I do know NLST is not a patent troll, their suit claims Diablo Technologies Inc. breached a contract, stole Netlist's trade secrets and incorporated them into SanDisks ULLtraDIMM.

Latest news is the Judge in NC denied a motion filed by Diablo Technologies, Inc. requesting the Court to stay the Preliminary Injunction

oil/gas weekly pinchers with the most room on my scan - REN REXX VTG XCO. I'm focused on UWTI, which started to pull back at the end of day, that might need to turn around for these to keep going

NETE weekly volume is almost over the 5day avg and it's only Tue. The chart says when the weekly volume is high the pps has big spikes, guess we'll see

The thing about GENE is the share structure, they just did and R/S not long ago, so float is smaller. The projected revenues are huge, like $15 to $20 per share huge. But they are projected. After they report in a few months it will be too late to get in, so it's just a very volatile one to flip right now, but it's definitely worth keeping on watch

GENE is still good, just got it late. Unlike most healthcare/biotechs, they are profitable
