenever they order them
What's your point - I have no problem with them providing a discount to our schools that need to protect our students - especially ones with morbidity issues.
Some of the comments are so tiresome
This must be Fake News - right. Some will still question the validity of the news story - lol.
Just so that I understand - we have confirmation of at least 2 schools buying and using Rx Air units and it is in the public record and now it’s questioned because Steve Rotman Had a connection with the schools - are you friggin kidding me. I would think that is exactly what he should do - provide safety for school children.
And I don’t care if he gave them huge discounts because that it the right thing to do.
Shameful behavior by some.
Btw the Summit Academy COVID 19 update document on their website - page 4 - New FDA certified RxAir Air purification system in every classroom and office area.
So I will make this statement - even w/o having any info on it - I will bet dollars to donuts those are NOT THE ONLY SCHOOLS buying Rx units.
Me too - I am northwest of Rotmans
Glass half full - half empty.
I am of the half full side - would seem to me todays PR is saying we are making progress - we are able to get rid of some debt - operations are moving forward and we have some investment funds to grow the business
That seems to be some good news there.
Is it perfect - no
But based on the constant harangue from some- PROGRESS IS BEING MADE.
Rome wasn't built in a day and this is not Apple or Amazon - so while progress may not be fast enough or the company not perfect enough for some -this is the OTC - so take a chill pill or go to the big board.
Get off the Greg thing - Steve worked 50 years or whatever to build the business - if he throws the dice and loses in the end - that's on him. But give the Greg thing a break.
You don't like him - others don't either but jesus give it up - every one KNOWS THIS BY NOW - YOU HAVE SAID IT ENOUGH.
That's what I said - what's your point.
That they don't break bread with Old Boston Money or the "well connected" - ok - so who cares - I don't.
Who said they were. They are a well respected family and have done a lot of charity work in the Worcester area. I don't think anyone said they were Brahmins.
I think they have worked very hard to build a local business - nothing was handed to them.
Looks to me like they are pretty happy and proud of their RX Air purchase - right on the front page - think the parents of those kids aren't thrilled that their children are being protected from the virus with an FDA approved product.
It's hard for me to understand some of the responses to this tweet - people should be celebrating instead of looking to discredit the significance of the news. Not just for VYST but how about what it means to America - jeez.

Social distance properly; wear a mask; wash with bacterial soap after the 15th glass of wine or 15th beer and make sure to sleep at Greg's on a Vytex mattress and pillow
Wish I got that invite - damn.
Looks to me like a steel cage match is on the horizon - lol.
Based on the ads from Bernie and Phyls and Jordan's I would say that getting customers and volumes back has been challenging.
I can't say if they are up or down, but I sure can guess.
If I recall correctly, MDGC does not have a lot of debt associated with it - I think it's about $3M and it's not associated with any toxic debt providers as I understand it.
This shell would be a very good get for any company wanting a cheap way to get listed.
Filings aside, the structure is actually pretty good.
But that was 5 years ago and some things may have changed - I am rooting hard for an awakening - lol.
Some doth protest too much, methinks
Only the VYST piece at the bottom - this is a PR today picked up thru Fidelity ATP - what did I miss here.
Great find - I'm sure it will be dismissed as everything positive does here.
Me too
LOL - not sure I would consider this a rally - more of an opportunity - I think.
Agreed - getting close to adding point.
I want to second those sentiments - this is a day we should never forget.
TY for all those who made the ultimate sacrifice - civilian and military alike.
From Aug 6 press release - Vystar’s Rx3000®, a hybrid ultraviolet (UV) light and HEPA filter air purification system that is FDA certified as a Class II Medical Device
Oh it’s going to run - and when it does- it will look like Elon Musk rocket
Line of credit $2.4M gone - cash $832K - BS overall looks better.
Had revenue over $2M in a period of a shutdown - expenses don, go away - I would say better overall than expected
Next qtr should show explosive growth
TY for an informative post of someone who at least has some inkling of the potential of VYST products
Good luck with your restaurant - tough business to be in today - lots of restaurants are closing their doors - keep plugging away
I’m thinking a Kodak Moment- lol
Deny, deny, deny - at some point the inevitable will prevail.
Yesterday's article validated products, volumes and direction. Not many OTC companies have what VYST has.
Past is the past - new directions moving forward.
Demand for Rx products will continue not only because of COVID but also because this years flu season is expected to be a difficult one.
Momentum is building
So - the article is “current” - today or yesterday
Volumes were confirmed - not in actual numbers but we now know the 10K unit order is in process and another one “BIGGER” was initiated.
Rx3000 had to be moved because of space constraints and order demand - sounds to me like a great problem to have and solve - hence Scott Electronics - I have requested a tour as it is only 13 miles from my house - no response yet.
Local school has requested units.
Article highlights interested parties to invest in Rx air - again sounds like an opportunity and doesn’t appear that lack of money would be an issue if needed.
Based on the article- Confirmed high demand - strategic decisions to fill the demand and ongoing operational execution to move to the next level.
Sound to me like real progress is being made - for those looking for instant gratification, maybe disappointed but for those interested in long term investment in a technology fir today and tomorrow- welcome aboard.
If true - then you can bet on it - no insider trading problems there - but god forbid you do it.
Shameless.
Well you would sell yourself short by about $2+ per share - at least.
That's only the first shoe to drop. There will be others.
Seriously - they are ordering thousands of bulbs and cartridges for giggles? - you need to follow the crumbs a little better
Hate to say this Capt but Vyst has an installed base in hospitals- so wrong again
There have been a lot of disappointments along the way but this is now - let's see if the old tapes re-surface or if this is the beginning of a new chapter.
I think the latter - but everyone to each their own.
Yawn
I think we get a stream of news this week - updates on Rx3000, Rx400, possible gloves, bulbs etc. etc. Possible other products.
The tweets over the weekend about continuous upgrading of bulb supply is very telling of demand for the component as well as the overall product.
