Well, the shares are CHEAP right now. That does not mean they can't go down. HOWEVER, that is just playing the market. The actual story behind this stock portends a higher price in the not too distant future. If these guys are happy making a few pennies while they bide their time, good for them. When the story breaks out with the STRIKING news, they may be left holding... nothing.
Keep in mind: their cost will be just over $300 per oz. to mine it, so the profit will be just over $1100 per oz. A nice profit, but not $1550 per oz. So, 450,000 X $1100= $495 million. Divide that by 40 million shares = $12.45 per share. Can you believe you can still buy it for under $4.00???????????????
I'm glad I got in sooner rather than later. I think it's only a couple months until they start actually getting the remaining gold out of the tailings. That is when real numbers (income) will start pushing this up HIGH! But, it looks like word is starting to get out. I'm not sure why iy took this long. Anybody in the know has to understand that the management is top notch for this particular play.
Struck GOLD! Oops, that's not happened just yet. But SOON? Just catching on fire right now I guess.
With original issue stocks, all ducks must be in a row, all "i's" dotted, all "t's" crossed, blue moon rising, etc. to be able to deposit stocks with a broker. And, many brokers won't take deposits of penny stocks. Times have changed. Hopefully, this will protect people more and not just freeze the market for these stocks.
Perhaps the news is running late since it might be coming out of the Brazilian jungle??? None the less, I was thinking about this news issue. Management has to be careful about how they issue news, but how do you keep local laborers from from screaming "eureka!" when they strike gold down there? Or, just letting their relatives and friends know so that they might start buying? Shouldn't I be flying down there to become friends with one of the local laborers on the project????
Well, that's a little old for information. A little MORE info from management as to delivery, start-up, etc. would be nice. I know we're not talking the usual 8-10 years and super infrastructure, but I don't know if it's 6 months, a year, or what. I have a lot of confidence in their expertise, not their communication :)
If this were a pump and dump, we're missing the "pump." RBRM was taken over in a reverse merger and the assets of RBRM were removed from the company (and I believe belong to Phillips now). I have never heard of Jim or Brian along the way.
However, hang on to your stock! This is just starting and in one to two years the revenue stream will kick in big time. You will finally be rewarded. The stock will soon start creeping up.
I hope it doesn't happen before my check clears so I can get another "buy" order executed first!
Judging by you description, somebody has their foot on the throat of this stock so they can keep accumulating at this low price. When the seller runs out, he might get caught with his pants down.
Has anybody heard from the SEC regarding the ongoing case against the crooks? Any idea where to look for the current status?
I believe the seller has (had) over half a million shares but I have not done any research or math to try to figure out where that leaves them now. They may still own half a million or may be down to one share. I don't even know if there is a way to find out. I think there are several people accumulating while the getting is good. It will be interesting to see what happens when that supply runs out.
I have not verified a rumor about one large shareholder liquidating due to severe financial needs. Until he liquidates, there is no upward pressure on prices. But, at least he's not doing a complete dump on the market and, eventually, he will run out of shares. So, if you want to accumulate, do so before he runs out.
Did ya'all drop dead? Everybody on vacation this week or what?
I think it went something like this:
The 2 experts in Brazil, De Castro and Abraham, developed the "Quad Mining Model" based on their knowledge of the remnant gold in all the tailings that were not feasible to mine when gold was at $160 per ounce. But, they needed funding to get going. So, they offered to work the projects for a share in the projects' proceeds to whomever could come up with funding. Thus, the company, LGBI, was funded and born. They knew up front that getting up and running with a plant would cost $500k, so I'm guessing that money must be available since it's moving forward.
Unfortunately, gold miners in Brazil are not the same as CPA's in the US, so crunching numbers and filing forms probably lacks timliness! They'll hire the number crunchers once the money starts rolling in:)
That is a good point, Stockble. Some "faith" is required but I think the experience of the management team, as well as their own equity stake, will keep this from falling off the cliff. Their method is pretty compelling and having their personal fortunes tied to this is a good motivator. They won't make expensive mistakes that will take this down... probably the reason this "quad" method is being employed. Much more shareholder friendly!
Since the quad model is less capital intensive to get the cash going, it shouldn't take a whole lot to start the cash coming to keep the financials strong. And, at $300-500 per oz. cost to produce, it seems like there is a lot of money in those piles of tailings.
Well, that is interesting news. Let the processing of materials begin! The cash flow will start to move this up pretty nicely. I'm glad I bought a bunch this week!
Volume has really started to creep up since the first of the year. Actually, since Dec. 18. There was almost nothing before that.
Boy, that Esposito looks bad in that report! Sounds like a jerk. But, he's not involved in running the company. He sources funding and does mergers. And, he is an equity investor.
That youtube thing is disappointing. Quality is pretty poor. If that's a shot at promotion...the future may be dim. What a joke for such a potential growth prospect. I can't believe such a rock solid management would do that. I'm guessing that it's a self promo since they own so many shares.
I don't find much either. I guess it's a good thing if they promote the company they work for more than themselves :)
I also suspect that original investors in RBRM are trying to get SOMETHING out of the stock they've held for years while the company was tanking. In the short term, that might keep the stock from exploding on the upside.
The issues about the updated financials has to do with the merger with Rebuilder Medical Technologies because they were not current with reporting. This gives a clean slate to start LGBI. They are doing things by the book, which is a very good sign. They can build a good company with solid footing.
And the "quad model" that they embrace is also good since they won't have to continuously seek investors. They'll be making money more quickly... not years down the road... (thanks for that tip about the audio on their website.)
It would appear that the stars are aligning for them.
Interesting is right. WTF is going on with it? With such an increase in volume, the volatility should all be on the upside.
I feel stupid. Where on the website did you find the recorded message???
Whoa! I was gone for most of the day and all of a sudden over 300,000 shares trade! WOW! I guess a move has started. Let's go for a ride!
Well, I guess somebody knew that the financials and disclosures were being announced early this morning. Maybe this is about to get rolling. Somebody knows something.
Oh boy, volume is starting to pick up. Somebody must have got wind of some info. My time may be running out soon.
Stockable- I don't understand the logic of all the small trades either, but I sure enjoy scrolling down your posts!
But, personally, I hope this thing doesn't get going too soon because I want to accumulate more before the action heats up. I'm saving my nickels!
I think a heck of a lot more shares would have to trade to have much impact on the price. As mentioned, this stock has a LOT of potential over time, and NOT a long period of time due to their "quad" model. The long time frame is usually what holds back mining stocks in the beginning.
Excuse me, what does "painting" mean? I am not familiar with this.
Is ANYBODY still following these events???
I really have to wonder about some people. Pay more in commission than the stock is worth???????
The spread is huge! I suspect you could buy cheaper than the ask or sell higher than the bid if you placed an order. But, I would not want to sell at these numbers. Money will be made with a little patience.
I don't know of any news. Maybe its starting to sink in... that they have a pretty good plan with pretty knowledgeable management. I'm surprised it's taken this long. Maybe people are actually looking into the situation and seeing the potential. It's not actually that much money being spent. Maybe some locals down there got word of discovery and decided to invest a few pesos. Who knows? But, I'll grab some more before it takes off. Volume usually does that!
Don't unload your Rebuilder yet. This new entity has a LOT more going for it.
I'm going to start taking bigger bites while the price is still low. I've been following their "quad" method plan of monetizing the alluvial and it makes a lot of sense and is a great way to get cash for further development without diluting share value.
The management and technical staff of this company bring a lot knowledge and proven experience to the table. And, they have a BIG stake in the company, so they have tremendous motivation to make it go. This is the beginning and nobody is begging you to invest. Do it if you want. I am taking somewhat small bites along the way and if it goes up I'll be happy. I am not turning my entire portfolio into this... just moving in a little at a time.
The doctor is now out of the picture, so the somewhat worthless shares may actually start to become worth something. That is something to be thankful for at this moment. This company was going down the toilet but has had a change of course. The future looks much brighter. The new company has management with high ownership stakes and vast experience in the gold mining field. It should pay off handsomely.
