Very nice! We are way overdue for an update from management and a reversal. If all the bugs are worked out at Black Rock and production is over 100oz per month, this is going to fly. That's pretty much a given. We just need Mitch and Rob to instill confidence in the market by confirming that the production issues are ironed out.......
Added a bunch today...... :)
Just bought in here....Have done some DD over the weekend and like what I see. Looking for .01+......
Nice day, and nice info from Trapper. Hopefully we can get this above .02 in the next few sessions.............
It is reasonable to assume that the company might put out an update (like the one issued 11/23/10) in which they lay out their plans for the upcoming year (and beyond) for all of their properties. It would be nice right about now.........
Usually a day with higher than normal volume follows a morning with pre-market trades. Hopefully that is the case today.....
Merry Christmas to all, and may PCFG help to provide for a very prosperous New Year for everyone..........
Agreed! No reason for this not to "rock" in 2012. Anyone who thinks these guys are going to give up without serious production in the near future is crazy. Mitch and Rob have SO MUCH (financially and emotionally) invested in the success of Black Rock, they will see this through........Their own money as well as mine say this will produce a HUGE reward for us all.
oh......niceeeee find!
Nice area to be mining in wouldn't you say?! Very informative post and an interesting read Fox.....Thanks as always for the solid DD.
NEWS- TORONTO, ONTARIO, Dec 12, 2011 (Marketwire via COMTEX) -- Pacific Gold Corp.
(OTCQB:PCFG)(PINKSHEETS:PCFG) -
Pacific Gold Corp. ("PCFG") announced that Nevada Rae Gold, Inc., ("NRG") a
subsidiary of PCFG, has purchased a 36" twin sand screw for use at the Black
Rock Canyon Mine. The sand screw works with the plants' hydro cyclone to remove
larger particles of sand prior to the process slurry being fed to the geotextile
tubes. The removal of this larger sand reduces the volume of material being fed
to the geotextile tubes and helps to manage the clean-up of tailings from the
hydro cyclone.
Nevada Rae Gold has already received approval from the NDEP and has completed
the installation of the new equipment.
An officer of a company does not loan a large sum of money to his own company if he does not believe in eventual success of the company....... PERIOD!
This will work and all pay off in the long run IMO. The question is, who has the patience and guts to see this through?? I do......
Nice opening volume again today. Looks like the tide is turning and people are realizing the huge value here at 2 cents a share for a producing gold company........
Nice day in PCFG land......
Hmmmmmmmm....Nice action thus far today.
Agreed that we have all be fooled before in this market, but unless they go BK or completely halt production at Black Rock we will not see this under a penny. If you still believe in the same end result as we did before the 3rd Q results (as I do) this is a steal at this pps.
Nice news today! Although the 3rd Q results were not what we were expecting, management has been following through with their plans. Things are taking longer then we (or they) would like, but we are still progressing. Some things like accidents and equipment problems are just part of the growing pains associated with a early stage company. IMO We will see FULL scale production, it's just a matter of how long you want to tie up your money here waiting for that to happen. Mine is happily here to stay for a while.......
Exactly, and IF you believe that Mitch and Rob will get it done in the long run the current PPS is a gift. Am I happy about the 3Q results? Of course not! Do I still believe that these guys have way to much invested to let this turn to crap? Hell yes! I have been adding this week and still feel confident in the LONG TERM picture here.
Have a wonderful Thanksgiving everyone..........
Yes....Very important part of the 10Q. As is this as well:
"Costs in the fourth quarter may increase, as compared to the third quarter, with increased production as additional, machinery, fuel and electricity are used with the increase in mining volume. The Company's equipment supplier is working with the Company on a lease proposal that will reduce the equipment rental fees by as much as 50%."
As unhappy as I am with the production figures thus far, I still have confidence that Mitch and Rob with get it done here. They have spent way to much time and money to just let this fall apart. I plan on adding to my position on Monday.
Do some more DD....PCFG is not a "pink"
I bet many of the larger miners are keeping a close eye on Pacific Gold. If this 10Q meets or exceeds our expectations, and guidance is strong for a ramp up of production, IMO this becomes a buyout prospect.
Golden Grahams :)
The day has come my friends! I'm cautiously optimistic and impatiently waiting............
Take it easy...he most likely got it right from the companies own PR from 11/23/10:
Nevada Rae Gold, Inc. - Summary
Nevada Rae Gold, Inc. ("NRG") owns and operates the Black Rock Canyon Mine. The information on this page is partly excerpted and summarized from a 43-101 technical report prepared in June 2010, and historical property reports, prepared for previous property owners, by Bharti Engineering ("Bharti") and Robertson Research ("Robertson"). The Bharti and Robertson reports are not 43-101 compliant. NRG has mining rights to a portion of the property covered in the Bharti and Robertson reports. The Company has identified a resource, in the lower Black Rock Canyon, and not including other areas under claim, of almost 1.2 million yards of gravels with an estimated gold grade of 0.5 grams per yard (grade based on a limited sample location). This resource is permitted and bonded and NRG plans to process up to 480,000 yards per year, for the first three years of operations, producing 6,000 to 12,000 ounces of gold per year. Following the first full year of normal operations NRG plans to expand the permitted area to cover more of its claims and plans to double the size of the screening plant in order to increase production into the 12,000 to 24,000 ounce range. The resource size indicated above is strictly limited to the area of Black Rock Canyon that NRG has studied sufficiently to identify in its 43-101. Future gold grade testing and seismic work will establish the size of the remaining resources at Black Rock Canyon, Tubs Springs, Mud Springs and other areas under NRG control.
Many times before news is released the share price of stocks are taken down by the powers that be. It's a calculated effort to buy cheaper shares for the impending run and to scare nervous investors into selling their shares to avoid the risk of holding through "bad news". I for one am glad that we didn't have a run up to the news (although I suppose this can still happen). I would love to see the news released with a nice 350++oz's produced and a bright outlook on the future followed by a nice steady PPS appreciation over the next few months.....
Yup, someone is back in...........
Tightening up here .051 X .0515
I was simply referring to this post :
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=68570890
Someone posted earlier (cant remember who) that they had reports from the workers on site regarding man hours. Any word about the new Geo tubes being on site and/or being installed?
GO TIME IS VERY NEAR....EVERYONE HAVE THEIR TICKETS??
The bid has been slowly rising since the open and things are tightening up here. Now we just need some volume.........
They could have been buying back shares at any point since 9/28/11 when the PR was released. However, I think you are right about when they will purchase at least some of the planned 5mm shares. Mitch and Rob are no dummies and I think they are well aware that 5mm shares is not that much in the grand scheme of things and will do the buying very selectively......
Pacific Gold Corp. ("PCFG") today announced that its Board of Directors has approved a share repurchase program, effective immediately.
Under the program, PCFG is authorized to repurchase up to 5 million of its issued and outstanding common shares in the open market or in negotiated transactions, from time to time, depending on market conditions and other factors as well as subject to relevant rules under Untied States securities regulations. It does not obligate the company to make any purchases, including at any specific time or in any particular situation. The program may be suspended or discontinued at any time. The share repurchase program will be funded by the company's available cash, after assessing for the working capital requirements of the company.
"We believe it is prudent to use a portion of our future cash flow to repurchase shares. The share repurchase along with a continued commitment to developing our mining projects are planned to enhance shareholder value." said Mitch Geisler, COO of PCFG.
Most likely buying :)
Exactly, no worries here. Results around the corner and big moves coming IMO........
I like the number of personal vehicles on site...indicates a bunch of people hard at work producing gold! $$$$
.049's up on the ask and volume is starting to pour in. Hmmmmmmmm
Nice open...let see some volume here and a nice push into the .05's!
Nice day here...eom
No "flipping " for me buddy....been holding for a year now.
