The whitepaper refers to the next step in a potential project with the United Nations to deliver PBRs to third world countries. PBRs would be used to produce food supplements. Grameen Bank would fund the project.
Previous press releases give a little bit of color on the topic...

giggity.
I have a feeling there building up to a big one next week.
No I didn't miss it. Your retraction was actually 32 minutes later - not 5. A lot of shares can be sold in 32 minutes after someone has been mislead.
It can be very damaging.
Clearly you feel a simple retraction solves the issue, so I'm sure GWest isn't going to lose sleep over something he misheard either.
Now then, since we're all getting along again, how about that Dennis Fisher bringing home the greenbacks!
Next week will be very exciting
Have a good weekend all!

I think the slander refers to the comment you made on the BEHL board. Read below or go to Post #41416 on the BEHL board.
This is where where you indicated Dale and PSC have purposefully deceived investors. An accusation that no doubt caused many tell sell some or all of their shares.
It's on record, check it out....
---------------
"Like I said, the info is either inside info or 100% fabrication of the truth brought across in order to deceive those who read it. The CEO is in the pictures as is the equipment used by the company.
I am not surprised in the least as this type of behavior is common with PSC and Dale."
---------------
To all those who own shares - CAN'T WAIT for Tuesday! Go BEHL!
Have a great weekend!

Yep - apologies. caught that when I re-read your posts. Just updated my post to reflect that.
Suppose it's just more interesting info to come...
This point was alluded to in the 9/1 PR, but either a) it was overlooked by folks, or b) i'm reading too much into it...
The PR said...
"Discussions with one of the largest poultry companies in the US are moving forward as BioCentric has developed an enhanced cost effective ALGAE strain for poultry foods."
To me, you don't "move forward" until the poultry company has tested the algae and is wanting to work out a contract. Says right there, the "enhanced cost effective" strain has been developed.
Sounds like the testing went well
(EDIT: after re-reading I realized you're talking about a different nutritional test that BEHL is doing on their own. The poultry company was doing their own testing which was PR'd months ago...those are the tests I was referring to.)
I'm not the expert. So, not sure about pipe diamter, etc...
This is all strictly my opinion, but...
The gravity eases the load of the pumps, but that's only my opinion that pumps are needed to push the water along - they may not be needed at all. So I'd hate to comment with certainty on the 10 acre solution.
Clearly, if it's all gravity, then there's no issue at all. Plus, I would imagine that water pressure can be increased simply by having a larger holding tank above the system. More water, more weight, more pressure. Any normal pump could then be used to simply fill the upper tank - no matter the size.
I'm confident there's a simple solution, but since each solution is tailored to the environment of the client, it may not be the same for everyone.
yes, right. that was one of the ways they said they were going to be saving money (using gravity to move the water). and agreed on the pig. seems they'd have to be using a pump to move it. especially through the turns.
i think the bottom line is that they use both to a degree - to what degree would be some interesting info to hear.
they initially planned to harvest twice daily, but with the "constant harvesting mode" they've announced that they're in, maybe the pumps are working all the time. if so, that'd be good news for us, not bad news.
Gravity does play a role in the process. Dennis had mentioned it in a prior interview (or maybe the conference call a couple months back).
Anyway, I actually do think there's a combination of gravity/pumping. If I remember correctly, the base is built with a slight grade toward where the algae exits the system for processing (the lower tank that we cannot see at the SJC demo unit).
The pump then takes the water back to the upper level to be used again in the system. The pump also helps the water flow in the tubes, but there is a combined effort of pumping/gravity due to the thin slope. Don't know how it splits percentage-wise, but to some degree both play a role.
understood. either way we're in good shape IMO, and it'll be fun to see how the next 4 months play out.
It will definitely depend on how quickly they can follow through on their agenda, and the exposure they can generate along the way.
But they're looking to sell exclusive distributor licenses for entire countries - to companies that already have a client list full of likely PBR candidates.
And with the multiple revenue streams for each PBR they build, the patents they hold, Cap and Trade in our country and others around the world, etc....
Once people see this works on a large scale (i.e. 10 acres to start) the possibilities are through the roof.
I think a dollar EOY is realistic, but whatever the PPS on Dec. 31st, it'll be a fun ride....
$1.00 pps gives them a market cap of just over 600M. Other algae plays that also have ZERO REVENUE, but more exposure have market caps of anywhere from 200M to 1 Billion dollars.
If they keep following through on their plans and produce some revenue, uplist, etc, a dollar by end of year is very realistic.
Someone who wants to make $300 by the end of this year, Id say!
(minus the $20 in brokerage fees )
Last trade in pre-market was .071
Happy days are here again ....
I personally didn't think PSC dumped on the last run. And I don't think they whacked the bid on the way down either as it would run counter to what their trying to accomplish as a company...
PSC still being in the game should give people confidence. I do agree there will be more hesitation, but the fact is they've spread the word here and in Europe, and have driven volume. Someone who bought as soon as they first posted on BEHL potentially turned .0078 shares into .155. Nearly a 20-bagger. No wonder the sell off was so huge. I think this month we're looking at maybe a 5 or 6-bagger tops with the help of their coverage.
Their audience hasn't grown much in the last 30 days, so the impact will be less bc they've already heard the message, thus the volume will be less, thus volatility will be less. Good news for longs.
What we will benefit from is the wide coverage. More people to hear the message of revenues, contracts, and ultimately uplisting. Wild ride or not, I do think we're better off for having them cover BEHL.
My opinion.
Agreed on that. The potential range is huge. I think we'll see all revenue news this month...distribution licenses and contracts. Once projects are kicked off, I think we'll see other major news like the whitepaper in October, then uplisting in November.
Purely guessing, but seems like a good strategy to uplist with revenues already coming in - PBRs already installed. Sets a solid foundation to build our uplisting launch pad.
That said, I'm going to guess .15 to .25 EOM depending on size of contracts/licenses.
Thank you for proving my point
I don't think anyone is worried. Pretty GD excited though at this run we're about to have!
So, Sham, Joey, bobber, ctp, others... any guesses on where we end the month of September?
So, if you're openly admitting that you're guilty of insider trading, you ought to call the SEC and fess up. Wouldn't want to be you right now.
You lost, dude.
how do you think I feel, I sold because of greedy's lie.
"Seems as if, when people are making money they are accepting when it comes to rule breaking" ...
Does this mean when the price is rising, you're NOT making money Greedy? Why are you not "accepting" these gains??? Now why would that be?
Let's us not forget you blatantly accusing Dale by name on the BEHL board. What do you think THAT did to investor sentiment? Caused some people to sell I'd imagine right before the price went up. They probably left the board before your lame retraction, too. Walked right away from a 20% gain based on pure fabrication.
Tisk tisk...
I'd be fine if the 6th richest man in China wanted to acquire BEHL. We'd all make a boatload of money in the process!
I'd rather have the company work its plan as it has been, but a buyout? Not bad either! All the more reason to hold
So, you are now in agreement that BEHL is a legitimate contract/revenue producing company? Outstanding! Quite the change of tune from your post #37254.
Welcome aboard Greedy! GO BEHL!
LOL....amen!
saw that too... possibly a "pig" going through it that is used to push the algae chunks through the tubes?
Agreed.
I do agree on your contrarian comment. My opinion is that responding to some on these boards is simply a waste of time, but to each his own.
Good luck to you on all fronts!
Guys - been following this board for a few days. Good to see all the old faces.
Why is anyone giving this guy the time of day? We're smarter enough to let the paid bashers do their thing and ignore them at the same time. (500, this is obviously not directed at you)
Everyone knows he keeps posting the same crap over and over. Let it lie - BEHL will succeed and fail based on what the company does - not what a group of bashers try to do to it. Every time you try to explain it to him, he comes back with more off-topic questions. He's paid to do so.
Sham, love the intent here. I'm all-in on BEHL for good reason, but when I find another stock worth posting I'll be sure to run it up the flagpole over here.
Good luck all.
When I spoke to Lowell a few weeks back, he said that the new tubing is part of what they are waiting on from China.
Supposedly "extremely durable."
As I said, they're not pumping the hell out of it, but they certainly haven't dropped it either.
http://pennystockchaser.com/page/4/
Again... my opinion is that as soon as there's contract news, PSC will once again be all over this. They're still in the game for sure.
Right. Dennis said that phase 2 will be a much better representation of what a customer will get than phase 1 was/is. The parts for phase two are scheduled to arrive in September, so I think that is the key to the revenue announcements.
Afterall, Dennis said that he won't take someone's money until he proves he can deliver for them.
We all agree it takes time to build this company. We all agree contract negotiations take time. But in the meantime, would you rather they not put any PRs out?
I think silence would do a lot more damage than a steady stream of update PRs. Even if they're not meeting some investors expectations...
Yes, I absolutely think they are still around - they just ran a radio spot with us last week on CNBC.
I think the dump was from 000 holders who are used to typical penny stocks that never see 15 cents. If PSC abandoned us, we wouldn't be on their site at all, and certainly wouldn't be on the radio. They save those spots for a select few. I think BEHL got buried on their site initially because of the PPS drop... makes them look bad. But once there's a big contract or the like, I'm 100% confident that PSC will be sending out the "See? I told you so!" promotions...
My opinion.
PSC is going to wait for the big PR as well before they put the word out again. They've already alerted their minions here and abroad, so they need to bring something new (contract, uplisting, etc) to the table to see a significant run. They won't put themselves on the line again until BEHL has that kind of news.
The good news is that it WILL happen, just a matter of when.
amen bobber.
It sounds to me like the guys he has on board are from a marketing company, and not the ones who have been writing the PRs.
My thought a few weeks ago was to get this stock away from the pumpers/bashers/flippers and into the hands of the everyday investor, so I called with the plan. Part of it was getting media/government officials to participate in the milestone events (ex. fueling up the BEHL-mobile, etc). I wasn't surprised when he said he had people on the job already.
I think we both agree that having Dennis reveal the numbers is important, but I think we disagree that the strategy is flawed. My opinion is that it's too early to tell. He clearly has things going on in SJC that we're unaware of. My thought is that he may be wanting to get some "mainstream investor" eyeballs on this before he releases the numbers. This way he won't have penny stock traders selling off on a big run, thus creating a more stable movement north. He may be waiting to drop the big PRs until he gets more attention from everyday investors.
If Dennis has proven anything, it is that he always has a plan. I'd find it hard to believe he's not carrying one out right now on the PR front.
My opinion.
I had the same thought a few weeks back when PPS was at the beginning stages of getting hammered. I have extensive background in corporate marketing/PR and offered my services to Dennis. I put together a page and a half outline of a PR plan to get the word out about BEHL and spoke to Dennis and Lowell regarding it.
It included an online press kit, reaching out to media (local and national), as well as developing political connections to further shine the light on BEHL. There was MUCH more to it in terms of tactical - but the strategy was to get them to "see it for themselves" - either physically, or by video demonstrations online. Then to educate them on how this is relevant to our world, and how we're able to deliver these solutions today - at a reasonable cost.
I emailed the whole thing to Dennis three weeks ago, and spoke to him on the phone afterwards. His response was "I've got two guys working on this as we speak." I said, "all of it?" ... He said, "yeah, pretty much."
Giggity.
