sorry, I copy/paste from yahoo, it was talking about a previous PR
Wednesday 6:00 pm PR 5 minutes ago That was the day/time Dean announced the conference call the last time IMGG got a response from the FDA.
you can do it
it's funny, little stud only shows up to put in negative comments
Sykes made his own rally 5 second(s) ago Mark today as the beginning of the end for the blatant pump & dump $IMGG it was fun while it lasted, thanks for the profits scumbags
about 1 hour ago from web
picked up 2k more shares thanks
because people want fda approval, not CC's with no {new} information, plus there are a lot of negative news articles about CT scanners
exactly
I wonder if that woman that wrote that nice article about IMGG would rather have a scon from a Dominion or a regular CT scan if she had to get a diagnosis?
that's not what Dean said. He said this was the end of the process.
What are you trying to say.
no one knows if it's calender days or working days either from what I've seen
that doesn't say when the FDA actually recieved the revised label, just when Dean recieved the confirmation.
Dean said approval Whensday; remember he said it's not if, but when sday give up approval.
right , that doesn't indicate to us when the FDA actually booked the reciept, just when IMGG recieved the confirmation of the FDA's reciept of the amended intended use label that was sent out on the 9th of Nov..
30 Days {working days} starting On Thursday 11-12-09, so Thurs.Nov. 11& Friday Nov. 12= 2 days.+Mon.Nov.11-16 thru Fri.Nov.11-20=7days +MonNov.11-23 thru Wed.Nov.11-25=10days{Thanksgiving}+Mon.Nov.11-30 thru Fri.Dec.4=15days.+Monday Dec.7 thru Fri.Dec.11=20days+Mon.Dec.14 thru Fri.Dec.18=25days+ Dec.21 thru Wed.Dec.23=28days{Christmas}+ Mon.Dec.28 thru Wed. Dec.30=31 days. We should know, no later than December 30th even giving one extra day for the Post office not being open on Veterans day {Nov.11} If it is thirty calender days give or take a few, should be no later than the end of next week.
I'd like you to write your explaination; cause I don't have time to validate your insignifance. I may read it later, or not. I'm waiting for FDA Approval. Nothing else matters to me at this point, so why would I care to bother with answering your perpetual non-event hyper-critical badgering? Cause I think it so funny that you actually believe that any one cares about any thing you bring up, and you think it means something because it was you that re-brought it up; when in actuality that is the very reason for us, that it is probably just the opposite of what you're intending to portray! So you are actually endorsing the company paying Dean back for the loan I take it. I agree.
Money TV= FDA Approval; that's my opinion!
The BEST is yet to come for Imaging3. These folks want our shares {before} approval comes and they are in an all out attack on IMMG shareholders. I am not going any where with my shares, because I believe we will get news by weeks end. The news will be good, very, evry good!
Maybe not, but sooner is way better than later !
looks like MMs are out early , every one who listened to the CC has eveen more confidence and will HOLD STRONGER than ever to OUR shaares !!
that was my take; also very eloquently stated I might add {way better than I could do}
i am so glad i kept all my shares !

Raider Nation,
The response is simple the radiation dose for exposure is well within the legal limits so the FDA will have no problem with that aspect. Secondly, the radiation is comparable to a c-arm dose and in many instances far less, up to 52% less, which is part of our FDA application which they will be very happy with. Lastly, the CT dose range we use is extremely lower than standard CT, especially the new 64, 128 and 256 slice CT models, which the medical community is having a debate on whether the exposure is worth the diagnosis. Our CT uses cone beam CT which has been proven to be not only as effective, but does so at much lower exposure levels since it still remains in the fluoroscopy exposure range, not the significantly higher film or spot shot range. Our dose difference in the CT mode would be in the range of 100% to 1000% less depending upon what type of CT your are comparing it to.
Basically, we are providing advanced 3D imaging with the worst case being the same does as a c-arm exposure, best case 52% less.
Longs= reward, shorts =tears
I never thought that it was about the fda ; I've been telling every one the opposite

Who ever sold the 100k at the last minute yesterday........my predicion....................bad timing
a nice link about radiation from TC scanners makes IMGG even more valuable !!{since Dominion is low dose}.http://www.reuters.com/articl
The Dominion also has other advantages beyond the real-time 3D capability. The unit produces about one half the radiation of standard fluoroscopy (the x-ray technology used by the Dominion), it is portable, fits though a standard door and plugs into a standard wall outlet. In addition to 3D the Dominion can also perform CT functions and standard fluoroscopy x-rays. The Dominion with the CT option is about one third the cost of a stand alone CT system which requires a large shielded room and is limited to the radiology department. The Dominion allows the imaging technology to go to the patient instead of the patient joining a long line into the radiology department. Also, these abilities combined with the small footprint of the Dominion provides capabilities to operating and emergency rooms that are not possible today.

perhaps you can? I'd like to hear your version
I also agree with this sentiment. The potential for PPS might benifit share holders exponentially, with out the possibility of dillusion also,at the same time I could see how a giant investor could possibly swoop in and buy a majority stake in just about two shakes of a lambs tail! That might bode well for PPS also, but not too cool for Mr.Janes plans. I'm not sure of the number of shares the Board members have. Dean's personal holdings were around 62 million, last I knew. I have to believe his and the others together might have trouble keeping a majority if this thing breaks out in a vermillion way. At the same time, they might lose a majority but gain a great big wad of cash like they've never seen !!! It's fun to think about that! GLTA
with you 100%
I believe you are jumping the gun, that yes in a positive way, your timeline doesn't take into effect time for delivery, the holidays etc. Good try though. I am all for FDA approval. It will come; not if but when.
