LOL...he couldn't tell you publicly if he wanted.
Something about his new position, I believe.
Without a VAR we are vulnerable with a key component under Shen's control.
How so?
What's the key component?
That just means he knows who he needs to contact to buy the cheapest & most efficient algae production equipment available to date.
I think you are missing a great opportunity to flip your shares. You yourself have identified the channel this trades in.
You took profits. You have zero to lose on it. Can't see why anyone would not believe in making money or why would they be in the market.
Unless you think that the day you flip is the day BEHL's PPS turns the corner and runs.
Which would be counterintuitive to your recent postings.
You seem to be a conflicted investor in regards to BEHL.
Good luck with your emotional investing habits in the future.
From the PR:
NAA President Barry Cohen has arranged for Lone Star College to provide land, water, and electricity for a test unit of the BioCentric Algae Pro Photobioreactor to be assembled at the College. Once operational, the Photobioreactor will go through a series of verifications to quantify and ascertain exact results which, at the third level of testing, will be independently managed by a third party for unbiased results. Upon completion, the Algae Pro Photobioreactor will have certification published from the National Algae Association.
Don't know how I missed the bolded before.
Lone Star is associated with the NAA. To me, that really isn't independent verification. But it's splitting hairs, I guess.
The results need publication. Not only in the form of a PR, but as a peer reviewed study.
Stocks go up and stocks go down.
Events will determine new support, new resistance levels. Non-events will see support fail if investors decide the potential for return in the algae production equipment business can be better sought elsewhere.
Until then, we are in the same range today we have been in for weeks.
I am patiently waiting for the Gen 3 to be up and running. I have also expressed my desire to BEHL via email to see an independent third party come in to analyze the results and publish them in every magazine that deals with health supplements and biofuels.
I'm still trying to figure out how DF let rain fall in SA during this target construction period.
He should have learned after that Huntington Beach shakedown you gotta grease the wheels every now and then.
If he releases that PR, I hope he includes a statement that says something like 'since we have completed the PBR, you can assume air caps, specialty clamps, and the pump are in house, assembled, and fully operational. I apologize for not releasing a PR to trumpet the arrival of all components. Accordingly, we are expecting two boxes of drywall screws to hang up framed pictures of our management staff in the hallway outside the bathroom'
People looking to a messageboard to answer if certain parts have arrived and/or why not fail to notice the inclusion of the company telephone number at the bottom of every PR.
Persistence will get you through to someone who can answer your questions at BEHL. They include the number for a reason.
I correlate the recent drop in BEHL's PPS to the winter storms that have recently occurred. What does it have to do with algae production and PBR construction? Nothing. They just happened to occur at relatively the same time so I have drawn a line for myself to connect the two.
Keeps tanking? This has been trading in relatively the same range for a couple weeks.
It needs a revenue generating event to occur. It may be as simple as the PBR being up and running and ready for sale. It may be the first of the orders to fulfill the 6 million in omega 3 contracts.
Did I miss something that should have caused people to stop flipping this stock? And for someone who is riding freebies, you are missing the perfect opportunity to flip and grab either a few extras, pull out some cash, or a little of both.
Unless there is something stopping you from flipping.
If only operating a fuel refinery in CA was as easy as extracting algae oil and pouring it in to a gas tank.
Because that's exactly what BEHL would have turned into for 8 gallons of gas.
Check out the costs of getting in compliance for fuel refineries in CA. Imagine how much dilution that would take.
Those aren't target dates for the uplist. They are target dates for the selection of the auditor (the 15th) and the filing of Form 10 (20th).
Basically, the first steps in the uplist process should be completed by then.
The uplist process will take much longer as they will have to answer first to the auditor questions then the SEC.
This is the crowd that demanded to see the 6 million purchase order with blacked out names on it.
They refuse to believe anything DF tells them and are 100% positive there is more to every story when it comes to BEHL.
Revisit the last PR.
Shen has no idea what the new controls are. Additionally, RWE provided needed tweaks in the visit to SA on the 20th of January.
Tweaks that Shen did not see for 2+ years in the development of the equipment.
While he is good at what he does, he does not have total and complete knowledge of the Gen 3 PBR.
Look for KEPI to become a user and VAR for the BEHL PBR.
I find his alias ironic.
Shen's job was to take a concept and ready it for commercial production.
With BEHL's PBR being days away from commercial readiness and the work RWE has done on the controls, Shen's job was over.
The other questions would be best directed to the company and not a messageboard.
I wonder if Shen knows where he can get a low cost, fully automated PBR to produce algae biomass for KEPIs needs...
And make his restricted BEHL shares rise in PPS at the same time...
Bueller? Bueller?
Steve & Carnac - I completely see where you guys are coming from. To be honest, I feel the same way. In addition, DF's tackling of the books (cleaning house) and putting BEHL on the path to uplist seems to coincide with the RWE merger fall out rumours and addresses some issues that RWE supposedly had with them.
I'm just waiting to hear it directly from BEHL and RWE. I wouldn't expect any news on that front until the audit is pretty much over. That will give RWE a better view of what's on BEHL's books.
I am also curious as to whether RWE is currently going through a financial audit themselves.
Maybe an email to Rick is needed for clarification on the Q4 seed crop growing email and to see if I can find out whether or not they have undertaken the task of going through a financial audit.
cookboy--I was told too by Rick that the seed crop was growing Q4. I still have the email.
There could be a number of reasons for the change. One being the strain of algae that was identified to hold the highest % of omega 3 grows better in the BEHL PBR, allowing for a higher profit margin from the JV. To me, the recent PRs seem to suggest that each company has a part of the solution to low cost algae production and as they put their heads together, have found areas to tweak and improve to lower that cost further.
I have not asked for clarification on this. Too busy with taxes since Jan 1. If I do, I will be sure to ask Rick and post it here.
In one of my convos with Rick, he stated that BEHL & RWE would be making an announcement sometime during Q1 about BEHL & RWE not merging and he followed that by saying he wants to take RWE public on their own.
That was late December. The non-merger announcement was made in January. So I am giving Rick the benefit of the doubt in that he is truly positioning RWE to go public on their own.
Could things have changed? Definitely. But nothing made public to counter what Rick had been saying in December and followed through with in January.
Now, if someone were to talk to Rick in the future and he backs off of this comment or says he can't discuss it, then something may be in the works with the merger again.
Until then, I am sticking with what was announced in January.
Ask jumped to .0119.
MMs got what they needed? The 3 days to settle trades allows for a lot of games to be played.
BEHL's PPS has nothing to do with politics regardless of which side of the aisle you find yourself.
IMO I see two big things that are affecting the PPS:
1. An event needs to occur that switches this from a flipper's stock to a buy and hold in the eyes of all investors (except for the sheep herder, that won't happen until they are a NASDAQ stock). It could be the start of fulfilling the Omega 3 orders on hand, but I definitely think it has to be a revenue based event with verifiable information for the uneasy shareholders who don't like NDAs
2. Tight credit markets are keeping a lot of companies from investing in any green tech right now unless you are a cash generating juggernaut like Big Oil. All Big Oil is doing is snapping up research from firms that most likely (IMO) started to do just that: generate a return for the initial private investors through the sale of all technology generated through it. Why isn't Big Oil on BEHL? Well, no one knows if they are or aren't except DF and team. And as DF has already said, he's in this to make money. Could he make money by selling out to Big Oil? Sure he could. But it has become apparent he doesn't want to do that because that's the low hanging fruit. The true value is in becoming a player in all algae related fields. And BEHL can do that, be it biofuel or supplements or waste management or CO2 sequestering through the equipment.
Again, all in my opinion.
It is just a status update on the construction progress for the fully completed unit in SA.
Nothing earth shattering.
If you like the long term prospects of this company, the daily swings of the PPS should not be what the focus is on.
DF's PR this afternoon should be your focus.
How does it affect the list of outstanding items?
How close is the 3rd Gen PBR to commercialization?
Any movement on solidifying the leasing/cost sharing agreements for potential customers?
Have the parts made their way out to Georgetown and when can we expect that site to be prepped, constructed, and operating?
Flippers will flip until BEHL gives them a reason to fear being caught on the wrong side of the flip. That comes from the PRs coming to fruition and commercial sales of the PBR (the money maker) start.
Any investor who likes the long term prospects of the company would be quiet with the PPS where it is as they are too busy buying.
The question is more of a demonstration on the lack of DD being performed. It also demonstrates a lack of understanding concerning the market BEHL is in, the undertakings of the company, and the financial reporting schedule BEHL has established.
Anyone who has taken the time to read the PRs can grasp the concept that reporting financial numbers for January is a moot point when you are taking the steps to have your financials audited and expect the audit to be undertaken soon.
Additionally, any calculation that blatantly ignores the fact BEHL has sold products in January is willingly skewed towards misrepresenting the facts and circumstances surrounding the company and is suited more towards that of someone with an agenda.
No, he is not involved here.
Barry gets bashed because, as a former iHubber and former BEHL insider, he was privy to information he chose to divulge to a select group of investors before either company wished to address them.
Additionally, he oversold his skill set to BEHL. That should be readily apparent with the action taking place at his new place of green gold business.
Thanks for looking out. Read too quickly.
Good thing they have partnered with BEHL to get that Omega 3 order out the door.
RWE = needing BEHL more than ever.
Someone smack that .0144 just once.
Start the panic buying.
Envirotek. LOL...
I love how that that is still an issue for them.
Funny, I don't see any position either of them hold in BEHL. I mean, this is a company that is current in their filings. It's pretty much all there to look at. BEHL hasn't announced twice over the past 18 months two different companies that were hired to straighten out their books like another company has. And that company has yet to produce a single filing in the past 18 months. I guess skeletons exist everywhere.
BEHL audited financials s/b coming a short time after we get the selection from Frank Rawson in mid-Feb. That means even more transparency.
It really needs to be renamed to the 'Make Your Axe SHARP' board.
Seems to be a lot of talk about this.
I guess if the company really wanted to clear the air, they would release those filings that have been talked about for a year and a half. I can't even tell which of the two companies hired to clean the books is doing so.
Maybe the next PR will have a third firm hired to do book cleaning since it appears the other two backed off when they found out about all this.
Seems a simple filing could take care of it. I wonder why the company doesn't address it?

contrarian, the uses of algae are growing on a day to day basis. As a result, their will be people who wish to enter various algae ventures but need low cost equipment to insure profit margins.
For example, the PBRs can be used for sewage treatment. Running overflow sewage through them will result in clean water. The algae can be processed for oil for fuel and pressed into a form of biochar. The biochar results in a permanent sequestering of the CO2 if you burn it in the same facility the PBR is hooked up to to catch the CO2. RWE's looking at sequestering CO2 and using the biochar for a permanent loop and to dump 'green' electricity back into the grid. Tax incentives for CO2 sequestering equipment would be one reason for a manufacturer to look at this equipment. In addition, as the technology for extraction and fuel processing keeps advancing, these manufacturers have the ability to sell the algae to processors or fuel their own fleet of vehicles.
Here in Milwaukee, there is a serious problem of sewage overflow every spring, every heavy summer and fall rain. Combine issues like that with the new trend of cities and towns designating themselves 'Green Communities', and this is another possible customer base.
Cereplast is expanding into bioresins derived from algae. This new field will increase the demand for algae. And should draw competitors who would like a low cost piece of equipment for their new venture.
IMO, all it takes is for DF to get this up and running and get some independent results verified and published. As more and more people become interested and the commercial equipment is field proven, there will be a steady customer base who will need BEHL's services for repairs, monitoring, possible brokering of sales, etc.
That question is answered on the last PR. Feel free to read it, the answers you are looking for are in it.
Welcome to my ignore list.
Lipid...he's not one of the Flock of Faithful.
He was well there beforehand.
His interest in BEHL is legitimate.
Dancyquan--Please review Shen's bio.
At least you've moved from calling him CHEN or CHAN.
