Bought more @ 2 then it shot up to 3 no more 2s so I changed my order and filled more @ 3.
I can't wait to see the finished website. I see 4 and 5 today IMO

We're Back! A PR will most likely be out in the next week or 2 IMO

This should not be about your REVENGE, reread your posts. There is nothing but anger and revenge in them. I completely agree with 2hars. This is about business, (Not Revenge) Masc you are green and the rest of us are not. Take your money and go like you said in one of your posts, and let us believe in Matt if we want to and decide for ourselves what to do with our money. We are all big boys here and knew the risk involved with a pinksheet. I for one am willing to let it ride with Matt at the helm. And if we are making a mistake then it is are choice to make that mistake. It is not your job to save investors from themselves.
Just a little frustration with management, and I don't mean Pilgrims
GLTA
I don't have to worry. I already have my position set and have had it for 2 yrs. I'll hold for news and maybe pick up a few more. We'll see. But I appreciate the opinion. It can't hurt to hear from everyone.
The Float is only a little over 1B
I don't know about charts, but we haven't seen 81M in volume for a long time. And you can't ignore the filing. They are up to something. And we should find out what it is soon. JMO
It's coming back to life, for a reason. Look for a PR shortly, perhaps about an LOI.
GO MGRN
I haven't read anything about shareholders trying to file suit!
JMO but That's what I think Matt is trying to do. Keep the attorneys out of it and try and settle it without them so it can get done sooner. If the attorneys get involved it would take years. I think it will be done before the snow stops falling. Then again, the way this winter is going it may be years...LOL
ROFLMAO... Not bad for a Monday.
He's the President and CFO of Arcland. The person that Matt has to deal with. And of course he doesn't care about Pilgrim and it's shareholders he's looking out for what's best for Arcland. Thus, the wall Matts running into.
Your green, I'm not, and I believe many others here are in the red as well. From what I know talking to Matt, he's continuing to come up with ways to resolve this (ACLY LEASES) among other things, but keeps hitting a wall at every turn. (Brian Bulloch)
My personal opinion is to roll the dice with Matt. The bets have already been made and they can't be taken back.
Agreed! MASC, You know as well as anyone here, the state this company was in before Matt. And knowing what you know about it, you should realize what a monumental task it is to turn this around. Do you run a business?
I don't like how things are going: RP, Brian Bulloch, there is some resistance around every corner. But this is business, and business is business.
We all said that we would give Matt the chance to fix this. I think we should give him that chance.
Are you around this morning?
Why would Jeffrey Fannings name be on anything associated with PGPM? My co has a website and this info is required and updated. There is no mistake that could of been made. Jeffrey Fanning was not listed, in fact no one was listed previous to the new website. The whois info was private. My guess is that he forgot to have them put it down as private. It's not old info either this is who is associated with the company. The web designer knows who he is working for.
Your brand new web site copyright 2010

This is the contact info for the the apetroleum.com website
Jeffrey Fanning is the Registrant, Administrative contact, and the Technical contact For the brand new website designed while you were COO
Jeffrey Fanning is still the majority shareholder. He is still signing things.
Also they are playing the game well. Oil is going up, if you want in you better take something now ie
Very little, IMO even if you take a large amount of shares, I believe that they will be restricted and just at the time when they are convertible ACLY will RS and screw us again.
Take the cash and walk away. And I have confidence that you can do a lot with a little + cash flow. Money will make opportunities, and opportunities will make money. Time means nothing to me I can wait and hold for you to build a successful Pilgrim Petroleum with a Nice PPS
Looks like nothing is happening here. We're still in neutral.
Well, I hope your wrong, but I am losing faith in this one. I can hold forever. Don't want to, but I can. I think I'll give him a call tomorrow.
Hi Matt, We are back to STOP on the OTC
Can you tell us why the financials haven't been filed yet? and when we can expect them?
Thanks
I called him a couple of weeks ago, This guys the real deal. Very bright, and has a good handle on things. I didn't doubt him before but, talking to him gives me more confidence that he'll "get er done".
I spoke to him in early October. The only thing I got was that he was working hard to file the 08s and 09s and that it was taking longer than he thought it would. Also he's a youth hockey coach for his sons team. All I got. I think he's legit. Seams sincere. IMO
We could see some action before EOY.
Why no PR on a regular service?
Do they have a new website yet?
He never just drops by anymore! LOL
Hey Carnac, Where are you?
Have you had that 2nd conversation with Rick yet?
Sorry burnies, I clicked the wrong post
Matt this was meant for you.
First things first
It's October.
Hey Matt are you staying on board. If yes, How long? 6months; 1yr; 2yrs rough idea will do.

That's one of my points (lots of money) and hidden surprises, delays, 3rd parties schedules that you can not control and cost over runs to name a few. Non of which were in the PLAN!!! All of these can be found in both types of projects.
Have you ever done either or both? They are very much alike.
He said he was working on fixing and filing the 07s and he did now working on the 08s and 09s. And I believe if he did one he will do the rest. Just a matter of time. Look I don't really care, it's a pink sheet very high risk. I knew that going in, I through money at these things all the time, some I've won, some I've lost, most are as yet undecided. I only invest what I think I can afford to lose. But unlike my renovation there is no set schedule. The thing that works for me is to not look at them everyday, I'd have 6 strokes and a heart attack by now.
The owners like what they have, just needs to be fixed up a little. I'm doing a kitchen renovation and enlarging a family room. And one of the first things we did was talk about and look into buying a new home. We decided, for many reasons to stay and fix what we had. Needless to say we are so far over budget and behind schedule it's sick, but, we can see the end of the tunnel and know we made the right decision.
I don't think he's trying to escape investors. Just doing his job, which is very difficult with what he has to do. It's like construction; it's always harder and more expensive to renovate something old than to build brand new. Plus a renovation also takes longer. A lot of patience is needed!
Can't do Rum
You don't want to know. I'll just have some black label on the rocks.
I'll take 1 for the
Twilight Zone please, LOL
Hey Fox
What type of business are you in?
From the last 2 e-mails
Received from Matt posts (16220,16230) it looks like the man is busting his ass to get this company going. I agree; keep RP on the hook (not literally). He is very well connected in oil industry circles.
Don't burn your bridges!

E mail from Matt
Hello Mr O'Bryant,
Is there any progress on the Arcland leases coming back to Pilgrim or cash coming to Pilgrim? Any time frame? (rough idea)
I am awaiting the filing of an Arcland 8K.
Is Mr Pinedo just resigning as ceo and remaining chairman of the board? or Is he leaving Pilgrim altogether? Any time frame? (rough idea)
Leaving Pilgrim, as I understand it. Although, he is a valuable asset so I’d like to keep him on the hook.
October is just around the corner any thoughts on staying? Most shareholders I know would like to see you stay!
I appreciate that. It comes down to my personal economics for a lack of a better term. I’ll probably stay.
If the lawyers are involved (in a good way) do you feel it will be a week; 2; a month; 2? (rough idea)
Weeks not months is all I feel comfortable saying on timeframe. I want the properties back as bad as the shareholders do, so I am on it!
PS Anything else you could add would be appreciated.
Pilgrim is selling some assets to fund cashflow increases, geoscience and rework on the property portfolio. I would like to use this geoscience/rework to raise money for further development, to sell the portfolio, or a combination of the two. Funny story . . .one of the assets is the domain name. BP offered Pilgrim a substantial sum of money for the bpetroleum domain in 2007. We are pulling in cashflow by offering additional services (see website) in an attempt to self fund the business plan.
Are any of the services getting bites?
Yes, It looks like a few will end up being good.
Was getting kinda dull around here. Thought I'd liven it up a little.
Going out to see if a cherry floats. LOL
Maybe we could pass
around the HAT! Gotta do something LOL
